Where can I find my invoices and receipts?

Short answer
Your BNBCalc invoices are in Settings → Billing, under Billing history. Every paid charge is listed by date with a download icon for its invoice. A free trial doesn't appear there, because it costs $0, so your first invoice shows up once the trial ends. If you're on someone else's team, the team owner receives the invoices.
Downloading an invoice
- Open the sidebar's Settings, then Billing.
- Scroll to Billing history, which lists every paid charge by date.
- Click the download icon next to the charge you need.
Until your first charge, the section reads "No billing history". Billing history only lists charges above $0, so a free trial and the $0 switch from a Calculator trial to Markets don't show up there.
Why the amount might look different
Your invoice always shows the exact amount you were charged, which can differ from the list price on the pricing page. A few things change an invoice's total:
- a promo or referral discount applied at checkout;
- an upgrade from the Calculator to Markets, which charges a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period;
- a change of plan or billing period, which charges the difference right away or leaves a credit that comes off your next invoice;
- team seats, which are billed on the owner's invoice.
If you subscribed from one of the European countries where BNBCalc prices in euros, your invoices are in euros too.
If you're on a team
Team members don't receive invoices, because the team owner pays for every seat. On a member's Billing page, the card reads "Managed by team owner", so ask the owner for copies.
Getting other details onto an invoice
If you need your company name, address or a VAT number on an invoice, contact support through Settings → Support, the support form or [email protected], writing from the email address on your account. Make sure to include the exact details you need and which invoice they're for.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the Calculator called "Pro Plan" on my BNBCalc invoice?
"Pro Plan" is the Calculator's name in BNBCalc's billing system, so Calculator charges appear under that name on invoices and receipts. It's the same plan.
Can I get my company name or VAT number on a BNBCalc invoice?
Contact support through Settings → Support, the support form or [email protected] from your account's email, and include the details you need on the invoice.

How do I update my payment method or fix a failed payment?
To update the card on your BNBCalc subscription, go to Settings → Billing and click Manage cards, which opens BNBCalc's secure payment portal. If a renewal payment fails, BNBCalc locks the app behind a payment screen and keeps retrying the charge. Use that screen's option to update your payment details, and everything reopens once the payment goes through.

What is BNBCalc's refund policy?
BNBCalc gives a full refund of any monthly or annual Calculator or Markets charge if you ask within 14 days of that charge, including the first charge after a free trial. There's no refund button: email [email protected] from your account's email with the details of the charge. Refunds reach your original payment method in about 5 to 10 business days.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing charges you every month and can be paused or canceled at any time, while annual billing charges the whole year up front: $199 for the BNBCalc Calculator or $399 for BNBCalc Markets. Annual saves 45% or 58% compared with paying monthly for a year. Both renew automatically and carry the same 14-day refund window.

Do you offer team or group plans?
Yes. Anyone on a BNBCalc Calculator or Markets plan can create a team for free in Settings → Team and invite people. Each member takes a seat billed to the owner's subscription. Extra seats on the same plan as yours cost less than your own, while the first seat on a different plan is billed at that plan's full price.
