BNBCalc is a short-term rental data and analytics platform for Airbnb and Vrbo investors, hosts, co-hosts and property managers. BNBCalc Markets ranks 2,300+ markets in 157 countries and maps each market's active Airbnb and Vrbo listings, with comp sets, operator tracking and, in US markets, neighborhood rankings. The BNBCalc Calculator projects revenue for any address from up to 50 comparable listings, which BNBCalc's AI Underwriter can narrow to the closest matches for US properties, then works out expenses, financing and returns. BNBCalc's Airbnb Listing Optimizer audits a live listing and ranks the fixes to make first, and the BNBCalc API returns the same property analysis to other software.
BNBCalc Markets is BNBCalc's worldwide market research product, launched in June 2026. It covers 2,300+ short-term rental markets in 157 countries, roughly four in five of them outside the US, and lets you rank markets by annual revenue, see a market's active Airbnb and Vrbo listings on a map, build comp sets, track operators, and measure which amenities lift revenue. US markets also rank by gross yield, a metric that needs property-value data widely available only in the US, and in US markets with published neighborhoods, Markets ranks the neighborhoods too. It costs $79 per month or $399 per year and includes the Calculator.

Yes. The BNBCalc Airbnb Data API returns projected revenue, occupancy, ADR, comparable listings, cash flow, and investment metrics for any address, plus a hosted report link, through four endpoints: buy, arbitrage, owned, and cohost. Keys are self-serve from account settings and there is no contract. Documentation is at bnbcalc.com/rest-api.

Revenue, occupancy, and nightly-rate figures come from the historical performance of comparable Airbnb and Vrbo listings, drawn from a dataset of 10M+ listings with 3+ years of history. Tax, mortgage, and property details come from public records and third-party providers. The data provides an estimate based on comparable properties, and may not account for factors such as the quality of your property, waterfront location, and other amenities.
