What is BNBCalc's refund policy?
Last reviewed Oct 7, 2026 by Jeremy Werden
Short answer
BNBCalc gives a full refund of any monthly or annual Calculator or Markets charge if you ask within 14 days of that charge, including the first charge after a free trial. There's no refund button: email [email protected] from your account's email with the details of the charge. Refunds reach your original payment method in about 5 to 10 business days.
The policy
BNBCalc refunds any Calculator or Markets charge in full, monthly or annual, as long as you ask within 14 days of that charge. That includes the first charge after a free trial, so if a trial converted before you meant it to, you're covered.
Outside that window, refunds aren't normally given, and there's no prorated refund for the unused part of a month or year. Canceling still stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How to ask for a refund
There's no refund button in the app. To ask for one:
Email [email protected], ideally from the email address on your BNBCalc account, and include the basics so the charge can be found quickly:
- the email address (or phone number) you use to sign in to BNBCalc;
- the last 4 digits of the card that was charged;
- the date and amount of the charge you'd like refunded, usually your latest one;
- a line on why, and whether you'd also like your plan canceled so you aren't charged again.
How long a refund takes
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, and they usually appear in about 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Two things can make a refund look different from what you expect:
- If the refund happens soon after the charge, your bank may remove the original charge from your statement rather than show a separate credit.
- If the card you paid with has expired or been replaced, your card issuer normally credits the refund to the replacement card.
What the policy doesn't cover
The 14-day window is counted from each charge, not from when you signed up, so it applies to every renewal separately. It doesn't cover charges older than that, or partial refunds for unused time.
Our Terms of Service set out the full policy: the refund guarantee is in section 3.6, and renewals and cancellations are in section 3.7.
Frequently asked questions
Does BNBCalc refund annual plans?
Yes. The same rule covers monthly and annual plans: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the charge. After that, there's no refund for the unused part of the year.
Where is my BNBCalc refund?
Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If we refunded you soon after the charge, the original charge may disappear from your statement instead of showing as a separate credit.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel BNBCalc, go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel current plan and finish the steps. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, or the end of your trial, and you won't be charged again. After that, it becomes a free account with no analysis credits left.

How does the free trial work, and when am I charged?
The BNBCalc Calculator and Markets plans each start with a 7-day free trial, once per account. Nothing is charged until it ends at 11:59 PM in your time zone, 7 days after you start. Then you're charged for the plan you picked at checkout, which is the full yearly price unless you switched to monthly.

Where can I find my invoices and receipts?
Your BNBCalc invoices are in Settings → Billing, under Billing history. Every paid charge is listed by date with a download icon for its invoice. A free trial doesn't appear there, because it costs $0, so your first invoice shows up once the trial ends. If you're on someone else's team, the team owner receives the invoices.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing charges you every month and can be paused or canceled at any time, while annual billing charges the whole year up front: $199 for the BNBCalc Calculator or $399 for BNBCalc Markets. Annual saves 45% or 58% compared with paying monthly for a year. Both renew automatically and carry the same 14-day refund window.
