How do I delete my account or my data?
Last reviewed Oct 8, 2026 by Jeremy Werden
Short answer
To delete your BNBCalc account, email [email protected] and ask for permanent deletion; there's no delete button in Settings. Deletion removes your sign-in, saved analyses, properties, presets and saved payment details, and ends any paid plan. To remove just one analysis, delete it from the Properties page instead.
Deleting your account
There's no delete button in Settings, so account deletion goes through support:
- Email [email protected], ideally from the email address on your account.
- Say that you want your account permanently deleted, and include the email or phone number you sign in with.
- Support takes care of the rest. Once the account is deleted, you're signed out of it for good.
Before you send that email, a few things are worth doing first, since deletion can't be undone:
-
Save what you want to keep. Use Print on each analysis to save a PDF, or Excel if you're on a paid plan, and do it before your plan ends.
-
Check your plan. Deleting the account ends any paid plan right away, including time you've already paid for. If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead and keep your account.
-
Ask about a refund in the same email if you were charged in the last 14 days.

Delete your comp sets from Comp Sets if you've built any, because they aren't removed with the account.
-
Mention your team if you own one, so support can sort out your members' seats.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- your sign-in, so that email or phone number no longer opens your old account;
- your saved analyses and properties, and any reports shared from them;
- your saved presets and AI expense estimates;
- your material participation hours and any files you attached to them;
- your saved payment details, and with them any active subscription;
- your contact on BNBCalc's email list.
Records of payments are kept for tax and accounting purposes, as our Privacy Policy describes. If you'd like to make a formal privacy request, such as under GDPR or CCPA, section 9 of the Privacy Policy explains how. You're welcome to come back later; signing in with the same email again starts a new account.
Deleting a single analysis
You don't need to delete your account to remove one property. To delete an analysis:
- Open Properties from the sidebar.
- Open the menu on the property's card and choose Delete.
- Type delete to confirm, and you'll see "Your analysis has been deleted".
The analysis and its share link stop working within a few minutes. If the page had been picked up by search engines, it can take them a few days to drop it from their results.
If your address appears in someone else's analysis
If a BNBCalc analysis of your home was created by someone else and you'd like it removed, email [email protected] with a link to the page and the address. Support can remove it, though search engines may take a few days to catch up.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel BNBCalc, go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel current plan and finish the steps. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, or the end of your trial, and you won't be charged again. After that, it becomes a free account with no analysis credits left.
Account & login
How do I change my email or login method?
Your BNBCalc sign-in email and phone number lock in Settings once they're set. To change one, email [email protected] with your current sign-in and the new email or number, and keep signing in the old way until support confirms. If your account has only one of the two, add the other in Settings → Account Info.

What is BNBCalc's refund policy?
BNBCalc gives a full refund of any monthly or annual Calculator or Markets charge if you ask within 14 days of that charge, including the first charge after a free trial. There's no refund button: email [email protected] from your account's email with the details of the charge. Refunds reach your original payment method in about 5 to 10 business days.
Account & login
How does logging in to BNBCalc work?
You log in to BNBCalc with Google, or by entering your email address or phone number and typing the 6-digit code BNBCalc sends you. There are no passwords. Each email address and phone number is its own sign-in, so using a different one creates a separate account rather than opening your existing one.
