How do I contact BNBCalc customer service?
Last reviewed Oct 22, 2026 by Jeremy Werden
Short answer
Use the Contact Support form at bnbcalc.com/support, which works signed in or out, or Settings, then Support, inside BNBCalc. Both send your message to the BNBCalc team, and the reply comes by email. You can also email [email protected], ideally from the address you sign in with, so BNBCalc can find your account quickly.
How do I reach BNBCalc support?
You have three ways in, and they all reach the same team:
- The Contact Support form at bnbcalc.com/support. Fill in Your Email (it's filled in for you if you're signed in), a Subject and Your Message, then click Send Email. It works whether or not you're signed in, and the reply goes to the email you entered.
- Settings, then Support, inside BNBCalc. Type your message under Contact us and click Send. Because you're signed in, the message carries your account details with it, which saves a step on billing questions. If you sign in with a phone number rather than an email, use the form at /support instead, so the team has an address to reply to.
- Email [email protected]. Make sure to write from the address you sign in with, or mention it, so the team can match you to your account.
Support works by email, so watch your inbox, and your spam folder, for the reply.
What should I include in my message?
The more the team can see, the fewer emails it takes to sort out:
- the email address or phone number you sign in with, if you're writing from a different address;
- for a billing question, the date and amount of the charge and what you'd like done about it;
- for a question about an analysis or a market, its link, copied from your browser's address bar;
- for something that isn't working, what you clicked, what you expected and what happened instead.
Can I find the answer without waiting?
Often, yes, because the Help Center covers billing, refunds, your account and how BNBCalc's numbers are worked out, and the support page itself points there first. Search it from the top of any Help Center page. If the answer isn't there, the "Still stuck?" line at the bottom of every article links straight back to the support form.

What is BNBCalc's refund policy?
BNBCalc gives a full refund of any monthly or annual Calculator or Markets charge if you ask within 14 days of that charge, including the first charge after a free trial. There's no refund button: email [email protected] from your account's email with the details of the charge. Refunds reach your original payment method in about 5 to 10 business days.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel BNBCalc, go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel current plan and finish the steps. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, or the end of your trial, and you won't be charged again. After that, it becomes a free account with no analysis credits left.
Account & login
I'm not getting my login code. What should I do?
First, check that the email address or phone number on the code screen is right, and look in your spam or promotions folder. Then wait for the 20-second timer and click Resend code. If codes still don't arrive, contact BNBCalc support through the form at bnbcalc.com/support, which works without signing in, or email [email protected].
Account & login
I paid, but BNBCalc still asks me to upgrade
Usually you're signed in to a different BNBCalc account from the one that paid, or your plan doesn't include that feature: the Calculator plan doesn't include Markets. Check Settings → Billing for your plan. If it isn't there, sign out and sign back in with the email you entered at checkout, or email [email protected] for help.
