How do I find, sort or delete my saved analyses?
Last reviewed Oct 22, 2026 by Jeremy Werden
Short answer
Every analysis you run while signed in is saved on the Properties page in BNBCalc's sidebar. You can search it by address or city, sort by profit, cap rate, revenue or cash needed, filter by analysis type, switch to a map, share an analysis by link, or delete one, which is permanent.
Where are my saved analyses?
Click Properties in the BNBCalc sidebar to open Your Properties. Every analysis you've run while signed in is there, nine to a page, newest changes first. Switch between List View and Map View at the top.
A few analyses won't appear: ones a teammate created, since each person sees only their own, and analyses created through the BNBCalc API, which you get back as data instead.
How do I search, sort and filter them?
- Search: type into Search your properties to match on the city, street or full address. While a search is active, the closest matches come first.
- Sort: pick Last Modified (the default), Annual Profit, Cap Rate, Purchase price, Cash on Cash Return, Cash Needed or Annual Revenue, then Ascending or Descending.
- Filter by type: choose All, Buy-to-Own (Buy analyses), Rental Arbitrage (Rent), Co-Host or Owned (Own). Each one shows how many analyses it holds.
In Map View, Show on map picks which figure each pin shows, such as Annual Profit, Cap Rate or Cash Needed.
Why do the numbers on a card look different from the analysis?
A card shows the figures saved with the analysis the last time it was saved, while the open analysis recalculates from its saved inputs. If BNBCalc's calculations or defaults have changed since then, the two can differ, so open the analysis for its current figures.
How do I share or delete an analysis?
Click ⋯ on a card:
- Share opens Share your analysis. Copy Link gives you a link anyone can open to view the analysis, or you can send the link by email to one or more addresses with an optional message. If you're a BNBCalc affiliate, the link carries your referral code.
- Delete asks you to type the word "delete" to confirm. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone, so make sure to export anything you'll need first.
Frequently asked questions
Can I recover a deleted analysis in BNBCalc?
No. Deleting an analysis from BNBCalc's Properties page removes it for good, so if you might need its numbers later, export it to PDF, or to Excel on a paid plan, before you delete it.
Do analyses I create through the BNBCalc API show on the Properties page?
No. BNBCalc's Properties page lists the analyses you run in the app. Analyses created through the BNBCalc API come back to your code as data, each with a link to a hosted report you can share.

How do I export an analysis to PDF or Excel, or share it?
To save a BNBCalc analysis as a PDF, click Print, check the report in Review & print, then choose Save as PDF in your browser's print window. Click Excel to download a spreadsheet; on a free account, that needs a paid plan or a trial. Click Share to copy a view-only link that anyone can open without signing in.
Getting started
How do I analyze my first property?
To analyze a property in BNBCalc, type its address into the "Analyze any city or address" search box and pick it from the Addresses list. Check the bedrooms, bathrooms, guests and price, click Select analysis type, choose Buy, Own, Rent or Cohost, and click Run analysis. A new account includes 2 free analyses.

What's the difference between Buy, Own, Rent and Cohost analyses?
BNBCalc has four analysis types. Buy models purchasing a home to run as a short-term rental, with a new mortgage. Own models a home you already own. Rent models rental arbitrage, where you lease a home and list it on Airbnb. Cohost models managing someone else's home for a commission. You choose the type before you run the analysis.
Plans, billing & refunds
Do you offer team or group plans?
Yes. Anyone on a BNBCalc Calculator or Markets plan can create a team in Settings → Team, at no extra charge, and invite people. Each member takes a seat billed to the owner's subscription once they accept, and extra seats on a plan your team already has cost less than that plan's full price.
