Airbnb Data API coverage for global property revenue estimates

The BNBCalc API returns estimates for addresses in the U.S. and internationally using active Airbnb listings around the address or coordinates you submit. The quality of any estimate depends on local STR activity and the similarity of nearby listings.

This property-first coverage model is different from a raw listing search feed. It is built for products that need to evaluate a specific address and return an explainable report, not browse every listing in every country.

Responses can include revenue, percentile, comparable, and return metrics your product can use directly in underwriting workflows.

Coverage is strongest in markets with enough comparable short-term rentals near the submitted property. Sparse rural areas, heavily restricted locations, or unusual property types may have fewer comparables and should be reviewed more carefully.
