Yada AI is now a guest-marketing platform, not a reply bot. It fits established short-term rental operators with a real list of past guests who want repeat direct bookings over SMS, email and WhatsApp. Skip it if you are new or run one listing. Strength is strong direct-booking results; weakness is demo-only pricing with nothing public.

Every host I know runs the same audit around renewal season. You open the billing page, scan the tools each pulling $30 or $80 or $200 a month, and ask which ones earned their slot.

Yada AI is a hard one to place, because it no longer tells you what it costs. There's no pricing page now, only a "book a demo" button. So here's my verdict up front. For an established operator or manager who already has a real list of past guests, Yada is one of the stronger ways to turn that list into repeat direct bookings, and it can pay for itself fast. For a brand-new or single-listing host, I'd skip it. It only works on the guests you already have.

The reason the price got harder to find is that the product changed. The Yada we reviewed in 2024 was an AI chat-and-reply widget. The Yada of 2026 is a guest-marketing platform that runs SMS, email and WhatsApp campaigns to win repeat bookings. This review covers what it does now, what demo-only pricing means for your budget, and who should still walk away.

What Is Yada AI?

Start with what changed, because the name stayed put while the product moved.

Yada is a guest-marketing platform for short-term rental operators. It connects to your property management system, pulls in every past guest and reservation, and runs automated campaigns that bring those guests back to book direct.

That's a real pivot, and Yada says so itself. In one of the company's own walkthroughs, a rep describes it as "a marketing and revenue driving solution... focused on that overlap between the contact, the reservations and the listings", and calls the on-site widget "more than just a chat widget."

The old reply bot still exists, as a concierge inside that widget. It's no longer the point.

It sells to vacation-rental managers and portfolio hosts, and plugs into the systems they already run: Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Track, Streamline, Lodgify and Hospitable. Host a single listing and answer your own messages, and it isn't built for you. It's for the operator sitting on a few thousand past guests who has never once emailed them.

Yada AI Features

Everything Yada does starts from that past-guest list, so that's the thread I'll follow. One operator, one pile of old reservations nobody has touched.

The Guest Data Layer

Connect Yada to your PMS and it syncs every contact, reservation, check-in, payment and review into one profile per guest. In Yada's own walkthrough, a single account pulls in thousands of contacts with full stay history attached.

Think of it as a CRM for lodging, where the fields are nights stayed and dollars paid.

On its own it's only a database. Every campaign below reads from it, so make sure your PMS data is clean before you connect. Yada inherits whatever mess is already there.

Repeat-Booking Campaigns Over SMS, Email and WhatsApp

From that data you build segments, then send. Pull everyone who stayed in the last year and spent over a set amount, then run a campaign to them over SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Yada's changelog shows the multi-channel build arriving through 2026: two-way SMS in February, an email builder and WhatsApp in April, and combined campaigns by mid-July. The AI drafts the copy per guest.

In the same walkthrough, one campaign of 1,200 recipients returned about $7,000 in bookings. Keep in mind that number only exists because the list existed first.

Signals and Win-Back Workflows

Segments are static. Signals fire on behaviour.

Someone inquires and doesn't book, and Yada can enrol them in a win-back workflow that nudges until they convert or clearly won't. Open dates, calendar gaps, past guests due for another trip: each one becomes a trigger instead of a chore you remember on a slow Tuesday.

For a manager with real volume, this is the piece that runs while you sleep. If your calendar already stays full, be aware it has less to work with.

Loyalty, the Guest Portal and In-Stay Upsells

Yada also owns a chunk of the guest-facing surface. There's a guest portal carrying the reservation, lockbox codes, Wi-Fi and a rewards balance. There's a loyalty program with points and tiers, digital guidebooks and QR cards, plus in-stay upsells like early check-in and late checkout.

The loyalty piece matters most for repeat bookings: points give a guest a reason to come back to you rather than scroll Airbnb. Remember, the goal is to collect more contact data and more reasons to reach back out.

The Widget and the AI Concierge

The old reply bot lives on as a widget on your direct-booking site. It now carries an AI concierge that answers questions and, more to the point, captures logins and site analytics.

Guest replies used to be the product. Now they're the top of a funnel that ends in a repeat booking.

Yada AI Pricing and Plans in 2026

All those campaigns raise the obvious question, and it's the one Yada makes hardest to answer. What does this cost?

As of August 2026, there's no public price. The pricing page is a demo request, and the CTAs across the site read "get a demo" and "book a 20-minute portfolio review," per Yada's own site. That's a change from the self-serve subscription the old chat widget sold on, which any host could buy off the page.

What a buyer wants to knowWhat Yada shows (as of August 2026)
A public price or tier listNone. Pricing is quote-only
How to get a numberBook a demo or a 20-minute portfolio review
Free trialNone advertised
Contract termsNot disclosed publicly

One third-party directory, zekaiwork's 2026 write-up, reports a starting figure around $249 a month. Yada itself publishes nothing, so treat that as a ballpark from a demo, not a shelf price.

Whatever the number turns out to be, sanity-check it against one recovered booking. If a win-back campaign brings back a single $2,000 stay you'd have lost to an OTA, a few hundred a month clears easily. That only pays off, of course, if you have the guests to campaign to in the first place.

Yada AI Pricing vs Alternatives

Quote-only pricing makes a clean price comparison impossible, so I'll compare on what decides the purchase: which job you're buying for. Yada does guest marketing to past guests, and three reviewed tools sit close to it.

The closest match is StayFi, and our StayFi review covers it in full. StayFi captures guest emails through your rental's Wi-Fi splash page, then markets to them, so it attacks the same goal from the front of the stay rather than the back. No guest list yet? StayFi builds one, while Yada assumes you have one. Plenty of operators run both.

Enso Connect, from our Enso Connect review, sits on the guest-experience side: upsells, verification, a branded journey during the stay. It overlaps with Yada's portal, but its center of gravity is the trip itself, while Yada's is the marketing before and after it.

Then there's HostBuddy AI. Our HostBuddy AI review is the one to read if what you wanted was the old Yada. HostBuddy does AI guest messaging and replies, the exact job Yada used to lead with. If a reply bot is why you came here, that comparison matters more than any campaign feature, because Yada moved on and HostBuddy didn't.

Yada AI Pros and Cons

Set against those three, Yada's strengths and weaknesses share one root. It's built to squeeze value out of a guest list you already own.

The pro is that data-to-campaign loop, and it's the strongest thing here. Pull a full guest history out of your PMS, fire personalized SMS, email and WhatsApp off it, and let the AI draft each message. For a busy manager, that's a real edge.

The numbers Yada publishes are eye-catching, and even discounted as vendor marketing they point somewhere real. A Yada case study for Home Team Vacation Rentals claims $22,614 in new direct bookings in eight days. The loyalty and portal layer is a second reason to buy, since it gives repeat guests a reason to skip the OTA next time.

The cons are just as tied to that dependency. The biggest is structural, and a reviewer at zekaiwork notes the effectiveness "depends on having an existing list of past guests". So a first-year host with forty reservations gets a fraction of what a manager with six thousand does, and pays for machinery that has nothing to run on yet.

The second is the pricing wall. The same zekaiwork write-up flags that pricing "is not publicly listed, requiring a demo to get details". You can't budget Yada against your other tools without booking a sales call first. For a two-listing operator weighing every subscription, that friction alone sends a lot of people elsewhere.

The last con is our own read rather than a third-party finding. The pivot means anyone who adopted Yada for the 2024 reply bot now owns a marketing platform they didn't set out to buy. Fine if you have a list to market to. Awkward if you don't. Make sure that mismatch isn't you before you commit.

What Yada AI Is Best Used For

That mismatch is a question of fit. So here's who Yada is for, and who should close the tab.

It's at its best for an established operator or property manager, say ten listings and up, sitting on hundreds or thousands of past guests they've never systematically marketed to. If that's you, Yada turns a dormant asset into repeat direct bookings, and the loyalty layer keeps those guests coming back. Managers already on one of its supported systems get going fastest, since the data is one connection away.

Who should skip it? A brand-new host, a single-listing owner, or anyone whose main pain is answering guest messages rather than filling empty dates. With no list, there's nothing to campaign to yet. Your money does more in guest-acquisition tools until you've hosted enough people to remarket to.

Keep the two jobs separate in your head, too. Yada is a repeat-booking engine, not a way to work out whether a property pencils out in the first place. For that you're still running the numbers on the deal yourself, with something like BNBCalc, or BNBCalc Markets when the question is which market to buy into rather than which house, before any guest ever books.

The Bottom Line

So fit decides this one. Yada AI is a strong buy for the established operator or manager with a real past-guest list who wants those guests booking direct instead of through an OTA.

If you're new, tiny, or you came for the old reply bot, skip it and revisit once you've got a list worth marketing to. The catch is the demo wall. You'll have to book a call to learn the price, so go in knowing what a recovered booking is worth to you. If the pitch lands, book the demo and pressure-test the number against your own guest count.

The bigger point outlasts this one tool. Your past guests are the cheapest bookings you'll ever get, and almost nobody markets to them properly. Whatever you use to fix that, that's the list to start with.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Does Yada AI Do Now?

Yada AI is a guest-marketing platform for short-term rental operators. It connects to a property management system, unifies every past guest into one profile, and runs automated SMS, email and WhatsApp campaigns to bring those guests back for direct bookings. It also includes a loyalty program, a guest portal, guidebooks, in-stay upsells, and an AI concierge widget. It is no longer primarily an AI guest-reply tool.

How Much Does Yada AI Cost In 2026?

Yada does not publish public pricing as of August 2026. The website replaced its pricing page with a demo request, so the only way to get a number is to book a demo or a portfolio review. One third-party directory reports a starting figure near $249 a month, but Yada confirms none of this publicly, so treat any figure as a demo-stage estimate rather than a fixed rate. There is no advertised free trial.

Does Yada AI Still Answer Guest Messages?

Yes, though it is no longer the headline feature. The original chat-and-reply widget survives as an AI concierge inside Yada's on-site widget, which answers guest questions and captures logins and analytics for the direct-booking site. The company now treats message handling as the top of a marketing funnel, not the core product. Anyone who wants replies as their main use case should compare a dedicated messaging tool.

What Does Yada AI Integrate With?

Yada connects with the major short-term rental property management systems, including Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Track, Streamline, Lodgify and Hospitable, according to its own site. It runs as a guest-marketing layer on top of whichever system a host already uses, pulling contacts, reservations and stay history from it. It references Airbnb and Vrbo as booking sources rather than direct integrations, since its focus is remarketing to guests after the booking.

Who Should Not Use Yada AI?

A brand-new host, a single-listing owner, or an operator with only a handful of past reservations should probably wait. Yada works by remarketing to an existing guest list, so with few past guests there is little for it to act on, and the spend is hard to justify. Hosts whose main problem is answering messages rather than filling calendar gaps are also a poor fit.
