Our cancellation policy

We make cancelling your subscription easy. Just sign in and head to your account page, then click "Manage my subscription" to cancel.

I was just charged, can I request a refund?

You can request a refund from our support page within 14 days of your last charge and we'll issue it to your card. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account.
Please include the following in your request:

• Your account's email or phone number
  • If above is not available, provide your full name or last 4 of your credit card.
• Your reason for cancellation
