Ucil Lake also offers excellent year-round fishing. Bring your boat and take advantage of the private dock, or simply relax by the water, listen to the loons, and enjoy the beautiful lake views. The house has two living spaces, which allows up to 10 people to have enough space. It is located on 3.6 acres, which includes shoreline and access to a private lake. Just know that there are no motorized vehicles allowed. There is a large above ground pool and plenty of yard space for all kinds of yard games. In the summer, the trees provide privacy from the neighbors so it feels that you have the area to yourself. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, a loft with sleeping, a bedroom being used as a playroom and 1.75 bathrooms. An addition was put onto the house that has a garage (not accessible for guests), a sun room and the loft sleeping area. This means that there is the living room/kitchen gathering area and the sun room gathering area. Both areas have a sectional couch and it allows for plenty of space to spread out. The deck off the kitchen has a grill, as well as places to sit when not in the pool. The yard in back has a fire pit, a large swing set/play structure and plenty of room for all kinds of yard games. Guest access You have access to all of the spaces that are not locked: one bedroom (not in the listing), 3 closets and the garage. Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau! The space Just 1.5 miles to the city of Gillett, known as the "ATV Capital of the World," you will find a grocery store, variety store, craft store, bakery, specialty shops, as well as OJ's Midtown Restaurant, which has been recognized as having the best pies in the state. Travel to the ATV trail directly from our house-no need to trailer your ATV's once you get to the Nut House! Just hop on and go! Our home is located just one mile from the scenic railroad trestle bridge over the Oconto River, and just 1.5 miles to the Oconto County BB County Park, which is a popular fishing area, and a very popular river tubing destination (bring your own tubes). Come to the northwoods to enjoy the peace and quiet The Nut House provides, including the spacious covered front porch, and raised back deck with patio furniture and gas grill for outdoor dining. Then, retreat to the firepit (firewood provided) for an evening around the campfire. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire house except for a portion of the lower level. Guests will have ample parking in the driveway. The garage is not available to guests.
