Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly beach home. Located within walking distance to the popular Siesta Key beach. The space The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. On the main level there are two bedrooms: one master with a king bed and a private bath. The other bedroom offers two single beds with a full bath across the hall. There is also a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a laundry room located on this level. Upstairs you will find a separate area that offers two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen and a sleeper sofa) both rooms share a full size bathroom. These bedrooms have a separate outside entrance (stairs are outside leading to an upper deck, no stairs inside the house to this level). Both the upstairs and downstairs are surrounded by a beautiful pool area. There is a small body of water (pond) located in the back of the house. Guest access Guests may use the downstairs living area and the upstairs unit located at the top of the deck steps. Other things to note Please note: The pool heater can be turned on as needed in the winter months (December through March) for an additional charge of $25/day.

The space The beautiful single-family home is situated on almost 1/3 of an acre. There is a master suite with a king bed, large soaking tub and walk-in shower; a guest suite with a king bed and large soaking tub with a low shower head; a queen bedroom and bunk beds with pull out trundle that share a bathroom. There is an eat-in kitchen, a separate dining room, living room, and an oversized outdoor seating area undercover with a fan. The pool and spa is enclosed with a large pool cage, surrounding you in a tropical paradise of gorgeous palm trees, flowering bushes and plants. There is an unattached building on the property with a desk, full-sized bed and futon, for anyone who wants to get away. Access to this building may be possible if requested before check-in. The home has some accessible-friendly features such as no steps inside the house, and only a small step to enter the house from all doors. We have a walker, bath chair, and slip proof mat that you can also use. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, except for three owners' closets which are locked. Other things to note The house is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and is surrounded by full-time residents. Please note that this is not a party area of Sarasota/Siesta Key and is best for guests seeking a peaceful, quiet vacation. The pool and spa can be heated. The price shown includes up to four hours of pool/spa heating per day. Additional hours of heating can be added for $20/hour. Host recommends using the solar pool cover to retain heat and avoid added pool heating costs. ***The house has smart TVs in all bedrooms, the kitchen and living room. Inside, the home is clean, spacious and newly updated and equipped with smart tvs, air hockey table, pool table foose-ball, Pac-Man - fun for all The space We would be honored to host you in our large, spacious home with Heated Pool located in a quiet neighborhood with private backyard and 4 bedrooms with brand new bedding (1 King, 3 Queens and 2 Twins (bunk bed) as well as a Queen Blow-up Mattress, a couch and a pack-n-play for a baby) - you can sleep 10 plus a baby - if you’d like more guests please just inquire as more can fit if you utilize the blow-up mattress and couch). There is a nice, large, clean kitchen and 3 newly updated Full bathrooms - no more long waits to use a bathroom or take a shower. A fully enclosed HEATED pool (with free use of the pool heater - no additional charge for heater) with pool toys to enjoy makes hanging out outside fun for the whole family. The covered porch in the Lanai area has seating with a patio table, some reclining chairs and sunbathing chairs as well as a fooseball table. There is also a fouton and a tv outside in this area for hanging out. This covered porch is a fun place to hang out as well. There are some chairs on the covered front porch for more outdoor seating. The garage has been transformed into a hang out area and includes a couch, a table with chairs, a tv and a pool table. There are also beach toys and beach chairs as well as bikes in the garage for you to use. There is an office area with a desk and internet included for you to use. A nice , large electronic air hockey table and a fooseball table are available for your playing pleasure. Play a game of horseshoes in the backyard. Or some board / card games as you see fit (some games provided). There is a Pac-Man arcade as well. If you beat the high score in Pac-Man, let me know by sending me a picture and you will win a special prize. There is a sunroom that you can lounge in and/or use as a bedroom (has a door that closes for privacy) with tons of windows and its own separate minisplit AC system. This home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your needs. The dining room table currently seats 6, however you can squeeze a couple chairs in (plenty of chairs in the garage) to fit 8. There is also a leaf extension for the dining table to allow you to sit 8-10 there. 4 chairs are set up at the kitchen island as well to allow you to seat even more. We are only 1 mile to Beach Access 12 of #1 rated Siesta Key Beach (well 1.2 miles to be exact - see picture). You can walk, ride one of the provided bikes or drive to the Beach as it is all very close. Captain Curt's (home of the best clam chowder) as well as a couple other nice restaurants with live music is also less than a mile away. Daquiri Deck nearby has a third story deck that allows you to watch the sunset from the restaurant. Boat rentals are also less than a mile away should you want to rent a boat for the day. There are so many great restaurants nearby - if you like Italian food - check out Pietro's - it is absolutely amazing food - Mazzone's Olive Oil is a cool place to check out too for some olive oils/wines/etc. A's sub place is also in the neighborhood and has great subs. 2-3 minute drive to: Publix, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse! About a 5-10 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach - Main Beach Access, Salty Dog, The mall, Conners and all downtown Siesta has to offer. There is a small Park about 1 block from the house for the kids, or Head to Downtown Sarasota and check out Payne Park - it is a great place to relax or bring the kids - Huge wide open area with a state of the art park. Of course you can also go explore Siesta Key for all of its fun as well including a fun nightlife - to explore the key, you can walk across the bridge and then catch the free SKBreeze which runs from 8am-midnight. This is a great area as there is tons to do for everyone at every walk of life. For those of you that like to work-out, I have left some 1 week passes in the kitchen for you to Esporta (about a 10 min drive) - which gives you free access to the lap pool, basketball courts, weights, cardio machines and classes. When you decide to retire for the evening you'll find multiple smart tv's in the home (6 total), so there will never be an argument as to what to watch. You can even watch your favorite shows and games while sitting in the pool if you're not viewing the stars under the lanai. All TV's are equipped with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Sling (many of these should already be signed in on the tv's). We look forward to hosting you at our home! The pool is fully enclosed and the outside entrances have high door handles to prevent little ones from entering. Also both sliding doors to the outside have locks on the top of the slider to prevent any littles from getting outside when you do not want them there. Use of the pool is done at your own risk.

The Blue Door, fully renovated, two story gulf front unit. 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious 2-floor unit. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Beautiful views to make memories to last a lifetime. Two full frontal decks to take in all the gulf has to offer. The beach in front of the building is there to enjoy if you don't want to take the private path to the Gulf. In addition, there is a private beach path down to the waters edge. The space Once you walk through the Blue Door you will be fully immersed in all that the Gulf has to offer. The garage is on the ground floor, with on parking space in the garage and one tandem on the driveway outside of the garage. The property is on the first and second floor. When you enter the unit you there is an expansive fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and all you should need to host at the beach. Off of the entryway there is a small hallway that leads to a full bathroom with sink and separate shower/tub and toilet. Beyond that is the first bedroom with a king sized bed, large closet and 55" TV. Returning to the kitchen there is a desk area for those who work from home. The dining area inside seats 8, plus 4 barstools at the kitchen couther, makes seating for 12. The living room has a huge 65" TV, large comfortable couch and sitting chairs. For the convenience of outdoor living and to cater to larger groups there is a bar just off of the living room with beverage refrigerator, closest in from the sliding glass doors. The sliding glass doors in the living and dining room slide away as to not obstruct your views. The huge deck off the dining and living room have seating for 12 and loungers to relax and take in the sunshine. Upstairs there is a huge king room with twin daybed, seating area, 55" TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, double vanity and bath/shower. On the beach side there is a huge king room with two chairs to sit and read your book or just look out to the gulf and large closet. The sliding glass doors in this bedroom open to a full Gulf view and rocking chairs to sit in and read, soak up some sun or watch the Gulf. In the hall there is a washer and dryer, a double vanity with a separate shower and toilet. Finally, there is a queen room with twin daybed. This room has sliders that open up the the full deck. There are 6 rocking chairs with side tables for you to relax in. Guest access You will have access to the garage space, tandem space in front on the driveway. The house is located in a residential area (dead end street), really close to great amenities. You will feel right at home in this relaxing house! The living room is cozy with its comfortable couches, ottoman, coffee tables, wooden floor, large windows with a direct view and access to the pool and the garden. The white, beige, and blue shades give the room a relaxing atmosphere. You will like how pleasant it feels. A second living room features two taupe couches, a large TV and a coffee table. There are two big windows that bring in the light and an access to the pool. A relaxation room overlooks the living room. Armchairs, coffee table, desk allows you to stand back to work or read. The dining room is open to the kitchen with a nice table for 8 guests.
