Sunsplash sleeps 12 comfortably in beds with four large, well appointed bedrooms, plus the 3rd floor ‘family suite,’ each with its own full bath and TV. The space We love to cook and entertain, so we've stocked the kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal. The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout makes it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. The pool area opens at 9am and closes at 10pm; the occupancy for the hot tub is 11. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must wear swim diapers when at the pool. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours. Amenity Wristbands: In the condo’s kitchen (on the bar), you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. The following areas require wristbands be worn by all guests (10 years of age and older): the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $30 for each missing wristband). Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of The Village of South Walton from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather). Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H. All guests 10 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access the Tram. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram. Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of 9 will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. Chair/umbrella rentals are available through La Dolce Vita, access is The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach. Walking Directions (5 to 10-minute walk): From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left (north) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, between the gates, to gain access to the beach. PLEASE NOTE! Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are NOT allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, according to noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through beach access if they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A. Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well. DRIVING DIRECTIONS! The best way to reach the vacation rental from Destin and Panama City Beach is Via Hwy 98. From Hwy 98, take County Road 30A (RIGHT, if you're coming from Destin; LEFT, if you're coming from Panama City Beach). Travel on County Road 30A for just over a ½-mile. Look for shops on the right (Seacrest Sundries, Premier Property Group). Then turn right onto The Village Lane. This area is called "Peddler's Pavilion." Follow this road around till you see these shops: The Lens Bar, Pizza by The Sea, The Sweet Peddler. Turn right (when doing so, you should see La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar on your left). At the stop sign, Building D is on your right and Building C is on your left; turn left. Building C is the 1st building on the left. You can park anywhere in the parking lot. Take the stairs or the elevator to the 4th floor. Take a left when you exit the elevator and look for unit B409 on the left. Other details to note: Please note that all unit numbers are preceded by letter B, that has no bearing on what building your condo is in. Please look carefully both at the address we provide for your vacation rental (found above) as well as the parking information shared with you in the Welcome Packet. Below are the 3 most popular:  -Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. Located 0.8 miles from house.  -Wall Street Beach Access: Located about a mile drive from the Preserve at Inlet Beach, about 200 yards east of the intersection of US30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking. There is no parking but there is parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access.  -Winston Lane Public Beach Access: Located less than .08 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride a bike.
