Access to terrace on the second floor. The space Unique thing about my house is the access to a beach within 5 min walking distance and you access to the private pool for after a long beach day. Also if you rent or have a car you have a secure parking for a maximum of 1 vehicles. Other things to note Storage rooms in the back, underneath main staircase, main ac unit and ac unit enclosures are not for guest access at any moment. Due to the tropical weather condensation may occur in ac units. If guest access areas which are not ment to be accessed, strict cancellation policies will be upheld and penalty for guest accessing areas above mentioned will be $500 dollars. Lost key and beeper fee will be $200. Hello Welcome to my home! The house has everything you need for a good stay. We have 4 rooms each with its tv, Netflix & Hulu included and air conditioning a spacious and comfortable room. Our kitchen is equipped with utensils to prepare food, shakes and coffee. In the living room we have air and fans and TV for your comfort. Also we have beach chairs, ice coolers and towels for the beach. Our bathroom have towels, sope, shower caps and first aid kit. We have a front patio and a little garden. The space Our space is always nice and clean. Confortable for big groups and close to hangout places and restaurants. Outdoor Space - Pool: A well-maintained heated pool for your use. This space is shared with one other apartment on property. -Bathroom: There is a full bathroom next to the pool and lounge area. - Parking: Secure, gated parking for up to 3 vehicles and additional street parking right in front of the house. Privacy: This is one of two listings on the property. Each has its own private entrance with the only shared space being the backyard pool area. Guest access The apartment has its own private entrance. Other things to note We're pleased to share that we have a full automatic generator on the property so that your stay is not disrupted by any outages! Regular check-in is at 3 pm. Early check-in is an additional $75 and based on availability. Regular check-out is at 10 am. Late check-out is an additional $75 and based on availability.

Bella Villa, is a cozy 4 bedroom modern outlook villa with a homie feel, steps away from the beach, located in the heart of the gated community of Ocean Park. With all the amenities for an entire family or friends get together, walking distance from restaurants, night life and the beach. There are beach chairs, beach towels and coolers and beach toys for the young ones too. The space A space that accommodates 8 comfortably, with queen size beds in each room, soft pillows, each with a night stand and lamp, ceiling fans, plus A/C's in each bedroom, custom made kitchen, large dining table, comfy sofa and side chairs, Smart TV, cable and WIFI, also a very nice desk space with a reading lamp perfect for business or leisure reading, a washer and dryer. A/C's throughout the property, perfect for when is hot outside. Luxury location, so close to the ocean you can feel the breeze while sitting on the nice porch enjoying the view and the spacious patio with a fire pit surrounded by chairs adjacent to the balcony is a great ambiance and just perfect when coming back from the beach. Guest access Guess have access to all common areas, utilities, and amenities, including the kitchen, balcony, fire pit and grill. Other things to note I have a shared parking space. So I will provide my guest with phone numbers in case anyone else has a guest visiting. But it is very spacious and also there is parking on the street too. Its important for the guests to know that after Hurricane Maria there are times when power outages do happen, so for that I have provided candles in each room, even in the bathrooms and flashlights on the wood cabinet next to the dining room. Usually the power comes back in a few hours. But it still a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the beach. Bella Villa is an apartment on the first floor, of a property that has two apartments upstairs and one in the back. Bella Villa is equipped with a cistern.

Bienvenidos a Casa Monteflores! It’s less than a mile from Ocean Park beach and 7 minutes from SJU airport. Isla Verde, Condado, Distrito T-Mobile and Mall of San Juan are about 10 minutes away, and Old San Juan is 15-20 minutes. This 3,000 square foot condo has 4 bedrooms (3 with king beds), 4 full baths, a kitchen, dining and living room, and super fast WiFi & A/C throughout. The building is family-oriented with children and elderly residents living below, no parties or events permitted. The space Bedroom #1 has a king bed, ocean view, 43" TV, and private, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, ocean view, 86" TV, soundbar, and semi-private ensuite bathroom, accessed via a vestibule that is shared with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, ocean view, workspace/desk with 32" monitor, and semi-private ensuite bathroom, accessed via a vestibule that is shared with Bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 is a separate room with a city view and king bed. The bathroom is accessed from the hallway right outside the bedroom door. The fourth bathroom in the house is a full bathroom with shower, located adjacent to the kitchen. The fixed beds accommodate up to 8 guests, and two self-inflating queen air beds with sets of linens and pillows are available in the closet if flexible bedding options are needed. All beds are luxuriously appointed with duvets, high thread-count sheets and a double set of pillows. All the water in the house is filtered, pressure-boosted and heated with an in-line hot water heater. In the event of a power and/or water outage (sometimes happens in PR), a generator and water cistern system will keep everything in Casa Monteflores running smoothly. The fully stocked kitchen/breakfast room features modern stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, a convection oven, an induction cooktop, and double sink with garbage disposal. The cupboards are stocked with all the pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, glassware, and cutlery you’ll ever need, and an air fryer, Vitamix blender, Zojirushi rice cooker, and Keurig coffee maker round out the rest of the appliances. A full-size front-loading washer and dryer are also located nearby. The dining room has a great view of the city, and the living room has a large reclining sectional with TV and soundbar for movie nights. In between, a large breezy patio with a ceiling fan and a pair of lounge chairs is perfect for watching the southwestern sky fill with sunset colors as the lights of San Juan’s financial district, Hato Rey, come alive at night. Guest access The entire full-floor penthouse is available for guests, except for a small, locked storage room where supplies are kept. Other things to note There is a Nest doorbell camera at the entrance as well as a garage door camera in the garage for added security.

Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, ii. Any reserve that is scheduled to arrive during the tropical storm or hurricane warning period. c) No refund is honored if it just rains due to tropical storms- we cannot guarantee the weather. d)the vacation can be rescheduled according to availability of vacant dates in the calendar. We recommend Uber or car rental if you would like to visit other areas of Puerto Rico.

Centrally located, you’re just a short walk from the beach and minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and pharmacies. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility. The space This property has everything you need to enjoy a good vacation. - Property for 10 people. No extra guests are allowed. -It has 4 rooms, 4 with a queen size bed and 1 with a king size bed. Each room or space has an air unit. - Three bathrooms - Equipped kitchen - Living Room - Entrance hall - A nice patio with chairs - A pit fire place - A grill - Outdoor dining area - Swimming pool - Ample parking or garage area. - This house has a new power generator. Puerto Rico's electrical system has been very delicate for the last 5 years. So, if the electrical system goes out you don't have to worry. - Washing machine - Dryer - It has cameras outside the property. -------- Guest access This is not a shared property. The whole house is for you to use. ------- Guests will enter through the garage door using a code that will be provided to you at check-in time. Other things to note 1.) Always lock the doors and gate when exiting the house. 2.) Have respect for our neighbors. 3.) No extra guests and parties are not allowed. This is an area where other neighbors also reside and has quiet hours. 4.) This house has a security key. You are asked not to loose it, since we would have to change the entire door entry system. $150.00 will be charged if you loose it. 5.) Please, deposit all your trash inside the trash bins located in front of the house. 6.) Do not smoke inside the house or rooms. 7.) Do not leave children unattended in the property or in the swimming pool area. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, looses, or anything that might happen to you while staying here. 8.) Do not sit on the Livingroom sofa with wet swimsuit/clothes when coming back to the swimming pool or the beach. 9.) IMPORTANT: Always dry yourself before entering the house. The floor is tiled and slippery if your feet are not completely dry. 10.) You can use the grill and the fire pit, you are asked to leave it clean. You are not charged extra for its use. But if you do not leave it clean, there will be a charge of $50.00 for extra cleaning. 11.) Do not use glass glasses and cups in the pool. Polycarbonate glasses and cups were purchased for that area.
