Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The space The space comfortably accommodates two people, though, there is a couch and floor space for a few more if you are in a pinch. The kitchen allows you to do your own cooking. The apartment has an outside entrance at the back of our home on the ground level. You are free to enjoy the shared yard and patio. All indoor space in the apartment is private. Other things to note Our family resides in the main house and the kids play outside when they can. You may occasionally hear muffled noises of routine family activity. Additionally, there is an apartment overhead and you may hear periodic foot steps coming from above. Please respect our neighbors’ space and do not go up the back stairs. This apartment is located in a rural setting, adjacent to an organic farm. While we treat the space, you may still encounter common insects from opening and closing of doors and windows. There may be farm equipment in the field, animal smells from a neighboring farm, or wildlife visible. We love the rural charm and hope you do too!

Welcome to our guesthouse on 3 Acres just 4 miles outside Urbana, OH. You will find plenty of parking for any vehicle and a private entrance into comfortable guest quarters with all home neccesities . We are located next to many great Wedding Venues, Cave Adventures, Ohio Caverns, Mad River Mountain, Kiser Lake, and Antique Stores to name a few. The space This apartment is 1/3 of our large 3 bay modern barn. It is a loft style bedroom with full private shower upstairs. Full Bath downstairs. Full open kitchen. 3 guest has a day Bead located down stairs on main floor. WIFI & Computer Desk Private entrance with walk out doors to patio with grill. Washer and Dryer. RV hookups and Sewer are available. Guest access You will have the entire space and private access to the entirely separate apartment in our garage. Has large private back yard and patio with grill and fire pit. Some closets could be locked with personal items. 2 car garage next door is used for storage. Other things to note Possible noise from garage doors and dog. Durning day hours.

Barn Loft

This historic structure was originally a 2-story log home built in 1813. The home was used as an Inn or tavern along the Old Federal Road leading from Columbus to Springfield. In 2020, the decision was made to disassemble the second floor of the original cabin and then reassemble it on a new foundation with walk-out basement. This rebuilt cabin overlooks Deer Creek and a 50 plus acre wetlands area.  The property is 1 mile from I-70 and is only a 30-minute drive to Columbus, OH.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Cozy up by the fireplace or enjoy the window view across the road of summer wild flowers and autumn colors along Little Darby Creek. Brew a cup of coffee or take a 10 minute drive into Plain City to The Red Hen Cafe and Bakery. We're located 26 minutes from The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and 36 minutes from downtown Columbus. The space Lombard Loft is an apartment above our garage, we live in the main house. It has its own private entrance and living space separate from us. A queen sized bed is located in an unenclosed area in the back of the apartment with ample space for floor beds, air mattress or a pack-n-play. The spacious living room has a 43" inch TCL smart TV with streaming apps available to log in to as well as broadcast channels. Guest access We have a gravel driveway with a parking space and concrete sidewalk leading to a side garage door. Immediately inside the garage is the apartment door with coded lock and stairway to apartment. Not handicap accessible. Other things to note The apartment bedroom/laundry is directly above our living space. And while we'll try not to disturb we do have young children so you may occasionally hear them as they play. Our boys do use the basketball hoop out on the driveway as well.
