Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We live on the first floor and the second floor is at your disposal. There is a park and playground within walking distance. The space Sights within 5 miles are the National Comedy Center, Lucy Desi Museum, Roger Tory Peterson Institute, Audubon Society, and Robert F Jackson Law Center. Within 10 miles is Chautauqua Institution, Chautauqua Lake, Lily Dale Spiritualist Center. Within 20 miles are two ski resorts, Peak n Peek and Holiday Valley in Ellicottville. Guest access The driveway closest to the front door is for your use. Please don't block the garage. the upstairs loft is for your use only. you may also enjoy the back yard. Other things to note There is no kitchen, just a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.

The space The house is a duplex consisting of an upstairs and downstairs apartment. Guests have entire downstairs apartment to themselves and access to the entire outside space. There is a porch with a bench out front to relax on. 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a queen. Full bathroom and kitchen. There is also a backyard that is partially fenced in and the home is situated on a large corner lot. Guest access There are 2 driveways, guests can park in the left one if you are facing the house. Street parking also available for free. Backyard is a shared space with upstairs tenant. Other things to note Smoking is allowed in the backyard only!
