The half acre property includes an expansive backyard with a heated pool and grill, providing a private place to enjoy the sunshine. Inside, over 4000 sq ft of space with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, with 5 spacious bedrooms and an private den with air mattress and couch if needed. Newly renovated kitchen and open concept living space make this an ideal family getaway. The space The half acre property includes an expansive backyard with a heated pool and Weber grill, providing a private place to enjoy the sunshine and escape the city. Inside, there is over 4000 sq ft of space with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, with 5 spacious bedrooms, including 2 on the first floor. The open-concept living room is filled with sunlight and features a smart TV and modern furnishings, then connects to the chef’s kitchen that is stocked with everything for a gourmet meal. This home comes equipped with everything you need to summer in the Hamptons, including pool floats, bicycles, and beach chairs. +++++++++++++ Bedroom 1: The primary suite provides privacy away from the rest of the house with a spacious bedroom room with a King size bed and bathroom with his and hers sinks, with a traditional style jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are large with king beds in each room. They share a jack and jill bathroom that similarly has both a shower and full soaking jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 4 & 5 are downstairs, one with a queen-sized bed and the other has 2-twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom that is right across the hall. There is an additional Den on the 2nd floor with a full at home office in one area and a couch and second tv in the other. We use this to sleep additional guests on an air mattress if more are sleeping just for a few days. The great room is the main focal point of the house - with the living room and dining rooms connected and open to the large Kitchen area. The living room boasts a 10 ft long modern sectional and many comfortable chairs for sitting and entertaining in the space. It also has a 75'' LG smart TV if you are looking to watch TV or play music that can be heard/seen around the space. The dining room holds a large table with 6 chairs, but it can can seat 8 people comfortably if you bring over chairs from the breakfast area. It has a large bay window behind you and dimmable lights above. The entire kitchen was redone with brand new cabinets and appliances, so it is a modern chefs paridise. We live in the kitchen and love to cook - so the full kitchen is decked out with all of the tools and appliances (kitchen aid, vitamix etc.) you could want. In the basement are laundry machines, a small workout space with a peloton bike for your gym away from home. There is also a ping pong table available for your use. Outside, the backyard is fully fenced in with a full size heated pool (propane at for heater is at renters expense if they chose to use the heater) and lush landscaping for your enjoyment. We have lounge chairs, a conversation set and an outdoor dining set. There is also a grill which will be available for your use. Other things to note For parking, the driveway is horseshoe shaped and has the ability to park 3 cars comfortably while still having a through lane for other cars. There is also access to a 1-car garage.
