Luxe Lake Geneva Heated Pool / 2 Hot Tubs / Sauna

This seven bedroom, four bath home is perfectly positioned on the south shores of Lake Como in Lake Geneva and provides breathtaking views of the lake. It's a beautiful home with four floors of living space and provides the ultimate lake life experience. The space The first floor has two bedrooms with queen bed in one room and a king in the other, a large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, three ovens, a breakfast bar and a large dining room table that all together sits 17. We have a high chair available, too. There's a living room, a sitting room and a full bath. There's also a large deck with a barbecue grill, that extends across the entire back of the house and wraps around the front. The second floor offers a master bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in shower and access to the lakeside balcony. There are four other bedrooms on the second floor, two with twin beds in each, one with a king bed and the other with bunk beds (with a full size on the bottom) and a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed. There's also a full bath with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower as well as a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There's a large balcony that extends across the back of the house and is accessible from two of the bedrooms. A pack and play is available, as well, for the little ones. The third floor is a game room with is perfect for the kids. It's here you'll find a giant doll house, a lego table and a video game area. The lower level features a large family room, a full bathroom with an additional washer and dryer and a wet bar. It's a walkout lower level that leads to a patio with a retractable awning so you can enjoy the afternoon sun without getting too hot and an expansive lawn perfect for yard games that leads to the beach and pier. There's a small fire pit in the yard as well as yard games including Corn Hole Toss and Bocce for your enjoyment as well as beach toys and rafts. The private pier that will comfortably fit two boats and the private sandy beach has a gradual incline into the water. It's perfect for kids of all ages. Two kayaks are included with the rental. The pier is typically in the water from April-October, depending on the weather. The lake is approximately 10 feet at it's deepest, so it's a perfect lake for boating, tubing, waterskiing, swimming, fishing and more. In fact, there are World Barefoot Waterski Champions that live and train on the lake! For those lucky enough to stay for the fourth of July, you'll enjoy unobstructed views of the Geneva National fireworks display from the comfort of your own vacation home. During the winter of 2022, the Ice Castles will be built on the grounds of the Geneva National Golf Course and overlooking our house. These ice castles are over 40 feet tall with interactive elements including slides, fountains, look out towers, and with led lights that move to the music. Tickets can be found at the Ice Castles website. There will be four additional castles built inNorth America, including Utah, Colorado, New Hampshire and Canada. The house is located just three miles west of Downtown Lake Geneva and all the shopping, entertainment, theaters and restaurants it has to offer. You'll also be two doors away from the famous Mars Resort Bar & Restaurant with a piano bar and outdoor seating on the lake. They serve great food in a fun and comfortable setting and have outdoor entertainment occasionally on summer afternoons by the lake, which can be enjoyed from this house! In the evenings, the restaurant is busy, but it's a quiet dining crowd. Also within walking distance is the restaurant at the Sand Hill Inn, formally the French Country Inn, which was a famous hangout for gagsters int he 1930's. It's a fun atmosphere on the lake and great food too! You'll also be able to walk to the Ridge Hotel and their spectacular outdoor Bar 55 on the Veranda. It's here you'll find a giant fire pit, a tiki-style bar and even a pool where you can purchase day passes. The Ridge also offers live entertainment on select days throughout the month. It's great to be on the lake, have access to three restaurants on foot and yet be only 3 miles away from downtown Lake Geneva! The local resorts have year round activities to keep our visitors busy all year. Winter is a great time to visit, as we are located near two ski hills, with ice fishing on the lake, great cross country skiing, ice skating and sledding nearby. Autumn is a beautiful time, as well, with gorgeous foliage throughout the area including breathtaking views across the lake. There are also orchards for apple picking and many fall and Halloween events to enjoy. Spring, too, is a great time. With the ice gone, Lake Como and Geneva come back to life! There is a strawberry and blueberry farm for picking up the street and plenty of other fun seasonal things to do and see. The home has over 3,500 square feet of fun that includes six indoor gathering places, 7 bedrooms (most with sitting areas too), a lakefront deck, a stunning rooftop deck, a private yard, private beach and a large private pier where you can park your boat(s). Watersedge East sleeps 18! The space Watersedge East is located on the south shores of Lake Como in Lake Geneva which is a quiet, non-crowded lake that is approximately 11 feet at its deepest. It's the perfect lake for swimming, tubing, boating, waterskiing, fishing and more. For those lucky enough to stay for the fourth of July, you'll enjoy unobstructed views of the Geneva National fireworks display from the comfort of your own vacation home. There's a beautiful 1st floor living room that opens to a game room. There's seating for 14 in these rooms. The game room opens to the large deck overlooking the lake with a BBQ grill (we supply the propane.) Beautiful views can be enjoyed from both of these rooms. The game room has a dart board, gaming table and a bookshelf full of board games. It's the perfect place for kids to escape, and adults too! There's a fully stocked kitchen on the first floor with two full size refrigerators. With granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and everything you'd need to prepare a meal with your friends and family. From dishes and pots and pans, to blender and crock pot... we have it all there for you! The dining room table has 10 chairs plus two benches that can be pulled up for additional seating. There's room for two more at the breakfast bar adjacent to the table and there's a television in the kitchen, as well. There are three bedrooms on the first floor including the Master Suite with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as two bedrooms, one with a king bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. There's also another full bath and a laundry area with full size washer and dryer on the first floor. The house continues to the second floor with a cozy reading loft at the top of the stairs and into the family room with large picture window overlooking the lake and Geneva National Golf Course. The family room has a huge selection of DVD's, a Wii video gaming system with games, as well as a game table. There's also a wet bar with microwave, refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker as well It's the perfect place for kids to get away or other groups to gather and enjoy the view. There are four bedrooms on the second floor including one with a king bed and two twins, another bedroom with a queen bed, as well as one with two twin beds and also the family suite. This suite has a queen bed, two twins and a private bathroom. There's also access to an amazing roof top deck with seating for 16 as well as a pergola to provide some shade. It's here you will find the most beautiful lake views you can image! The home overlooks Geneva National Golf Course and it's three championship courses across the lake so the view is second to none! The bedding is all high quality and brand new and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night sleep. The home has been professionally decorated throughout and the soothing color pallet and mixture of textures is warm and homey. The house was built in the 1880's and was used by notorious Chicago gangsters in the 20's and 30's because of its secluded lakefront location and close proximity to Chicago. This house has been referenced in many biographies including those of Baby Face Nelson, John Dillinger and George "Bugs" Moran. The home has been updated throughout and offers all the modern amenities you'd expect from an upscale vacation rental, while keeping true to its historic charm. Relics from its past can still be seen in the home today including the counting table, where money from local bootlegging and gambling operations was counted and sorted, has now been converted a rustic dining room table. The crown jewel of this property is the lake and you can access it from a staircase off the lakeside deck and into the fenced flat yard with two large picnic tables and yard chairs. You'll also find a private beach and a large "L'" shaped pier. We have rafts, 2 kayaks, yard games including Corn Hole Toss and Bocce, as well as plenty of sand toys and a small fire pit. Feel free to bring along your boat, jet ski, canoe, or sailboat to use while staying at the Watersedge. If you'd like to arrange a rental of a boat, let us direct you to a local marina which will deliver a rental boat to the Municipal pier at the end of our block and you can drive it to the Watersedge home pier for use during your stay. The piers are typically in the water from April-October, depending on the weather. The Watersedge is located just three miles west of Downtown Lake Geneva and all the shopping, entertainment, theaters and restaurants it has to offer. You'll find this to be the perfect location, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, but far enough away to avoid the congestion. It's the ideal home for couples, girl's weekends, families, team building and adult groups of friends. There's plenty to do within walking distance of this home, as well, including three restaurants and lounges. Sand Hill Inn with its French inspired Farm to Fork Fining dining experience is about 5 houses away and offers wonderful dinner options and lakeside dining. The Mars Resort and Piano bar is about 10 houses away and is one of the most popular places in town. The local resorts have year round activities to keep our visitors busy all year. Winter is a great time to visit, as we are located near two ski hills, have ice fishing on the lake, great cross-country skiing, ice skating, Ice Castles, and sledding less than a block away. It's only during those times when both homes are rented by the same party that guests will be able to commingle. The houses are separated by a garage with a rooftop deck above it. Como Collection - 2 Homes, 2 Lakes, 1 Rental!

Watersedge West is a luxury beach house sitting on the south shore of Lake Como in Lake Geneva. Overlooking Geneva National Golf Course and its three championship golf courses and perfectly positioned for spectacular sunsets. Situated on the Watersedge grounds, this is your private oasis complete with two private sandy beaches, a private pier for docking a boat and a private fishing pier. The space There's a sprawling yard with plenty of room for yard games or picnicking and a private lakefront cabana with indoor/outdoor bar, wrap around deck, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. We provide kayaks, foam rafts, beach toys as well as yard games. Lake Como is a spring fed lake with depths reaching 9 feet at the deepest. It's perfect for swimming, boating, fishing and the zero depth entry into the lake is perfect for kids and adults alike. What makes Lake Como so special is that there are several restaurants and bars on our lake, both on the north and south side and you can float your boat over to their docks. Going out for pizza by boat is a crowd pleaser, as is bar hopping by boat. The pier is typically in the water from April-October, depending on the weather. Inside this professionally decorated, 3,500 square foot home, you'll find 6 bedrooms complete with new plush mattresses and hotel quality white bedding and 4.5 baths. This is a former bed and breakfast so you will find some oversized, ensuite bedrooms and plenty of rooms and space to gather. The large living room has one of the most amazing views you can image. The oversized picture window captures a perfectly centered view of the Geneva National clubhouse and its golf course overlooking the lake. It's stunning! The sunsets are often vibrant shades of pink and red and you can enjoy them from the comfort of your home. Also in the living room is a billiard table, a baby grand piano, a wood burning stove, smart tv, as well as seating for your entire group to gather. Adjacent to the living room is a game room with board games, cards and a smart tv with a wii video game system. From this room is access to a two tiered lakeside deck with breathtaking views, gorgeous outdoor furniture, barbecue grill and access to another deck with built in benches and a fire pit. From there, you can step right our onto the pier with room to park your boat. You can bring your own boat or we can refer you to businesses that offer rental boats and will deliver directly to your pier. The kitchen is the heart of this home and not only offers spectacular views of the lake, beach, and and cabana, but it is a chef's dream! You'll find three ovens, two refrigerators and its fully stocked with all the equipment you will need as well as a tv. There are new white kitchen cabinets with full extension and soft close drawers, white quartz countertops, an enormous island with seating for 6 as well as a large table that seats 10. There's an additional table for 4 in the game room next to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a powder room, full size washer and dryer and a screened porch overlooking the yard and lake. The bedrooms will provide sleeping accommodations for up to 17 people. There are two first floor bedrooms, one is ensuite with a queen bed, tv, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The other first floor bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle that pulls out. On the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed, tv, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. There are two additional ensuite bedrooms with one having a queen bed, tv and a private bathroom with walk in shower. There's another ensuite bedroom on this floor that offers a full size bed, with a twin trundle that pulls out and a tv. This bedroom has a full bath with a shower over a bathtub. The 6th bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed with a twin trundle that pulls out. This bedroom also has access to a second floor deck overlooking the lake, yard and cabana. The home has great indoor/outdoor flow and caters well to large groups. The Watersedge is located just three miles west of Downtown Lake Geneva and all the shopping, entertainment, theaters and restaurants it has to offer. You'll find this to be the perfect location, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, but far enough away to avoid the congestion. It's the ideal home for couples, girl's weekends, families, team building and adult groups of friends. If you're interested in golfing this is where you'll want to stay! We overlook Geneva National Golf Course that is located on the north side of the lake and are just a short drive to the Grand Geneva's Brute and Highland Courses; Hawks View's Como Crossings or the 18-hole par three Barn Hollow. There are courses for all levels nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance of this home, as well, including three restaurants and lounges. The French Country Inn is about 5 houses away and offers wonderful dinner options and lakeside dining. The Mars Resort and Piano bar is about 10 houses away and is one of the most popular places in town. They have a great Friday Fish Fry, incredible burgers and sing-a-longs around the piano most weekend nights. In the summer months they have afternoon entertainment on many Saturday afternoons on their lakeside deck. The Ridge Hotel has an incredible restaurant, Crafted Americana and Bar 55 on the Veranda (with a giant fire pit) that are just up the hill on Hwy 50. They serve great food and offer entertainment on most weekends. You'll enjoy being able to walk to all these restaurants and lounges without ever having to start your car! The local resorts have year round activities to keep our visitors busy all year. Winter is a great time to visit, as we are located near two ski hills, have ice fishing on the lake, great cross-country skiing, ice skating, Ice Castles, and sledding less than a block away. Autumn is a beautiful time, as well, with gorgeous foliage throughout the area including breathtaking views across the lake. There are also orchards for apple picking and many fall and Halloween events to enjoy. Spring, too, is a great time. With the ice gone, Lake Como and Geneva come back to life! There is a strawberry and blueberry farm for picking up the street and plenty of other fun seasonal things to do and see. You'll instantly feel at home in our clean, comfortable home. We provide towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, cable tv, wifi, dvds and board games - all the amenities you need for a relaxing retreat. A high chair and pack and play are available, as well. For larger groups, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Watersedge East is located on the same grounds as this home with its own private pier, private beach, private yard and private rooftop deck overlooking the lake. When groups rent both sides, Watersedge West will be given access to the rooftop deck which will allow guests to flow between both houses. It's only during those times when both homes are rented by the same party that guests will be able to commingle. The houses are separated by a garage with a rooftop deck above it. The two homes are spaced further away to provide privacy during your stay. The three upstairs all have queen beds, the bedroom downstairs has two full beds. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, one an en-suite to the master bedroom, the other directly across from the other two bedrooms. The basement bathroom includes a large shower and double vanity sinks. We just launched the downstairs space as of August 2025! The main floor living space is open, with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all connected, making it a prime location for family and friends to spend quality time together. The gas fireplace can be lit in a moment while you play records on the record player. We have added a 9' x 22' deck that overlooks the wooded lot behind us. There is also a wood-burning smokeless fire pit in the backyard. You can also sit on the front stoop looking at the wooded lot across the street. The space The Home: This 4,000 sq ft custom house features 4 bedrooms, sunroom, private office, a finished movie basement room, and 3.5 baths. The kitchen is perfect for the home chef with high end appliances and island for 2. The kitchen opens up into a spacious living room with a TV, decorative stone fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining room around the corner provides seating for 10 and overlooks the pool. Off the foyer & primary bedroom is a dedicated office space - perfect for those who might need to work from home, or use as a baby’s nursery. The laundry area is on the first floor as well, for your convenience. The Pool: Just off of the dining room and sunroom awaits a summer oasis featuring a 48'x24' in ground-heated pool and spa, gas grill, and large patio. Plenty of space to lay out, read a book, or dine outside. Plasticware plates, cups, wine glasses, bowls, etc. are provided to use around the pool area. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. The rear of the home opens to the pool/patio, & the perimeter is fully fenced-in. Pool is subject to weather, maintenance, and pool chemistry. The Hot Tub- Just off the primary bedroom and brand new for autumn 2024, a large hot tub with a capacity of 7-8 people is available year around. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Plasticware is available to use, absolutely no glass. The hot tub is subject to chemistry and maintenance. The Bedrooms: On the main floor you will find a beautiful primary bedroom suite with 10-ft ceilings, a decorative stone fireplace and private deck for your morning coffee. The bathroom has a large shower as well as whirlpool tub. This room has doors into the office, a space that can easily be used for a nursery. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with a shower - The spacious first bedroom has 1 queen and 1 extra long twin, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and desk. The lower level bedroom has 9ft ceilings, a queen, desk, & access to another full size bathroom down the hall. The Property: Woodhaven sits on over 2 secluded acres. The grounds include the home, outdoor patio/pool area, private woods, and ample grass lawns. Additional Details: The lower level is our favorite place to relax after a day in the pool; with 9-ft ceilings and a huge QLED TV movie room, an additional Murphy bed & plenty of space to enjoy board games. All lower level areas have large egress windows. The home has 2-zone central air/heat, black out shutters on the 2nd floor & basement windows, and black out drapes in the primary bedroom. Whole-home indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system and WiFi throughout the house. Guest access Guests have access to the Hot Tub Year Around. Guests have access to the Pool: **Pool is open Memorial Day to September 30th: All subject to weather, maintenance, and pool/hot tub chemistry. Guests do not have access to the garage in the summer. Guests can park 1 vehicle in the garage during winter months. The shed is not for guest use. Other things to note **Given our proximity to the woods, bugs and little critters are around the home. We have the home serviced multiple times per year to help prevent them from entering the home; if you have concerns or questions, please reach out directly prior to requesting to book** More excitingly, you may see white-tailed deer and/or a few turkeys while you sip your coffee on the back patio. The minimum age of the guest booking the home is 25 years old. Upon booking, guests will be asked for their email address to review and sign a short-term rental agreement. Guests will receive a welcome message with access instructions and guidelines to a wonderful stay the day before check-in. Large group gatherings and commercial use of the property by guests are not permitted. This home has a pool, hot tub, a water softener & a water purification system. We are dedicated to ensuring that both the pool and hot tub remain accessible for your enjoyment. However, please be informed that there may be instances during your stay when either facility is temporarily closed for maintenance or service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. This home also operates on a septic system, and has well water. This is important to note because the basement utility room has multiple types of equipment operating this home. There could be noises at random times where a timer is not applicable. Any equipment on a timer is set for during the day; however, emptying the pump when full is not on a timer, but rather empties at capacity. This means the system can be loud for a period of time either during day or night. Summer Pool use is subject to weather, maintenance, and pool chemistry. Lounge in the movie theater and stream your favorite film or TV show, or sit around the fire pit and share stories with friends and family. The options are almost endless, what will you do first? The space Enter on to the first floor of the property where you will find a chef's kitchen complete with all the amenities to craft a top notch meal. Kick back in the freshly designed living room complete with vegan leather sofa and overstuffed love seat. Also on the main floor is access to the small and large dining rooms. Seat six comfortably in the intimate game room where you have a selection of board and card game classics for the family to enjoy. The spacious main dining room seats eight for a meal you won't forget. The show stopper 1,200sqft screened-in porch is accessible from the kitchen/living areas and small dining space. Here you can lounge on the sofa, soak in the hot tub, play ping pong, or dine at the handcrafted table for ten. Moving on down to the basement reveals two classic arcade cabinet games, a movie theater, full size putting green, large dry bar with dual 50" TVs, and a generous table for gathering and games. A second king size bedroom offers enough room for a sitting area and space to relax. The queen size bedroom is complete with a built-in desk area for any WFH needs. Lastly, the bunk room includes a queen-over-queen bed, in addition to the standard twin bunk bed. All the kids will have a blast in this room! The yard and outdoor space is a thing of beauty. Relax by the fire pit after your daily activities or challenge your friends to a game of bags. If you are lucky, you may run into some deer, turkey, or other wildlife! The garage, a storage room in the basement, and a storage closet in the upstairs guest bath are locked off for the cleaning staff and owners. The space Our property is partially used by us owners, so we wanted to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible for everyone staying. We spent a lot of time renovating and decorating to give guests (and ourselves when we stay there) all of the necessities of a primary residence. The decor helps make the house feel warm, cozy and up beat! Spacious and comfortable cathedral-ceiling living room with large ‘L’ shaped couch and side chair. 65” Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus. Large kitchen with peninsula seating for four is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, baking, kid-friendly dishes, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee/tea/cocoa station with necessities. Rustic dining room table to comfortably accommodate 8, perfect for game night (there are playing cards and board games available for use)! Rear deck off the kitchen is great for nature watching, grilling, and lounging. Primary Bedroom en suite with king bed, large 10’ long closet, and features walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has expanded queen Sleep Number bed with 5’ long closet. We also have a sectional sofa in living room and a sofa in the Sunroom. 2 air mattress in the 1st floor linen closet and 1 roll a bed in the lower level closet. We have a child’s pack and play , Wooden high chair, child seat to be used on a chair, they are located in the basement.	 Living room quiet spacious and has a large flat screen TV , seating and a cozy fireplace! We also have a dining room and full equipped kitchen with table and chairs. The sunroom is screened in and is furnished with a table 4 chairs, nice comfy sofa and 2 side wicker chairs. This area is roomy and comfortable. The backyard is nice and roomy with 3 Chase lounges 2 Patio tables, a Weber and Charcoal grill for some great BBQ’s along with a Fire pit and chairs. ( We don't provide firewood) The basement is very roomy. TV, fuze ball, ping pong, and card/poker table. There is plenty to do here to enjoy your stay.
