The yard is beautifully landscaped, peaceful and private, with plenty of places to sit or play with kids. For rainy days, there’s a large, inviting playroom and TV area in the basement. Other things to note The location is ideal to enjoy all the glories of the outer-Cape. There are two beaches less than a mile from the house. Lots more beaches within a 10 minute drive (e.g., Nauset, Coast Guard, First Encounter, Skaket). Arey's Boat Yard, a few minutes walk from house, you can rent Stand Up Paddle boards (SUP), sailboats, kayaks, or book a tour out to Pleasant Bay. Continue walking further and you'll come to Peck Conservation area, just across from an active cranberry bog, for a wooded walk by the Namequoit river. Free-flowing dining, kitchen (fully stocked with amenities, feel free to use any pantry items) and living area on second floor. Our road provides easy access to Orleans center and Chatham. A quick drive to freshwater Crystal and Pilgrim Lakes which are great for kids. Or if you prefer, walk or bike through the Arey's neighborhood to Pilgrim lake. Five minute drive to Pleasant Bay Beach, eight minute drive to Nauset Beach on the ocean or Skaket Bay Beach. Sleeps 9 with 2 bedrooms and one bath on each level. Perfect layout for extended family and friends. Guest access You will have full use of the house, EXCEPT the upstairs loft area which is not described in the listing. Other things to note I require a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during the Summer Season (mid-June to 1st week in September).
