A unique peaceful place for Lake Allen Henry travelers to stay. Cabin #1 is 750-square-foot, one bedroom & one bathroom that sleeps ten. Bedroom has a king bed, twin sofa sleeper, and TV. The main room has two queen beds, a queen sofa sleeper, and a TV. The kitchenette has a 2-burner cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, a table for 4. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Just 3 minutes from the lake, easy access to outdoor activities such as fishing, or boating. The space Nature & Wildlife Notice Our property is located in a natural outdoor setting just 3 minutes from a public boat ramp. Guests can enjoy abundant wildlife, native vegetation, and the peaceful surroundings that make this area special. Because of the natural environment, you may encounter insects, mosquitoes, spiders, snakes, birds, deer, and other wildlife during your stay. We regularly treat and maintain the property to help minimize insects and pests; however, it is impossible to completely eliminate them in an outdoor environment. Seasonal rainfall and weather conditions can cause grass, weeds, and vegetation to grow quickly between maintenance visits. While we work diligently to keep the property maintained, guests should expect natural outdoor conditions that are common in rural and lakeside settings. Other things to note Coffee mugs etc located in the cabinet. Pets are welcomed but are not allowed inside/outside without adult supervision or a Kennel. Pet Owners are required to clean up after their pet in the yard or may be fined. Additionally, to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests, we have a strict no smoking policy indoors. Please note that smoking indoors will incur a fine of $500 plus large fee for smoke removal. Note: Please do not set the AC units below 70 degrees. If set lower, they will freeze up, start leaking, and will not cool effectively. Leaving the doors open for extended period of time will also cause the A/C to freeze in extreme heat it works overtime.
