Pet Waste and Accidents: The Guest agrees to pick up and properly dispose of any fecal waste produced by their pets while on the Property. The Guest also agrees to promptly clean up any pet accidents that occur within the cabin using the provided enzyme cleaner. Failure to clean up after pets or address accidents properly may result in additional cleaning fees. 2. Damage and Liability: The Guest acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for any damages caused by their pets to the Property or its contents. The Guest agrees to promptly report any damages to the Landlord. The Landlord may charge additional fees for repairs or replacements necessitated by pet-related damages. 3. Pet Cleaning Fee: The Guest agrees to pay a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 at the time of signing this Agreement. The pet cleaning fee covers the additional cleaning required to remove pet hair and dander from the Property. This fee is separate from any potential fees for damages caused by pets. 4. Additional Fees: In the event that pet-related damages exceed the amount covered by the pet cleaning fee, the Guest agrees to be responsible for all additional costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged items or restoring the Property to its original condition. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND ACTIVITIES: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the Property, and any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Guests agree that any illegal drug use or any use of the Property in violation of any law or ordinance will terminate their occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction. Guests will be held liable for any costs incurred by the Landlord, and no refund will be provided for the remaining balance of the stay. It is mandatory for everyone using the swimming pool to shower and clean their feet beforehand. No oils, bubble bath, soaps, liquids, or any other harmful materials are allowed in the swimming pool. Glass products are strictly prohibited in and around the swimming pool. Any violation of these rules will result in a cleaning fee of $200. Washer and Dryer and more The space This home is a updated clean, romantic, nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with a noise ordnance in place (ticketing noise complaints) It has a chef kitchen with everything you might need to cook. Including a bender, stand mixer and lots of utensils. We have a gas stove top and a double oven. Subzero refrigerator and freezer. There is an indoor gas log fireplace. The Sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa. The back yard has a beautiful garden with an outside fireplace. The primary bed is a king and has a view of the garden with a walk out space with a small table to sip your morning coffee. The primary bath has a double slipper tub big enough for two. The other bath has a great shower with body sprays with soft fluffy towels. We believe in high thread count sheets, luxury bedding and soft beds. We want your stay to be comfortable. The outside deck has a gas fireplace and a place to chill. The deck off the master bedroom has a place to relax and watch the birds in the garden. The garage can hold two cars. There is a lower clearance so a pickup truck won’t fit in the garage. There is a plug to charge a car overnight if car charging is required. there is some reconstruction in the neighborhood From a tornado last year but it’s mainly finished.
