Its perimeter is surrounded by French doors that can be opened to feel the fresh breeze of the forest within. Almost as in a masterful sequence, this room follows the personal work area by the stairs that provides access to the second floor bedroom and the property’s rooftop terrace. There is also: two complete bathrooms: one in the master room and one in the hallway, a balcony from master room, 55” HD tv on master room, and a family room/area with 50” LED tv. Two closets (one in a room and one in the corridor) are closed during the stay because are used as service/storage closets. We do the laundry but in case you have any unplanned need, the laundry area has washer and dryer. For convenience at the second floor we accommodate a small refrigerator, a microwave and a k-pod coffee maker for those cravings from last minute. Once you enter thru the main entrance door there is what we call the receiving area (another living room), to the right the stairs to go up ⬆️ and a new exit door to the side corridor for access to the pool area. As part of your rent in the back of first floor you will have access to the pool area 🏊‍♀️ 💦 thru the gate at the right side of house or thru the new door mentioned before from the living room. Pool has depth from 3’ to 6’ and the pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without exceptions. Our concept is to promote the local businesses and restaurants staying in a comfortable and warm house to rest and avoiding the cooking responsibility of a typical day. For that reason, we prepare a complete guide with recommendations of what to do and where you must go to enjoy our food. But if you want to cook your own food 🥘 you have also the facilities. Adjacent to pool area is available a room with all kitchen appliances in case you want to cook every day or in a special occasion. Access of the kitchen is from pool area (have no access from interior). Also an additional bathroom (the third one) is available for your use while you are enjoying this area.
