This cabin is mostly secluded as there is more privacy in this community with larger lots. You can still see neighboring cabins at a distance from this cabin. 12. What TV channels do you provide? All of our TVs are high definition smart Roku TVs where you can access Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, Hulu and other apps. You will need to bring your own usernames/passwords for access. 13. What type of internet do you provide? We provide internet and Wi-Fi. 14. How many parking spaces are there? There is enough parking for 4-5 cars, depending on the size of your cars and how you park. 15. How big and how deep is the pool? What temperature is the pool heated to? What do you provide for pool safety? The pool is 20.5 feet by 10 feet. The pool is 4 feet deep. Access to the indoor pool room is via keypad lock. The code should be provided to adults only. There is a sound alarm any time a pool room door opens. We provide a pool safety hook and ring. All children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult. The pool is heated to 80-82 degrees. The indoor pool room temperature is set at 81 degrees. If you want to leave the tranquility of the cabin and the park, Pigeon Forge is 14 miles away and Gatlinburg is 18 miles from the cabin. Fully paved roads bring to you to the cabin, but it is at times hilly, winding mountain roads. Snow and ice are not common in the area, but 4WD or AWD may be necessary in the winter months. Other things to note The cabin is in the woods. You may see and hear critters. Bears are common. Any underage guests in the hot tub must be monitored by an adult at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Absolutely no smoking in the cabin. This is common for mountain cabins and not a sign of poor cleanliness. We respond quickly to any concerns if notified during your stay. Hot Tub Information: For sanitation purposes, the hot tub may be drained, cleaned, and refilled between guest stays. In some cases, a departing guest may check out on the same day that a new guest arrives, requiring the hot tub to be freshly refilled shortly before check-in. Fresh fill water typically enters the tub at approximately 55–65°F and may require several hours to reach operating temperature. Hot tubs generally heat at a rate of approximately 2–4°F per hour, and heating time will vary based on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Guests arriving shortly after a refill may find the water below its final set temperature. This process helps ensure the hot tub is clean, sanitized, and ready for your stay. Community Pool Notice: The community pool is owned and operated by Honeysuckle, not by us. While Honeysuckle generally keeps the pool open during the season, they may close it at any time due to weather, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, safety concerns, or any other operational reason. Perfect location for peaceful getaway. Cade's cove, tubing, Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance, and lots of hiking are all very close to the cabin and on easy roads! Guest access This cabin is one of the most easily accessible cabins with a view, avoiding much of the steep mountain roads. It's only a mile off wears valley rd! Large lap pool and fishing pond are a 5 min drive away (access is free with your stay) Other things to note BATH towels and linens for all beds are provided. Please bring your own towels for the pool and do not bring ours. Please note all fireplaces in the cabin are electric. Open flames are not allowed on the premises. We DO have a pack & play & highchair in the cabin as well. Pool is generally open Memorial Day to Labor day but if weather is good sometimes they open earlier or close later in the season. We have no control or responsibility for pool closures. Food items including coffee are not provided. A starter supply of TP and paper towel are provided but you should anticipate having to purchase more. This cabin is in the woods! You may see or hear insects and bears. This cabin is only about a mile off the main road (Wears Valley Rd) which is flat, but the last quarter mile is a little steep. The driveway is also a bit steep. For cabins with a view, this is relatively mild and only a short distance. Any car can easily handle it, however, if there is snow or ice you would want 4 wheel drive (as you would anywhere in the mountains here). That's the tradeoff for having an amazing mountain view :-) The TVs in the cabin all have wifi access with streaming apps such as netflix, but bring your own logins. Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet you will be charged $500 and asked to leave. Please note there are security cameras monitoring the front and rear entrances for our mutual protection. Please make sure your guest count is accurate. The price varies slightly depending on the total number of guests. A security deposit of $500 will be collected through our API system after booking. No refunds are offered for weather, please plan accordingly! If available, early checkins and late checkouts can be arranged at a cost of $30 per hour rounded to the nearest hour. Actual water temperature may naturally fluctuate by a few degrees above or below this target based on outdoor weather conditions and other environmental factors. There are no refunds for dissatisfaction with pool heat. Cancellations and date changes are not permitted outside of the cancellation window, including for personal emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans, particularly when traveling during seasons that are prone to extreme weather that may disrupt travel.

As you pull into the flat circle drive and walk through the double doors, you will be amazed at the magnificent views of the Smoky Mountains from this large 3 story cabin! The space Mimosa Sunrise has enough room for multiple families and couples. The adults will be happy with the four king bed suites and one suite with two queen beds, each having a dedicated full bathroom. The kids and kids at heart will be ecstatic with their sleeping options, including a bunk room that sleeps up to 8, a cabin bed with trundle, a futon, and a daybed with trundle (in one of the king bed rooms, ideal for kids who want to sleep in the same room as their parents). For the comfort of all guests, this cabin is recommended for no more than 16 adults and for no more than 20 guests total, including adults and teenagers/kids who can sleep on the bunk beds, daybeds and futon. Located off of Wears Valley Road, you will find an entertainment paradise! This cabin offers a wide variety of amenities such as two extensive mountain view game areas: (1) the loft with a pool table and large solid wood poker table and (2) the lower level game room with ping pong, air hockey, foosball, Boss Toss bean bag game, Golden Tee (with 88 unique 18 hole courses) and Multicade arcade system (containing tons of classics like Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Ms. Pac-Man, etc.). Although there is a possibility of some other construction activities past Mimosa Sunrise, we do not anticipate any significant construction noise that would negatively affect your stay. Any construction typically occurs during the normal Monday to Friday business hours when guests typically enjoy the National Park and numerous other area attractions and restaurants. Most importantly, none of this construction will affect the incredible unobstructed mountain views that guests experience inside the cabin and on its spacious decks. A half bathroom and large laundry area finishes off the main level. The lower level is massive and where most of the fun is located. There is a huge game area that includes a pool table, foosball, air hockey, shuffle board, multiple arcade game consoles, pinball machine, boss toss, and skee ball!!! You will be able to access the massive covered decks from multiple areas. There are multiple seating areas, including a FIRE PIT and HOT TUB! Don’t forget about your beautiful INDOOR POOL—take in the beautiful mountain views while cooling off. There is also another master king suite with private bathroom and 2 bunk rooms with queen over queen bunkbeds and a large bathroom. As you make your way up to the second level, there is a large THEATER area with 8 power recliners for all to enjoy! There are 2 spacious master king suites, both with private bathrooms on this level as well! There is also a large loft area with seating that overlooks the beautiful living area, fireplace, and most importantly, the beauty of the smoky mountains. Propane and we DO supply propane! 5) Are pets/animals allowed? Under no circumstances do we allow pets/animals. The home is animal/ pet free. The homeowners and their children have severe allergies and animals will pose severe health risks. 6) Are hot tubs cleaned? We drain, clean, and refill the hot tub after every stay. 7) Is price negotiable? No. Prices are as stated and no fees are reduced or eliminated. 8) When is second payment due? 30 days prior to your stay. 9) What time is check in and check out? Check in after 4pm Check out prior to 10am. 10) How do cancellations work? Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations due to weather are non-refundable. Cancellations before 60 days are non-refundable. 11) How are roads to chalet? The roads are paved and well maintained. If snow or ice is present, 4 wheel drive or snow chains are recommended. That is a rule of thumb for all mountain roads. 12) Are there any days that check in or check out is not permitted? Thanksgiving and Christmas. 13) Do you provide travel insurance? If cancellation is of ANY concern, or shortened length of booking, illness/Covid, or any other unforeseen circumstance is a concern, we strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation protection from CSA. This does not go through us. We cannot operate outside our cancellation policy for any reason. 14) When will I get chalet address and access information? It is nestled in between plush evergreens on .86 acres, just in front of a catch and release fishing pond. Located 15 minutes drive from Pigeon Forge, 25 minutes from Dollywood Theme Park and 35 minutes from Gatlinburg. ► PRIVATE HEATED INDOOR POOL The private heated indoor pool sets this cabin apart from many in the area. It is surrounded by a concrete pool deck and comfortable lounge furniture. There is a railing to help guests enter into the shallow end and plenty of room for everybody to splash and play, no matter the season! This is a private indoor pool meaning it is only accessible to our guests. For security reasons, we have placed 2 outside cameras, one is located on the entry porch facing the entrance door and one is located facing the driveway. Wyze cameras in place and actively recording. Wyze cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time. Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home. Please treat our cabin with respect. "Out of our control" problems could arise, please note we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue ASAP, as your comfort means everything to us.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM, giving housekeeping time to reset the lodge between stays. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. The property is pet-free and smoke-free, inside and out. The pool room's splash alarm must be switched back on after every swim a quick habit that keeps everyone safe. Since you're near the National Park, black bears do pass through: lock vehicles at all times and keep trash in the provided bear-proof receptacles. Quiet hours protect the peaceful setting. A signed rental agreement and ID are required within 24 hours of booking; full cancellation terms are provided then.
