A $450 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. No pets allowed. A $500 fee, plus the cost of additional cleaning, will be charged if evidence of a pet is found. The BBQ grill must be cleaned after each use. A $25 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if the grill is left uncleaned. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or large gatherings. The maximum occupancy is 6 people. An additional charge of $30 per person, per night/day will apply, up to 2 extra persons. Must be at least 25 years old to book. For security purposes, exterior cameras are present on the property. The neighborhood does not allow loud noise after 10:00 PM. Important Information Before Booking: We provide some courtesy items, but you are responsible for bringing your own supplies. The pool is cleaned once a week, on Wednesday or Thursday. The cleaning crew will enter the pool area without prior notice but will not disturb anyone. Garbage disposal: Please observe the garbage collection schedule and place trash outside daily to keep the house clean: Tuesday: Brown container (daily waste) should be placed on the sidewalk the night before or by 6:00 AM on Tuesday. Friday: Blue container (recycling) should be placed on the curbside the night before or by 6:00 AM on Friday. Pool Heating Information: The pre-established pool schedule is from 12:00 PM to 8:30/9:00 PM. If you would like to use the pool outside these hours, please let me know in advance, and we can adjust the schedule accordingly. There are two modes for heating the pool and jacuzzi: • MODE 1: This mode heats both the pool and jacuzzi simultaneously, reaching a temperature of 85°F. If it is very cold outside, it is normal to feel warmth, including in the jacuzzi area. • MODE 2: This mode heats only the jacuzzi, with the temperature reaching up to a maximum of 95°F. The pool is not heated in this mode, and the water pump will only operate in the jacuzzi area. The pool will remain at room temperature in this mode. By default, when you request pool heating, it will be set to MODE 1. If you would prefer to heat only the jacuzzi (MODE 2), please let me know in advance. Important Reminder: The pool is set to automatically turn on at the time I have indicated. You may use the automatic feature or manually turn it on, but please ensure it is not left on all night, as the pump could overheat and burn out. Mode 2 Details: In this mode, the pool valves are closed, and circulation is concentrated in the jacuzzi area. Only the jacuzzi will be heated, while the pool will cool down. You can use this mode for a few hours, but not all day, as the pool water needs to circulate to avoid stagnation and algae growth. Without proper circulation, the water could turn green and become damaged. If you wish to switch to MODE 2, please let me know in advance when you plan to use it, as I can only make this change through the application. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
