Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse will be your favorite beach spot to come relax. Shared pool is less than a minute walk from your front door and the rental comes with an electric 4 seater golf cart so you can be at the gated private beach access in less than 2 minutes. Townhouse is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort with 11 pools, 18 hole putt-putt course, and pickle ball courts. Close proximity to all area attractions and restaurants. The space RENTER MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK.; PROOF OF AGE WILL BE REQUIRED. Our townhouse is two story. The living room, kitchen and half bath are located downstairs with a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and recliner. Sliding glass doors in the living room lead outside to the large fenced patio that over looks the canal. The patio contains a dining table with seating for 4, a charcoal grill and a storage box containing beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and sand toys. The full sized kitchen comes fully stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes for you to prepare, cook, and eat your own meals. The closet located at the base of the stairs contains 6 beach towels, a beach cooler, putt-putt clubs/balls and tennis rackets for you to use during your stay. The 2nd floor contains a king master bedroom with ensuite tub/shower combo and the guest room contains a queen bed, and twin bed with ensuite tub/shower combo. There is a full size washer and dryer located upstairs at the top of the stairs. 4 seater electric golf cart is included with your rental for free; anyone 18 or older can drive it. Driver must provide a valid driver's license and signed golf cart waiver prior to lock code being given. The lock must remain in place around the golf cart's steering wheel when not in use. Failure to secure this lock or if you loose the lock will result in you being charged $25 for replacement. This golf cart is not street legal; it can be driven inside the resort only and not allowed to leave the resort There is one dedicated parking space for a vehicle located in front of the townhouse; it is marked 203. The other space is for the golf cart so if you don't park the golf cart horizontally in the very front of the parking spot then you will have to obtain an overflow parking pass from the security guard. The cost is $10 per day and the security guard will provide you directions to the designated overflow parking area. Proximity cards are required to access and open all gates on the resort property. Upon check in you will find two proximity cards on the bar for your use. These cards are placed inside waterproof lanyards with the unit number and our contact info to help you keep track of them. Do not lose these two Proximity cards! You will be charged a $50 replacement fee for each card that is lost or not found in the unit upon your check out. Also you will not be able to go in or out the gates without the proximity cards. After booking you will be required to provide a photo of valid Identification to verify you are a minimum of 21 years old. This same identification will be required along with rental agreement details to check in and be allowed on resort property. The guest who books the property is required to be in person for the entirety of the stay. Guests are asked to follow all house and resort rules posted inside the unit. Any violation of said rules may result in forfeiture of all monies and be ejected from the unit and resort property. Come escape to PCB at Powell's Paradise. This beautiful 2BR/2.5BA townhouse is located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort that is close to everything. It comes fully stocked so you can cook meals or grill outside on the patio with seating near the tranquil canal. Private beach access with restaurant and bathroom facilities is a short 2 minute golf cart ride that is included with your rental. This two story townhouse sleeps 6 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and twin bunks. The space RENTER MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK; PROOF OF AGE WILL BE REQUIRED. After booking you will be required to provide a photo of valid Identification to verify you are a minimum of 21 years old. Upon check in all adults are required to provide valid id along with rental agreement details to check in and be allowed on resort property. Failure to provide this information will result in your party not being allowed on resort property. The guest who books the property is required to be in person for the entirety of the stay. Guests are asked to follow all house and resort rules posted inside the unit. Any violation of said rules may result in forfeiture of all monies and be ejected from the unit and resort property.
