You can enjoy the sounds of the waves from the large furnished deck, in the friendly Holiday Beach subdivision. The large great room offers lots of light from the beautiful windows. Relax on the inviting sofas and chairs while you watch TV. High speed internet is also available for your devices. The living area is open to a dining table, and a large island with additional seating for preparing and serving meals. The kitchen is stocked with all you need, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and both Keurig and regular drip coffee makers. Absolute Paradise sleeps 12 comfortably, with a primary suite offering a king sized bed with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo) and TV. The second bedroom features two queen beds and two twins, and the third features one queen and two twin beds. Additional sleeping for two is available in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa. All the rooms showcase beautiful coastal decor. Outside you will find a fun bar area with seating, a swing, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill. It's a great place to entertain! There is also an outdoor sand shower for washing away the beach before you go in to enjoy the home. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. Security and Privacy: For your safety and peace of mind, the home has an exterior security camera positioned to monitor the street only. It does not face any interior spaces or private guest areas. There are no indoor cameras on the property. Your privacy and comfort are always our priority. Just pull up a few extra bar stools for dining or playing games. The Kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, wine fridge, ice maker, small appliances, dishes, cookware, serve ware and prep. Basic seasonings are also provided. There is ample countertop space for preparing meals and a pantry for storing your food. The large kitchen island seats 8. The Captain’s Quarters has a king size platform bed with drawers underneath for your clothes. The bed is perfectly positioned to see the ocean as you enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning. This is a no pets and smoke/vape free home, guest smoking outside and way from the home are asked that all tobacco products be disposed of properly. The house sits in a good place to reach all parts of the peninsula. Outside there are chairs to sit and talk, a playscape for the children, and a luggage lift you can use for an extra fee. The space This beach house is a small piece of paradise. When you walk in, the living room is open and easy, and it feels good to be there. The kitchen is plain and well-stocked. You can cook real meals for your people and it feels like home. Outside is where the life is. You can sit in the open air, listen to the waves, and feel the wind on the top deck. There is a long tiki bar and a grill where you can cook, drink, and talk late into the night. When it is time to rest, there are chairs for reading or sleep and quiet corners to be alone. The bedrooms have simple, soft beds and room for everyone. It is a good house for a long, honest vacation you will remember. Guest access You can park your car on the driveway. A lockbox is located upstairs next to the front door. Other things to note The house is stair-access only. There is no elevator for guests. A camera watches over the driveway for your safety and ours. Bring bug spray—mosquitoes in Crystal Beach can be fierce. The cargo lift is available for an extra fee. It is for luggage, groceries, and supplies only. It is not for people. Use it to move your bags to the upper deck and spare yourself the climb, but do not ride it. A golf cart is available to rent. Please read and understand the house rules at the start of your stay: Maximum occupancy is 10. Any extra guests must be approved before the final reservation. Only registered guests may stay at the house. All visitors must be shared with and approved by me. Do not park under the house. Park only on the concrete drive. Take care not to hit the pilings. No smoking anywhere on the property. No parties. No events. Do not engage in illegal activity on the property. Do not leave food out. It brings pests. Keep the home reasonably clean during your stay. It makes check-out easier for everyone. If you damage something by accident, tell me as soon as you can. I’ll review it and decide if there will be a deduction or repair cost. Keep noise low during the night. If anything is unclear, reach out so we can explain and avoid problems. Do not move furniture, inside or out. This includes chairs, picnic tables, and all pieces in the house. Grill only downstairs on the patio. Grilling on the deck is not allowed and is against Galveston County rules. Please clean the grill after use. After the beach, rinse sand off in the shower under the house or with the hoses. Leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine products or anything unusual down the toilets. It will harm the septic system. Do not pour grease into the sinks or any drain. If something breaks, let us know right away. We understand accidents happen. We just need to repair or replace things. Damage from careless or malicious behavior may be charged to the renter. Lock all doors and windows when you leave. If guests are asked to leave because of unsafe or irresponsible behavior, there will be no refund for unused nights. If there is a mandatory tropical storm or hurricane evacuation before your stay, you will receive a full refund. If you must evacuate during your stay, you will be credited for all lost nights. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss or damage of personal property. By accepting this reservation, you and your guests accept these risks for yourselves and anyone you invite to the property. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards. You swim at your own risk. You can enjoy the sound of the waves from the furnished deck, or just stroll/ride down the convenient beach access road to have your toes in the sand in minutes. The bright, open living area has a cozy sectional and comfy chairs, along with a flat screen television. You'll also enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchenware you need to cook a meal, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. There's plenty of seating for meals or games at the island and separate dining table! For your convenience you'll also find a washer and dryer on the premises, and high speed internet. Sea Ya on the Flip Side features a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and king size bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two sets of queen over queen bunk beds - perfect for kids! On the ground level you will find a charcoal grill and picnic table. The outdoor shower is a must for washing away the sand before enjoying the house. The modern kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare family meals. There's also a dining table with room for meals and games. There is a two-pet maximum with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. Stepping inside this home, you are immediately taken in by its open kitchen/living room area. There is plenty of space to gather around the bar, separating the kitchen and living room spaces. The bar provides seating as well as space for serving or prepping meals. The space Speaking of meals, you'll find this kitchen fully stocked with gadgets, pots, pans, and all the extras needed to make cooking a breeze! If you need to stay connected through your devices, One More Day has WIFI. You will enter the password information to interact with your social media outlets and stream your favorite shows on the TV. There are TVs in all the bedrooms. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with its own unique style. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with private deck access and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has 2 twin/full bunk beds. Downstairs is perfect for gathering around the Tiki Bar while the Grill Master prepares masterpieces on the charcoal grill. When the waves and sand start calling, you are a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away. After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the downstairs shower. You and your family will be begging for "One More Day" at the end of your vacation! Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. The beautiful home features an over sized spacious porch with plenty of furniture allowing you to take in the scenery and feel the refreshing breeze. Up to 10 guests will adore spending days hanging out on the beach, and wash off at the bonus downstairs outdoor shower before firing up the grill. A place to have a great time, but not a party house. We aim to host an amazing family focus event for folks that are 25 yrs and older. We also look for multiple verifications and or a previous positive review. Reach out with any inquires. Thanks for checking us out! Guest access Entire house less the downstairs garage and primary bedroom storage closet. Other things to note The are a couple dozen bath towels, however I would encourage bringing a large beach towel. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash in both upstairs and the outdoor showers. Enough pots, pans, utensils to cook most anything. Charcoal grill. Bring your favorite coffee kcups. Plus, regular coffee machine is available. The Big Store/Shell station across the hwy has just about anything you need. Elevator is accessible upon prearrival request. We have had to call for maintenance too many times.
