You are in a gated and patrolled resort with a strong HOA presence. There are a few rules that must be followed but their biggest concern is parking. Two spaces only at the house in the driveway but more parking at the end of the street or anywhere around the condo lots to the South. HOA does not allow trailers, scooters or golf carts in the homes and no on street parking. Other things to note Don't forget, need gate code for resort and door code before arrival. Trash pick up at 8AM Monday and Thursday. If owner does not do so, place cans at end of driveway night before and return to the left side of the house after pickup. HOA can levy fines if left out by the street. Non smoking, $ 250 fine for smoking inside. Check out time 10 AM. Owner rents the home next door called Pink Pearl which is also a five bedroom if you have lots of people.

Guests at Sea You Soon can easily access the public beach thru a private community beach access and enjoy the large outdoor seasonally heated community pool (heated 3/1 thru Easter (4-6 weeks depending on air temp). Beach days and pool time could not be any easier! Kids of all ages can easily get to and from home to beach or pool within minutes. Beach access is 1 Minute away! Our spacious 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home with an additional 3rd floor kids room is perfect for families. Plenty of space for FUN. The first floor includes: Master Bedroom with private bathroom with a separate shower and separate tub. A large king size bed, closet space and drawers for personal items and clothing. It has its own smart T.V., celling fan. Enjoy your private time on the private balcony which extends from the room. On the 3rd floor is the kids favorite, 2 twin beds looking out with a peekaboo view of the ocean waters. In an effort to keep the home updated and in good condition for our guests, from time to time, we may change the furniture and decor without prior notice to guest. This typically only happens when we encounter issues where current furniture becomes unpresentable or unsafe due to wear and tear and we need to make changes before  guest check-in. Guest access Beach access: Private entrance which leads to a paved pathway out to a spacious beach. Community pool: Code will be provided at check in. 2-3 car carport and any available street parking in the neighborhood. BBQ Grill free of charge: Guests are expected to clean before and after use. Please provide your own propane tank. We will not be able to assist with turning on the Grill. Patio Furniture on Balcony Outdoor Shower/ rinse off. Some things to note for your visit: Parties are not allowed. Smoking: We are a non smoking home. Smoking of any kind, vaping is not allowed inside home and on balconies. In an effort to keep the home updated and in good condition for our guests, from time to time, we may change the furniture and decor without prior notice to guest. This typically only happens when we encounter issues where current furniture becomes unpresentable or unsafe due to wear and tear and we need to make changes before  guest check-in. Some things to note for your visit: Parties are not allowed. Smoking: We are a non smoking home. Smoking of any kind, vaping is not allowed inside home and on balconies. Please keep in mind our cleaners do come shortly after checkout to prepare home for future guests, if there are signs of smoking of any kind inside the home we will charge minimum of $450. If it prevents future guest from being able to check in the fines for smoking can be up to the full amount of the guests reservation. SUPPLIES: While we do leave a small starter pack of supplies for your check-in, please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to get additional items you may need. For longer stays, you will need to bring more shampoo, soap, toilet paper and detergent.  Items like coffee, coffee filters, salt, spices and olive oil are not provided. Pack and Play: Not part of the listed amenities but we will provide this as courtesy for our guests free of charge to help make traveling a little easier for our guest. But for safety reasons we do not provide pack and play sheets and blankets. We encourage families to bring their own pack and play for their little one’s comfort. TOWELS and Linens: Towels and linens are provided. We do not provide beach towels. For longer stays, guests encourage to buy a small amount of detergent to wash them in case you need them washed every other day or as you please. Washer and dryer are free to use and are located inside the house. Please dry all beach towels and beach clothing outside and shake off items free of sand before putting into washer/ dryer. BBQ Grill provided as courtesy, free of charge. Please bring your own propane tank or use the empty one provided and fill at the gas station or anywhere that provides that service. Please clean grill before and after use. Any grill left uncleaned is subject to $50 cleaning fee. Beach Chairs Beach Equipments: We do have 4 beach chairs and some beach toys for our guests as courtesy to use free of charge, but this is not apart of our listed amenities, incase these items are not available during your visit we encourage our guests to plan ahead and provide their own beach equipments. If guests do use provided chairs and beach toys, please return to original location so future guests can also use. Unreturned or damage chairs toys can result in replacement cost charges. POOL: Codes will be provided for guest to have access for the duration of their reservation. Please note pool closures due to cleaning and maintenance is out of our control, in such case we do not provide refund or discounts for the reservation. EARLY CHECK-IN: Only If available. Subject to additional charge depending on requests. LATE CHECKOUT: not guaranteed. Extra day needs to be booked to guarantee the late checkout. Five minutes from the beach this home boasts a great layout where the living room kitchen area flows right into the backyard. The backyard features palm trees, a resort pool, fire pit, barbeque gazebo, ping pong table, fire pit, and plenty of seating and space for lounging. Recently remodeled bedrooms and kitchen. Only two blocks to the beach, and walking distance to world famous Pompano Joe's restaurant, it is freshly remodeled and ready for your perfect vacation. It has a huge pool, jacuzzi, outdoor patio, and everything you need in the backyard. The freshly remodeled kitchen opens up right to the backyard where you can swim in the large 30 X 16 pool, relax in the hot tub which seats up to 8, or sit by the firepit at night while relaxing in the tropical setting. It is truly an amazing luxury paradise. The setting is secluded on a private street and the lots are double the usual size of other homes in the area. Most pools in the area are less than half the size of this one! They are like Vegas sitting pools. This is a full size swimming pool for all the family or families to enjoy. And the hot tub spills out right into the pool to warm it up. Inside the house has five bedrooms and three baths and an open kitchen and living room area. REFUND POLICY: If you wish to cancel we will attempt the dates and will refund you what we book it for. With enough lead time we should be able to rebook for 100% of what you paid.
