A computer workstation with an oversized monitor on the second floor provides a bright and cozy place with sky lights to work with internet access. The living room on the main floor has a gas fireplace and a 43” wifi TV with Roku for all your streaming needs. We have board games both for kids and of the adult variety. The dining table seats 6 (up to 8 if you squeeze a bit) and the kitchen makes it easy to cook for a crowd (or heat up the leftovers from some of the area’s nearby restaurants). Our home also has a back deck off the kitchen with a gas grill and patio table for outdoor dining. The master bedroom is on the main floor which has a king bed + a private, renovated bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. There are two more bedrooms upstairs (Queen bed in one and a Twin over Queen bunk bed in the other) with a shared full bath. It’s not just a rental; we use it with our families! During the winter, the mountains feature skiing, snowboarding and tubing. We’re also just a few minutes away from Split Rock resort with a huge indoor water park, or within a 30 minute drive you’ll also find the Khalahari water parks or Camelback skiing and waterpark. In the summer, there are tennis courts a stone’s throw from the house, and a short walk away you’ll have access to the private Boulder Lake Club which offers a heated pool, private lake beach, children’s activities, playground, more tennis courts, volleyball, subsidized boat rentals (pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, rowboats and paddle boats/boards), and more. You can purchase guest passes during the summer season to the Boulder Lake Club: they are sold in batches of 4: 4 weekly passes are just $150 total, or 4 weekend passes for $125. Ten K cups and coffee filters are provided to start you off - bring your own favorite brew to enjoy! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances you will need. It is close to Jack Frost golf course, JFBB ski resort, many restaurants, Pocono Raceway, Jim Thorpe and more! The lake is a short walk away, and 10 passes to Estates Beach are included. It is spacious — with a living room and a separate family room, dining room, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Deer & wild turkey roam through the property daily. The space The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes and cutlery. Drip coffee is provided, and there is a Keurig machine if you prefer to bring your own K cups. Towels and linens are also provided. There are two living spaces with TVs and a third TV in the loft. All are equipped with Rokus and the house has high speed internet. In summer, there is a wall AC unit in the living room/kitchen area and window units in each bedroom (except the loft which is cooled by the living room unit). Together, these units do an adequate job of keeping the entire cabin cool. The nice flat backyard is ideal for fires and cornhole. There is a gas grill available as well - however renters may need to fill the propane tank to use it. Guest access Please feel free to use the entire house. The owners closet is the only part of the house off limits and has a lock on the door. Other things to note At the request of many guests, sheets and towels are now included in the $250 cleaning fee. Also, the hot tub is cleaned after every stay. When using the hot tub, put the cover into the arm bracket on the side of the hot tub. When not using the hot tub, always replace the cover to keep the water warmer and to prevent unnecessary evaporation. If the water line is below the jets, please use the hose to fill it back up for proper operation and to prevent the jet motors from burning out. Also, please never touch the fire place logs. They need to stay in their current position. This is not a pet friendly house due to family allergies. Other things to note Although we have a 99% success rate with our hot tub, it is not guaranteed for your stay. Hot tub users should be clean before using it. Going from the lake right into the hot tub will most likely contaminate the hot tub and lead to rashes. Also, unfortunately due to family allergies, we do not allow pets.

Nestled in the heart of nature, this family-friendly getaway is surrounded by the serene beauty of the Poconos. With lake and beach access, plus a private hot tub, Game Room, and Fire pit, this retreat is your gateway to relaxation and adventure. at this stylish place. The space The first floor has one half bath (toilet and a sink) and a shower by itself in seperate room. Second floor has two full bathrooms; one for the master’s bedroom and one in the hallway for other two bedrooms to share. Here’s the list of beds on each bedroom: First floor Bedroom 1: Two bunk beds — each is Twin over Queen Second floor Bedroom 2: One King bed Bedroom 3: One Queen bed + One Full bed Bedroom 4: Two Twin bunk beds (4 Twins total) Parking: The driveway fits up to 5 cars, but please note it is single-lane, so vehicles will need to be parked one behind the other. We recommend coordinating with your group in case anyone needs to leave during the stay, as cars may need to be moved to allow others out. Beach hours: 11am - 7pm on weekends from Memorial Day to June 30th. Weekdays: 10 am - 6 pm Friday and Saturday (July and August) 10 am – 8:00 pm Inclement weather conditions may affect beach opening and closing hours. In case of heavy rain and/or thunder, the beach will be closed. The management company will notify the community of any delayed opening or early closing via email Beach and swimming rules 1. No one may use the beach/swimming area when the gates are locked. 2. Members MUST have a VALID SEASONAL PASS to enter the beach. 3. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 4. Boats cannot be closer than 100 feet from swimming areas (PA State Law). No boat pick-up or drop-off passengers at the dock are allowed. Any boat that threatens the safety of the swimmers will be warned off using a whistle, and the boat registration numbers found on the front will be noted on the daily log and reported to the Management Office. 5. No swimming under or beyond the floating dock or outside the roped area. No pushing off or doing flips from the dock. 6. No watercraft tying to or fishing off the swimming dock is allowed at any time. 7. Non-swimmers are only allowed in water where they can safely stand. 8. Swim diapers are required for any child not potty trained. 9. Be mindful of other beachgoers. Do not throw sand or rocks, and no general horseplay. All holes dug in the sand must be filled in before leaving the beach. Safe ball playing and large rafts are only allowed when not crowded. No loud music playing. 10. Repeated offenses will result in expulsion from the beach. 11. Members of the Beach Committee have the authority to enforce all rules and stop any unsafe activity. Any problems the Beach Committee cannot manage directly will be reported to the Management Office or the Police. 12. All trash must either be placed in the trash receptacles located in the area or carried away upon leaving the beach. 13. NO DOGS allowed on the beach. There is a small parking lot located at the end of Wood Street that Lake Harmony Estates homeowners and guests can use. If the lot is full, overflow parking is located at the end of Park Street. (Head up Wood Street from the lake and make your second left - you can follow the signs for overflow parking/the tennis courts.) TENNIS COURT: The tennis and shuffleboard courts are open from dusk until dawn. Owners and guests are welcome to use the courts at their own risk and must provide their own equipment. ★☆ NOTES ☆★ ✹ ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: To accommodate the budget of smaller groups, the base price is set for 4 guests. There is an extra charge of $10 per additional guest per night. Up to 12 total guests, including children. If you add the correct number of guests to the booking, the price is accurate. ✹ PETS: A maximum of three pet are permitted. The Pet fee is $180 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet, and $120 for the third pet. This spacious 4BR/2BTH cozy rustic feel vacation house is within ~5 minutes walk to the Lake Harmony beach or ~8 minute drive to the Big Boulder/Jack Frost skiing. Grill your favorite food, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, enjoy hot tub or explore everything Lake Harmony and Split Rock Resort has to offer for your perfect summer or winter vacation. The space 1 room that fits 4 people with bunk bed. 1 room with queen size bed. 1 room with double day bed. 1 room with king size bed. 2 full bathrooms. Large dining room. Open concept with fully stocked kitchen, family room w/ propane & dining room overlooking the lake/ open to the upper level deck. 2 renovated bathrooms, 1 with tub/shower combo and the other with large walk-in shower. All rooms w/ plenty of storage for your stuff to make our home feel like yours! Parking for 4+ cars, lake access, walkability & much more! Get cozy, stay a while!! The space We now have a hot tub and paddleboards!!! The upper level is the main space where you will spend a lot of time! This space has been beautifully renovated and has a great open floor plan with the kitchen, family room and dining space all flowing together and open to the front large deck. The fully stocked kitchen has a peninsula for stool sitting on the family room side close to the fireplace. The dining room is normally situated for 6 chairs but has leafs for the table as well as additional chairs in storage area. The family room has a large sectional with windows looking out to the lake view. On this level is also the full bathroom with tub/shower and the bedroom with queen bedroom which can also easily be used as an additional play space. This main level is nicely open to the lower level with a centralized spiral staircase. On the lower level you will find a large bedroom with king bed with closet, dresser and French doors to the front patio (easily to bring things in and out). Also another large bedroom with full over full bunk beds, a trundle, closet, and windows looking out to the private hot tub. Lastly this room is connected to the den/4th bedroom. This bedroom can be completely closed off with a barn door and has it's own entrance to the hall way. This room is equipped with a toy storage piece free for guests to use. All bedrooms have their own streaming TV. Finishing out this level is a large "get ready" foyer with tall mirror, right outside the laundry room with full size appliances. Then cant forget the full bathroom with stall shower. The property allows for both indoor and outdoor entertaining (both out back with the fire pit and out front on the amazing covered deck, patio, hot tub, driveway for games). There is ample parking as well! Lake views and lake access! Guest access Whole property access! Other things to note Our house is just about a 1/4 mile from the restaurant/bar scene. You can easily walk there, or the docks, lake access, down for ice cream and so much more! With a bit of a longer walk you can head up to Split Rock Resort where they have an outside beach bar, fun little beach area you can use if you are a customer there, as well as an inside restaurant and water park! Within a short drive is skiing, and downtown Jim Thorpe and tons of mountain trail heads. Our home was just purchased and then renovated late 2023-2024 so everything is new new new including all the linens (included), kitchen, bathrooms and furniture. you will love our space and location we can promise that!
