3BR Norfolk Home – Close to Bases & ODU

Private beach access, Chesapeake Bay views, and kayaks and paddle boards included. This waterfront home is made for slow mornings, beach days, sunset evenings, and time on the water. My husband and I renovated the interior ourselves with comfort and simplicity in mind. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided so you can settle in easily and enjoy the bay. The space You will have the entire house to yourself (except for the garage)! The house is ~2600sqft, 3 bedrooms / 2.5 bath. There is a space with a king bed that is part of the primary bedroom suite for additional sleeping arrangements. To access the space, guests must go through primary suite. There are 2 Roku TVs in the house so you are welcome to login and use your own streaming services. We are a pet free home. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed under any circumstances. Breaking these house rules will incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Guest access Please keep in mind there are stairs to the front entrance of the house. The common living area, kitchen and sunroom are all on the second story so again, stairs will need to be accessed! The driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars so there is plenty of parking onsite. The upper level tends to be on the warmer/cooler side during the summer/winter (as it gets the most sun). The upper level has a sliding glass door, ceiling fan, its own AC system / thermostat and we also provide a large portable fan, to help circulate air in this room. 🚭 NO SMOKING - We are a completely smoke-free property 🐞 Wildlife/Bugs Expect to encounter wildlife. We often see dolphins in the water and bald eagles or other falcons flying around. There will be bugs! A cost of being so close to water. Consider packing bug spray, and please keep all doors/windows to the house closed when not in use. 🚙 Parking The house has 4 parking spaces that are shared between both units.
