The space Guests are welcome to use the entire property aside from our home and fenced in yard. The main part of the barn or "ballroom" is used to access two of the bedrooms and half bath only. The fees for any event are considerably more than the nightly price. Other things to note No matter the weather the apartment and enclosed oversized patio give guests plenty of room to enjoy themselves. The enclosed patio has heaters and fans. All lower cabinets in the kitchen are equipped with magnetic child safety locks that can be activated and there are outlet covers.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape while still in the CITY! If you are looking for a country feel and a lot of active opportunities while still being in the CITY this is the place for you. We are walking (or biking) distance from Veteran's Park offering tennis, hiking trails, sand volleyball, soccer and a wonderful playground for the kids. You can also fish on the property (catch and release), firepit/ grill out, ax throwing, corn hole and kayak or canoe on the pond! The space This Dome is located in the back woods on our property (2.3 acres). We have some things that are shared and we have an area that is private to the Dome i.e. it's own firepit, ax throwing, corn hole and a small putt putt green. We have a larger area with a firepit, smoker and grill that is a shared location. We are in the process of building a cabin in this area that will be an airbnb as well. Our plans are at that point to make that section more private and build a few more things for the dome specific for that area. This is designed to be a nice rustic camping experience. We are not the Hilton or Ritz Carlton but we do offer a very nice and a very comfortable stay (the bed in the dome was $4000 - meaning we did not cut corners - we did what we could within our budget). Pets are welcome, but guests must bring their own linens or covers to protect any areas where the dog will be. Dogs are not allowed on furniture unless it is properly covered and protected. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair is found on furniture or bedding. Note: Currently the door to the dome was damaged during a wind storm with one of our guest. We have had trouble finding someone who knows how to fix or replace this. It does close and lock but sticks and has to be lifted some to close. That's the only damage or issue we know of. Once we find a fix I will take this note off. Thank you. Additional fees may be charged if they are not properly cleaned or put back in order. One benefit of our location is the close proximity to the park and I485. The negative is you do hear interstate noise. We provide ear plugs and Alexa for Brown Noise to help in case the road noise is to loud. The dome is one of 3 structures on the property. Home owners home, the Dome and a Cabin that is in process of being built. construction is going on the property the home was built Aug. 2022, the dome May, 2023 and we hope to have the Cabin done Dec 2024.

This open and airy space is perfect for gathering with family and friends to build relationships and create lasting memories. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do. The space Tucked away on 1.5 acres between two neighborhoods, this large three-story home features 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 34 guests. It includes a pool, hot tub, grill, two decks, basketball hoop, and ample yard space for entertaining. Inside, you’ll find a pool table, ping-pong table, board games, two living rooms with TVs, and two fully equipped kitchens. All dish ware and drink ware are BPA-free and dishwasher safe, with glass options also available. Cookware and eating utensils are stainless steel. All towels, sheets, pillowcases, and comforter covers are made from 100% cotton. PLEASE NOTE HOT TUB / POOL It costs extra to heat the pool, but heating the hot tub is included. It’s $135 for the first night and then $45 each day after for the pool. Please give 24 hour advance notice if you want the pool heated because it takes a while to heat up.
