Our place is good for anyone whether visiting Frisco to see family and friends, on business, or to just vacation. The space Our home is approximately 3700 sq. feet and has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom with King-size bed is downstairs and the other 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs (one of the upstairs also has a King bed with Queen beds in the other 3). In one of the bedrooms with the Queen bed we have added a twin bed. Enjoy the use of a non standard ping pong table (also converts to a pool table) located in the open family room upstairs. You will have full use of the kitchen, laundry, and desk/workstation. WIFI internet is available. The garage is not available. There is also Direct TV in Living room, Mst Bedroom, and 1 Bedroom upstairs. Two bedrooms have Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon, etc. available and the 5th bedroom has a fire stick. (Although we don't have a dog, on occasion a friend will bring their dog when they visit. We want anyone to be aware in case they have any allergies to dogs. But there is never a cat here. Guest access Guests have access through the front door. There is driveway parking and parking availability on the street in front of the house. There is also easy access and parking for the playground, volleyball and basketball courts. Other things to note Our HOA has 3 swimming pools and a gym available for use. The pools are open between Memorial Weekend and Labor Day weekend. The basketball and volleyball courts and playground are open to guests. Each of our bedrooms have a fan (ceiling and floor) and 3 have floor length mirrors. We stock the bathrooms with hairdryers. There is full use of the laundry room including ironing board/irons. Also, available is a Keurig and coffee pot.
