Covered deck and huge area below the home for games and hanging out. 7-eleven is 4 blocks down, a couple of restaurant/bars (including fishing pier and rooftop deck restaurant) 5 minutes away. Grocery store, drug store, dollar store 5-10 minutes away. Permit STR26-00117. Other things to note *We are cleaning according to CDC guidelines using EPA registered disinfectants, and running an ozone machine between guests for an added layer of protection.

The front door is secured by an electronic lock and each suite has a separate electronic lock that is specific to your stay. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to this 2nd floor 2 bedroom condo. The unit has a small kitchen with basic tools you may need to make a meal during your stay. There is a backdoor which leads to the shared and fenced backyard. It’s a great spot to relax or just hang out. Other things to note We are located close to Coastal Virginia’s largest infrastructure project which includes a new and improved Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. You may hear or see some construction vehicles during your stay. Currently there is a large berm across the street from our building which was built to help block any traffic noise during the construction phase of the project. We want our guests to be aware and not caught off guard by the project. We've also added a "white noise" machine to help with any unexpected noise or just to help fall asleep after a long day.
