There is also a 20x20 garage den with a queen bed & a sofa pullout queen bed and 4 tiny house casitas with single beds that can be rented additionally. All of which is surrounded by a fantastic fenced 1 acre garden with lots of beautiful trees plants & flowers plus two covered shaded separate gazebo sitting areas. Not to mention an awesome swimming pool. The space Kapila Gardens is an incredible one acre garden wildlife & bird sanctuary with over 100 trees and local plants and cactus species, multiple gazebo sitting areas and swimming pool which is perfect for small retreat programs and family reunions with its 3 bedroom and two bathrooms in the main house plus 2 bedroom plus one bathroom in the attached apartment and an outdoor half bath included in the base price for up to 10 guests. We charge an extra $50.00 per day per extra guest after 10 up to 16 total which includes the use of one of our 4 additional casitas with a single twin size bed or two people can use the garage den with queen bed and also a sofa bed. For groups up to 10 people these additional casitas can also each be rented for an additional $25.00 per day and or the rent our 20x20ft fully furnished garage den for an extra $50.00 per day. The space This newly renovated space was created to provide a comfortable space for large groups; whether it be family, friends, or a shared space for a spiritual or yoga retreat. Orchard House... The Bedrooms: -One en suite bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bathroom for up to 2 people. -Two bedrooms, each with one queen-sized bed for up to 2 people each. -Two bunk rooms, each with a custom bunkbed for adults or children. Each bunk room sleeps up to 2 people. -And lastly, a twin sized daybed in one of the common areas near the back of the house. The Bathrooms: - All of the bedrooms, except the ensuite, share bathrooms. The ensuite has a full shower, sink, and toilet. The other 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. Each of the shared bathrooms have a unique custom tiled shower and 2 toilet stalls per bathroom. Attached Apartment... -This is a super cool, fully renovated one bedroom, one bath apartment that is attached to the Orchard house with it's own private entrance. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and the unit can accommodate up to 4 people if you use the sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom: -spacious bathroom with custom tiled shower/bathtub The Common Spaces: - The Orchard House has a spacious kitchen with plenty of room for your whole crew to cook as many meals as you want to without being too crowded. (Please let us know if you would like us to provide an in-home private chef to cook fresh, organic, healthy meals for you and we will do our best to have that arranged.) -There is a large 12 seat dining table as well as bar seating at the kitchen island. -There are also three comfortable living room spaces for you to kick back and relax after a long day touring the sites or hiking any of Sedona's many red rock trails. - One of these spaces is part of the open layout with the kitchen and dining space and the other two can be closed off if you would like a quieter space to spend time together. - There is a large laundry room in the home if needed. -We also have a beautiful new outdoor kitchen space. There are several other people living on sight at this budding community, who are available to help you with anything you may need during your stay. These will be visibly noted. Please follow all signs and footpaths for parking and other directions. Other things to note **PLEASE put nothing down the toilets except the toilet paper we provide! We run on a septic system and any paper or products that are not "septic safe" will cause major plumbing problems that neither you nor I want to be dealing with during your stay. *We love your four legged friends and welcome them to join us but please remember that we have our own fur babies living with us here, as well. Often our animals roam free and explore their space. If your pets have any issues getting along with other animals then we ask that you please leave them at home. *This amazing property is a work in progress. Because of this we currently have some construction happening on the opposite end of the property. This has not effected any of us or caused too much noise but we wanted to be fully transparent *This is an eco-friendly property. Our central location gives us great proximity to wineries, breweries, restaurants, etc. We're located between downtown Cottonwood (5 mins) & historic Jerome (13 mins) w/Sedona hiking & biking just 20 minutes away. This 4BR/3 bath house sleeps 12 and has plenty of space to sprawl out. It's the perfect spot to share with your friends or families that you may be traveling with. It has a private entrance from the outside and also is equipped with a full kitchenette, dishware, glassware, silverware, fridge, etc. The bedroom offers 1 king bed with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room and it's own full, private bathroom. Perfect for the family that you're traveling with that has kids! - The midlevel has a newly remodeled kitchen, a living room area, dining table and access to the atrium with the hot tub. It also has two guest rooms and a full bath room. One guest room has a queen bed and the other guest room offers a king size bed. There is a full washer and dryer on this level as well! - The upstairs is where you'll find the master bedroom which has a king bed and also a brand new queen sleeper sofa. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival. Located only a block away from historic Main Street in Cottonwood, Mines, Wines and Vines is decorated in modern farmhouse fare with local touches. The 4 bedrooms provide plenty of space for a full family gathering. Enjoy eating in or walk a block and enjoy the wine tasting, local Arizona beers, fine restaurants and entertainment of Main Street. Year-round great weather makes the firepit and grill a great option almost any day or night! Less than a block from Queen B Vinyl Cafe! The space Completely furnished kitchen with all of the appliances and kitchen requirements to cook just about anything from home. Outside natural gas grill and natural gas fire pit make for very nice evenings in the urban, yet private, outdoor space. 3 bedrooms upstairs; two queen beds and one full (double). One bedroom in the unique and rare downstairs basement. Note, the steps leading to the basement are finished concrete, but are uneven. There is a handrail leading you down the natural stone lined stairway, yet the stairs are uneven. If this concerns you, the basement bedroom may not be for you. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and lots of closet space. The main living area, just off the farmhouse style kitchen features a sectional sofa for TV lounging. A separate living area with a few board games and seating looks out into the back patio area. My favorite part of the farmhouse style house is the basement bedroom. Note that the stairs leading to the bedroom, though concrete and very secure, are uneven. If this concerns you, you may want to stick to one of the upstairs bedrooms.
