The couch in the master also converts to a queen size bed. The master suite is the most spacious room in the apartment and you literally get a full view of the ocean from bed. This room also offers a TV so if you're not gazing at the water, you can catch up on your favorite shows. Netflix has never been so chill. The living room is cozy and offers enough space for a large group to enjoy a 55" TV with family/friends. ** Also a heads up the bathroom furthest away from the balcony the shower temperature is opposite. This centrally-located home is just two blocks from the beach! It is also 0.8mi to the Long Beach Convention Center and downtown Long Beach. It has two bedrooms and two baths. Lots of restaurants. Sorry no pets allowed. The space There are two bedrooms, each off of the main living and dining room. Each bedroom has a bathroom with them for a total of two bathrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed, while the back bathroom has a queen bed and a twin sized bunk bed. Guest access You have access to the whole house, except for the closet in the front bedroom and the back shed. Both of which store household supplies. Other things to note Please announce all people staying at the house prior to arrival/check in · Max 6 people per Long Beach city ordinance. Fines will be transferred to guests. · Check in time is 3pm · For service animals please let us know if they are required because of a disability and what tasks has the service animal been trained to perform. Spend a day at the beach or enjoying the sites then spend some time relaxing in a mid-century modern inspired home before heading back out to enjoy one of many amazing restaurants or bars. The space Casa Floridita is an eclectic mid-century modern inspired home, decorated with art/photographs created by local artists and some not so local. It offers 2 large bright and airy bedrooms, 1 bath, large sofa bed in the living room, and large patio with BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully equipped, including Chemex pour over coffee maker, Dutch oven, baking essentials, and everything else you may need for your stay. We offer a Yeti soft cooler for your picnicking needs, beach towels, extra linens and bath towels, and washer/dryer combo. I want you to feel at home, sit back and relax while listening to records, enjoy brewing the local coffee that we provide and have a great time playing board games. IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING): There is no parking on the premises. Free street parking is available, but can be challenging after 5pm when people are getting home from work. The home is ideally located so you can walk to many places including restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. There are also bike and scooter rentals available nearby. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away from the home and only a short bike ride away. Property is a duplex and host lives next door. Expect periodic noise as the units share a wall and we have two young kids and a Great Dane dog. If you are planning on bringing a pet, please let me know in your booking request and please read the pet rules prior to booking to ensure the place is a good fit for your pet. The space Staycation is a beautiful 48' Meridian motor yacht.   Upon entering thru the mid-deck, you descend into the spacious and well appointed salon with double windows stretching the length of the room to allow for plenty of sunlight and for showcasing the magnificent views. With two large couches , there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the DirectTV. The entire boat also features central climate control.   The galley kitchen is just 2 steps down from the salon with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The galley is also appointed with glasses, dishware and silverware for your use. Forward of the galley is the very comfortable guest suite with queen bed and it's own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.   The primary bedroom in the rear of the yacht features a queen size walk around bed, ample closet storage and its own ensuite toilet, sink & shower. The primary also enjoys access to the rear aft deck- a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while you take in the views.   The Staycation also enjoys plenty of outdoor space. The mid-deck features a wet bar and seating for 4. The upper fly bridge offers the best views of the area with plenty of seating for 6. Dockside Boat & Bed, Staycation

Spacious condo-style apartment centrally located close to downtown Long Beach, is within walking distance to the beach, local bars, nightlife and the Convention Center. Our place is close to the water (2 blocks from Alamitos Beach), local attractions and downtown venues where events happen on a weekly basis. It features Spanish architecture and an open floor plan, with large glass windows facing the street which serve to blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The space Our place is located on the second floor of a building built in the late 1920s. We gave extra attention to make sure the place allows you to enjoy the benefits of oversized window, while maintaining your privacy. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances, cookware, plateware and utensils. Parking can be a little tricky in the late hours. Being close to all things downtown, parking in the late hours is possible with a little patience. Also in a case of emergency you can contact me and I will guide you to use a space blocking our garages only until dawn. We leave for work and need to use the garages. Do not block unless we have instructed you to use this space. Co-hosts live in the same building in another unit. Guest access ***Please txt me as soon as you book. There is a convenient back deck off the living room with seating and boasts awesome views of the lighthouse and Queen Mary. The spacious living room has a sectional couch, love seat and wet bar, as well as a cozy electric fireplace. There is a 42" LCD Smart TV with Directv. The attached galley has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.  The raised pilot house above the living room has seating for 4 with great views of the Aquarium of the Pacific, a perfect second inside seating area.  Below, the primary stateroom features a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and shower. Forward is the guest stateroom with a queen size bed. There is a second bathroom with shower off the hallway. Both staterooms have Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows. For your comfort, the boat has central heat and A/C.   The large fly bridge has seating for 6 and offers some of the best views of the beautiful Rainbow Harbor.     Midship is the guest stateroom with a full size bed. This room is cozy and recommended for 1 guest, but can accommodate 2. The guest bathroom with shower is across the hall.    The master stateroom is located in the bow with a full size bed, it's own Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. Attached to the master, is a small seating area.    The large upper flybridge deck features seating for 6, with a wet bar and incredible views of the Queen Mary, Lighthouse and all of Rainbow harbor.
