Now, on to the cabin! Entering the cabin, you will notice the cathedral ceilings, open space, and the feeling of home! The furniture provides that farmhouse cabin feel with comfort in mind. There are two living areas to enjoy. The main level has a gas fireplace, 55” smart TV, cable, sound bar, reclining sofa and loveseat, and rocking chair. It is a great area to gather to catch the big game, or to watch your favorite show or movie! The other living area is on the lower level and features a pool table, twin trundle bed, additional seating area, wet bar with mini frig, 55” smart TV, cable, and gas fireplace. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen featuring mat black appliances including: electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and side/side refrigerator. There is also a large pantry for plenty of storage. The area is very spacious with a separate dinging area with an Amish dining table (6), two bar stools and access to the balcony. The main level balcony has a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), wicker porch furniture, picnic table and gas grill with a direct line hooked to the main gas tank. The balcony overlooks the fenced yard and fire pit area. Entrance is into the main living area. The all new dining room set is to the right with seating for six and the living room is straight ahead. It features a new couch, loveseat, area rug, smart TV, and gas fireplace. The fully appointed kitchen will be to your left. It has plenty of counter space, pantry, and full appliance package (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator). Everything you will need to cook those great family meals is provided. Our beautiful cabin is great for families or a group of friends looking for some time in the mountains. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, foosball, shuffleboard, two levels of decks w/ part of it screened, a hot tub & a fire pit! It is practically perfect! You must rent or bring your own boats for the river. The space A beautiful 3 bed/3 bath private cabin. Has a foosball table & a shuffleboard table for entertainment. Nice hot tub with a disco ball for fun! Toccoa River access directly across from the property. when you leave down the gravel drive. This is a shared lot with a few other homes in the neighborhood for access to the Toccoa River. The riverbank is approximately 100 yards from the cabin. The no trespassing signs are to mark the property lines & to notify those who do not have access to the lot. Do not block the boat ramp. If you have kayaks, we recommend you put in upstream at the dam or Tammen Park & float down to the lot. Please check the dam release schedule for Lake Blue Ridge every day. Constructed in 2023. The property has a very easy circle drive with plenty of parking for four vehicles and a gentle sloping level lot. As you enter the cabin on the main level, you will immediately notice the excellent use of tri color woods, detailed accent walls, high vaulted ceiling, stone gas fireplace, large beautiful kitchen and dining area and the comfort calling from the large double reclining sofas and two reclining chairs. The large glass windows let in plenty of light and a great view of the luscious mountain background! In addition, the main level has a half bath and full washer/dryer. ‘ The home has a large wrap-around deck on the main level with rocking chairs, a screened porch, a wood burning fireplace and an outdoor dining area. A work station area including desk/chair is available in the loft with very good wireless connections. Firewood is provided for the outdoor fireplace. (we ask that you are respectful of the amount you use so all guests can enjoy) Sleeping options include three king bedrooms with one on each level and a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs master suite includes a large double vanity, walk-in closet, roomy shower and large soaking tub. In addition, it has its own private balcony and seating area to hear the sounds of the river or just a peaceful conversation with your significant other. The main level has a large king master suite including a double vanity, a walk-in closet, a roomy shower and a large soaking tub. It has access to the large screened porch with wood burning fireplace. The downstairs level has a king bed, walk-in closet, with access to a full bathroom with shower, and a single vanity sink. The crown of this room is it has direct access to the hot tub on the downstairs porch. The downstairs offers a very spacious additional living area with a queen sofa bed, recliner, gas fireplace, game room with pool table, and bar area including a sink and mini fridge. The hot tub is accessible from the downstairs level and the porch is also gated. You also have access to Toccoa River including a pavilion for guests use. Toccoa River Golf Course is less than 3 miles from the property. The owners believe the family must be complete by offering a pet friendly property for all to enjoy! Pets are restricted to two dogs. There is NO lb. limit but we do ask that you contact us for any over 75 lbs. A dog crate is provided for dogs under 75 lbs. Dog bowls, leashes and poop bags are provided. They respectfully ask that you please not let your pets on the furniture or beds. A dog bed and blanket are supplied for your pet. The large wrap around porch is gated so the pets can roam freely and know your fur babies are safe. A dog poop pail is also provided for waste disposal. Please empty into trash bags prior to checkout and place into the trash receptacle in the wood trash bin area. Please do not use “slime” of any kind in the home. The Toccoa River is about 200 yard hike (no trail) through the woods or a short 2 minute drive to the private pavilion access on the river.
