Please open the damper before using and close it after use. The damper can get dislodged and come below the damper opening if forced. Welcome to our amazing mountain home! The house is equipped with all new furnishings and accessories including an EV charger! Our property is super pet friendly with toys, beds, bowls, and a fenced outdoor play area. We have flatscreen smart TVs in all the rooms and common areas powered by Wi-Fi throughout the home. Your kids or childlike adults will love the game room. And after a day on the slopes, enjoy a luxurious soak in the hot tub and then kickback in front of the indoor fireplace. The space You'll notice the outside of our house right away with a chair lift as a porch swing- feel free to take fun photos with your friends and family. After that, you'll easily gain access to our home via a smart lock on the door. Once you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright mountain home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a place to hang your keys, jackets, and in the winter, place your wet boots for drying. The KITCHEN has all the large appliances you will need and a great selection of smaller appliances like coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, etc. If you like making your own meals we have plenty of cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, and basic dry goods including a selection of spices. You’ll have everything you need to stay in and enjoy time together. The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 with four individual chairs and one bench. If you need more room, there are 3 barstools behind the table for kids or other guests to eat at the spacious kitchen island. The LIVING ROOM has plenty of seating for your group. We have a large leather sectional in the family room for chilling out with a fire and watching some tv. The large smart TV works in concert with the surround sound speakers in case you want to enjoy a movie. Or if you'd rather not watch TV you can play music through the speakers and enjoy any of numerous puzzles or board games located in the entertainment center below the TV. Off of the living room you'll also find our DOGGIE CORNER. We have two pups, Maddox and Nash, and they love laying in the plush beds while soaking up the sun. There's also water and food bowls and plenty of toys to keep them occupied. And you can show them some love with a treat, located in the treat jar on the wall. The MASTER BEDROOM is located on the main floor with its own en-suite bathroom. The shower in the master bath is amazing! It has dual shower heads (in case you like company) and a rain shower off the ceiling. The entire shower is controlled by a digital keypad to control the exact temperature and experience you're looking for. This room has a king size bed and an easy-to-use smart TV. The master has its own Google Nest thermostat and plenty of space to hang your things in the walk in closet. When you walk upstairs you'll find two bedrooms off of the loft area- the first is a spacious GUEST BEDROOM with an en-suite bathroom (includes a shower/bathtub). There is a queen bed with a smart TV and lamps on either side of the bed that include USB plugs for easy access to charging your phones, tablets, etc. The second GUEST BEDROOM opens via a barn door and includes 1 queen bed and one bunk bed with two twin mattresses. The decor of the room includes a fun neon sign (for you to turn on or off) and a wall mounted basketball hoop to challenge other guests to a game of pop a shot. All beds have individual reading lights and charging plug or USB charging ports. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the other guest room and is just steps away across the loft area. In the upstairs LOFT, we have a super fun gaming area with a retro wall mounted arcade game that includes pac man, galaga, etc., and an air hockey table and mini pool table. In addition, the loft includes a smaller sectional couch that also pulls out in a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a wall mounted smart TV with an HDMI gaming stick that includes 1000+ games to play for free. Whether it's summer, winter, or in between season, our BACKYARD has activities for all seasons. The backyard is completely fenced for your pets in case you want them to be outside with you or they need to relieve themselves early in the morning. Our outdoor space includes a BBQ (directly connected to gas so no need to buy propane) a table, umbrella, and chairs to enjoy a meal outside overlooking the meadow we backup to. We also have a brand new Solo Stove and Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy smores or whatever you'd like to roast. And most importantly, relax in our brand new 6-person HOT TUB after a long day on the slopes or just a cozy night in. Our 1-car GARAGE is completely heated and has plenty of space for skis, mountain bikes, etc. We also have a 220-volt EV CHARGER for any guests that want to charge their electric vehicles. The plug is compatible with most cars similar to ones you find at retail shops. As we've come to find out- there are very few EV charging stations in Fraser and Winter Park so having this sometimes makes all the difference. In our laundry room, you'll have access to washer and dryer with plenty of detergent and dryer sheets. We also have complimentary full-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers in all the bathrooms for our guests. We also have plenty of cleaning supplies in case you decide on an extended stay. Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to the entire house and every amenity in the house! In addition, you'll have access to the ski bus that picks up just steps outside our house so you'll never need to find parking at the resorts! Other things to note Our property is super close to lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions! -A 10 minute walk away is Vicious Cycle Brewery with an awesome pizza Food Truck. Both are excellent. - 15 minute walk to the Fraser tubing hill- a favorite for kids! -Just a 15 minute walk is Rocky Mountain Roastery with great coffee. Elevation Pizza is next door to the Roastery serving our favorite pizza in Winter Park! -Murdocks is also in this development providing clothing, hardware, sporting equipment and more! -Across US 40 is the Safeway and liquor store. -Bike paths provide a very quick ride into downtown Winter Park or a 3 minute drive. -On your way you will pass the Rec Center and bowling alley/movie theater! -Winter Park Ski Resort is just a couple minutes past downtown WP -The Free Shuttle has a stop right in front of our property- 20 steps at most!

If the light flashes red, the code may have been entered incorrectly; allow 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. After three incorrect entries in a row, the lock will become inactive for 30 seconds before accepting new attempts. Other things to note This mountain home doesn't have air conditioning. In summer, open the windows in the evening and early morning to enjoy the mountain breeze, then close them and draw the curtains mid-day to keep the space cool.
