Late departure is billed at the greater of $750 or your average daily rate (incl. taxes and fees) per day or partial day, plus any contractor fees. Report any cleanliness, damage, or safety concerns within 4 hours of arrival or the property is deemed accepted as-is. 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀 (𝗱𝗼𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆) Dogs are the only species permitted, two maximum. If your pet is accustomed to being permitted on furniture, you must supply coverings to protect couches, beds, and similar furniture from hair and dander. You are responsible for all pet-related damage and extra cleaning. 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 No smoking anywhere, indoor or outdoor: tobacco, cannabis, or any smokable product. No EV charging unless a station is provided ($500 plus tax per incident). No climbing on deck rails or roofs. Guests may not grant premises access to any person who is not a member of their family unit without the host's prior written consent. This includes hired service providers such as private chefs, babysitters, pet sitters, dog walkers, massage therapists, or other vendors contracted directly by the guest.
