Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. 8. Advanced Reservations: We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Housekeeping: All rentals will be charged a housekeeping service fee. Laundry facilities are provided either in the rental or on the grounds of the property.
