All trash must be thrown down the chute in trash bags and those bags must be tied shut. Note: Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can. Leave any large boxes too big for the chute in the unit. 4. Please dispose of any leftover food you may have in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any food, beer, or water that is unopened. 5. It is helpful, but certainly not required, if a load of used towels is thrown in the washer before checking out. Please use bleach, laundry detergent and run on hot. 6. As previously stated in the check-in instructions, please return the parking card to the condo after exiting the parking garage. 7.
