Safety is a major priority in the home with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, pool safety fence, caged pool and fenced yard to name a few examples! Outdoor space: The large pool, patio and backyard make for a quiet, private retreat. The yard backs up to green space and is fully fenced. There is a pool cage AND a child safety fence around the large pool. An outdoor TV allows you to catch up on the news with your morning coffee by the pool. Grill a delicious meal on the BBQ to enjoy at the outdoor dining set. Lounge in the sun or nap in the shade on the comfortable furniture! After sunset, turn on lights strung overhead and enjoy the ambiance and sounds of nature. Note: Pool is heated to 84 degrees, 12 hours per day November through March at no additional charge. Obviously, if outdoor temperatures are below 70, the pool temp may not reach 84 during the duration of the heating cycle. If you would like the temperature set higher than 84 degrees or lengthen the cycle length, please discuss this with the host as there will be an added daily fee. Swim diapers need to be worn by individuals who are not completely toilet trained. A $75 fee will be added for extra cleaning/chemicals should this be needed. The kitchen has granite countertops with glass tile backsplash, and modern appliances including refrigerator with through the door ice/water, glass top range and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped including a range of small appliances. The dining area has seating for six and is located right off the kitchen. The living room is well appointed with beach-style couch and love seat, accent chair, large flat panel HDTV and an amazing view out to the lanai and the Gulf. The lanai is furnished with a love seat and 4-person table to let you get comfortable as close to the water as possible.  Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window! The master bedroom has a bay window overlooking the Gulf and beach below. It has a king-size bed, large HDTV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a large tiled shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has a full/twin-size bunk plus another twin. The second and third bedrooms have flat panel HDTVs, and each have a large window overlooking the bay and boat docks. These bedrooms share a full bath with tiled tub/shower combo.  This unit has its own dedicated high-speed broadband WIFI. This unit also comes equipped with a full size washer/dryer. Boat docks are available for guest use at no extra charge!! Bring your boat or rent one after you get here. Keep it right at the condo all week long. (Note; trailers cannot be stored on site)  Fisherman’s Cove is located less than 25 minutes from Sarasota airport, 90 minutes from Tampa, and two and a half hours from Orlando. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets! If you are looking for the perfect home to spend in paradise this is it. How do I know? The property is originally my Grandmas and I have been visiting my whole life! Perfectly located in a private cul-de-sac with a beautiful lake at the end of the street. Minutes from Siesta Keys white sandy beaches and shops! Guest access Full access to the house. The backyard is a shared speace as it is a double lot with a mobile home on it. My Uncle stays there and looks after the property and check in on my Grandmother in the nursing home.
