Upon entry into the cabin, you will walk into the living room and kitchen areas! Our kitchen is fully stocked with everyday essentials that you'll need to feel right at home. Our living room has a huge 65" TV for everyone to gather around and watch a movie and enjoy the Pocono Mountains! All of our beds are king size beds with super comfortable mattresses and pillows. The lone bathroom is located on the first floor right outside the two main bedrooms. Our backyard is where all the magic happens! With a large hot tub and fire pit, expect to spend most of your time gathered around the fire spending quality time with those around! Come stay at our cozy cabin and experience what the Poconos has to offer! Guest access The entire cabin is yours to enjoy! Pool passes are not provided at any PCP properties, however, a voucher (purple pass) is provided for the guest to purchase passes by the poolside and pay $12 which includes access to all of the amenities. The space You can enjoy Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari, Great Wolf lodge, Camel Beach, and Split Rock Resort. There's also lots of great restaurants to enjoy, hiking on the Delaware River, State Parks, white water rafting and lots more. Supermarkets, waterparks and casino all within 15-20 minutes away. Guest access You will have access to the entire house upstairs which includes three bedrooms a living room, dining room, large eat in kitchen and bathroom. You will also have access to parking in the driveway which can hold up to six cars. Please note: This is a mother-daughter home. There is a separate apartment on the lower level that is occupied, with its own private entrance. Your space is completely separate, allowing for privacy during your stay. downstairs with a separate entry. Other things to note I live in a secured development and you need a pass to come inside during your stay. The driver of the vehicle will have to present a valid drivers license and vehicle registration you have to tell the receptionist you're going to Lot C222 and give them my name and they'll give you a pass to come inside the gate. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving. Registration of all Guest Must be completed 2 days before arrival, if less then 48 hours (75$ late fee) No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an Yale Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note COMMUNITY AMENITIES: The community has wonderful amenities: 2 lakes, 6 basketball courts, 2 softball fields, 2 bocce ball courts, 6 tennis courts, 6 playgrounds, 1 wall ball court, 4 pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), 9-hole miniature golf (seasonal), 1 pavilion, 2 community gardens, seasonal snack bar, paddle boating (seasonal), kayaking (seasonal), canoeing (seasonal), 1 swimming beach, 2 dog parks, outdoor ice skating (seasonal), outdoor ping pong, cornhole/bean bags, and 24-hour security. All amenities within the community are subject to availability. Passes may be purchased for $12/day per guest for the wristband for the pool. Wristbands can be purchased at the pool via credit card only. Cash is not accepted and kids under 3 are free. WE DO NOT PROVIDE POOL TOWELS, PLEASE TAKE YOUR OWN.
