The 2nd Level has 3 bedrooms: -The 1st bedroom, decorated as the "Ohio Room" has 2 twin beds, a large dresser, and 2 luggage racks. -The 2nd bedroom, with nature inspired designs, has a queen size bed, a dresser, a large closet and a comfy reading chair. -The 3rd bedroom, offering a stylish & calming vibe, has a beautiful queen size bed, workstation, TV, dresser, and closet. The final sleeping area is a fold out queen bed in the living room, with a comfy memory foam mattress. The bedding is all conveniently provided in a plastic bin that you will find labeled in the laundry room off the kitchen. Parking: There are up to 4 spaces available: 2 street spots in front of the house (first come, first served) and 1–2 spots in the gated driveway at the back, depending on vehicle size. Navigation Tips and Info: You can jump on the highway almost immediately by going around the block back to Miller Street, where you can then take the highway on-ramp. Downtown is 2 Minutes and Nationwide Children's Hospital is 1 minute away. The location is perfectly suited for access to Columbus’s most sought after entertainment areas by heading quickly north to Ohio State University Campus (7 minutes), Short North (5 minutes) and south to German Village (3 minutes). Old Town East is also well situated for families visiting hospitals (Nationwide Childrens, Mount Carmel, The James, Riverside, etc), seeing area relatives, or working outside of town, as you can quickly travel to East Columbus around 10-20 minutes to communities like Bexley, Whitehall, Reynoldsburg, New Albany etc..
