This is a great floor for the kids to enjoy, or just a quiet place to escape for "working from home". Our backyard oasis is where we envision our guests to enjoy their days and evenings at The Yellow Pearl. The porch offers a propane grill (propane provided) and plenty of seating across our beautiful paver patio. Guests can rinse off the sand & saltwater from the beach in the outdoor shower located next to the pool. The spacious heart-shaped pool & spill over spa is our favorite spot, and we offer pool & spa heating during our "chilly" months at a great rate - inquire when booking for pricing based on length of stay! Please keep in mind the spillover spa is NOT a hot tub, and in order to enjoy spa heating, guests must opt into having the entire pool heated. Directly off the pool deck is the carriage home, for those that may be more comfortable in a first floor bedroom or need the separate private space! There are two small steps to enter the carriage home, but otherwise it is all one level. You'll enter into the first bedroom, which is a King room with a Smart TV. A short hall will lead to the second King bedroom. Both rooms have their own doors to access the patio as well. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower, toilet, and sink in located in the middle of the two bedrooms. This is a perfect space for two couples, a small family, or even grandparents who may have mobility limitations with flights of stairs! Guest access • You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in. • You'll have access to both the main home and carriage home during your stay. Other things to note • We supply a courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent, and bar soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. We have 10 vacation rentals in the Destin area and are continuously trying to upgrade them to provide the best possible guest experience with amazing amenities and top notch customer service. This is an amazing home, as it has many unique properties. And please note this listing is for both houses. I get many questions asking if it is for both houses. It is for both homes. First off before reading further you should know there are many amenities that have recently been put in. -The first floor of the guest house is now a very nice game room and movie theater with new flooring and the following amenities: pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and foosball. Also it has a movie theater with surround sound and state of the art projector. -The largest beach access in all of this area of Crystal Beach in Destin is across the street. It is a full block long and you can just walk right across the street to the beach. You are set with this layout! A pool, hot tub, outdoor bar with tv and barbeque, game room, and the beach right across the street. -An outdoor ping pong table has been put in the backyard area. -The backyard has cornhole, ladder toss, kan jam, and other great games to play. There is also this amazing update!: The city of Destin acquired the land across the street and it has been cleared to permanently become new public access beach. This means ease of access to beach right across the street and amazing views permanently. Also in the offseason of 2022-2023 we put in an amazing outdoor gazebo with barbeque island and television in the pool deck area. This seats 8-10 people around the bar and they can barbeque and watch tv etc. We have already put in all new furniture and new quartz countertops in the kitchen. In addition, the bathrooms in the main house have all been remodeled as of February 2023. If you have any questions about the updates please read this description again because I tried to be as detailed as possible. The house is an extra large 10,000 square foot lot as most lots in this area are only 7500. Because of this both homes have seven bedrooms, a large pool deck, screened in porch and a backyard with room for games. The beach is right across the street and over one house so you can see it in the aerial. Beach access is on Scenic Highway 98 and Tarpon Street. Tarpon is two houses over and this house is on Scenic Highway 98. This home is right in Crystal Beach with a southern feel and it is one of my favorite homes as I own 9 in the area. The driveway of the house fits six cars so you are welcome to park many cars and a golf cart if needed. In the front carriage house is a game room area which has just been refinished. It has the following amenities: ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, foosball, large screen tv's, refrigerator, and air hockey. It will be an amazing game room to go to when you aren't enjoying the beach or the pool area. It is also a great feature to have when the weather turns and it is raining or bad weather outside. You never know if the weather will be raining during the one week you come so having this game room will be a great feature. In this carriage house in the front with the game room there are three bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony and looks out on the pool with a deck and an ensuite bathroom. The second room has a king bed and amazing ocean views to wake up to every day. And the third room has a full over a twin and a trundle twin. There is a hallway bathroom that both the king and the full over twin bedroom would share. There is also a couch in the living room, ocean views, and a small kitchenette. There are great views to the beach from the second floor of the carriage house. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience in the front carriage house. The main pool deck area is between the carriage house and the main house. There is a 30 foot long pool, a firepit with adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and an outdoor ping pong table and an outdoor sofa set to lounge out and enjoy the pool. Palm trees and lush landscaping surround the pool area and are well lit at night to provide a nice tropical feel. Don't forget the barbeque gazebo which has nighttime lighting, a full barbeque island and fridge in the back of it and the front a countertop to sit 8-10 people and a tv to watch. The main house is in the back of the lot (most of the homes have a main house in front) and has a living room, dining area, and kitchen on the first floor. There is also an attached screened in porch area with more seating, and amazing ocean views. There is bar seating at the kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops and the house on the first floor has a washer and dryer and a door to the backyard where there are more outdoor games. There is a half bath on the first floor living room area. On the second floor of the main house are a further four bedrooms and three baths with the following layout. -Master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite bath with shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool area and amazing views of the ocean. The balcony has an outdoor seating set with sofas, rocking chairs and two bar sized chairs and a table set to enjoy the views. -King Bedroom -Twin over twin bunk bed and twin single -Queen Bedroom -Two full bathrooms in the hallway that the king bedroom, bunk room and queen bedroom would share. In the final area, the backyard of the main house you will find a grassy area to play games. There will be cornhole, horseshoes, ladder toss, kan jam, and other great games. It will be an amazing area for kids and adults that like to play games. **We have a fleet of discounted golf carts for our homes. We bought them because rental companies were charging $165/day. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability. **Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, pets are subject to approval. Please inquire first. Include details about type of pet, weight, age and temperament. Pet fee is $150 per stay. **Cancellation policy. The official cancellation policy of this home is you can cancel anytime up to right before you check in. We will open up the dates for booking and when it books we will refund you. It shouldn't be a problem for high season of march-October and we find that this policy works great for guests because some people have to cancel for reasons within 30 days of check in. If you need to please inquire to learn more. **Must be 27 years old to rent as the primary renter and we require one adult above age 25 for every 3 below 25. This primarily applies to spring break times. **COVID POLICY. If the house is unavailable due to local health regulations shutting down vacation rentals in the area, you will be refunded 100%. Travelers insurance is recommended for covid scenarios where guests get covid before their vacation and can't go. **POOL HEAT. Pool heat is $50 per day plus tax or $350 +tax for the week. Must be ordered for the whole stay, no partial days. **We don't recommend travel insurance for weather as they will only reimburse you if the area gets evacuated and if the area gets evacuated (which hasn't happened in 20 years), we will refund you anyway because we are not able to provide you with accomodations. **Inquire if you have any questions about the amenities being installed or anything else. It is a great house in a great location. ** We charge $15.00 per guest, per night for each guest over 12 to help cover the additional costs of larger groups—such as increased cleaning, laundry, utilities, and wear and tear—so that we can keep pricing fair for smaller parties. The space Escape to 'Emerald Oasis' - a six bedroom plus loft, five and a half bath beach home located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with beach access that features a private heated (optional - additional cost) pool and cabana house. Home also has 3 refrigerators in the kitchen! Home sleeps 16 in beds/ 2 on sleepers for a total of 18. The large driveway has parking for 4 cars so parking is never a problem. This beach home that boasts gulf views on all 3 floors, with decks and patios on every floor. Golf Cart: We have a fleet of golf carts for our homes because local vendors were charging $165 per day and we wanted to get a huge discount for our guests and the only way was to buy our own. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability. Beach Service: We offer a discounted beach service. If you choose this option, vendors will set up two umbrellas and four chairs, Sunday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Many of our guests enjoy this amenity as it guarantees a reserved spot on the beach and does not require you to lug the umbrellas and chairs back and forth yourself. It is particularly nice during the summer months when the beaches can get quite crowded. This typically runs between $450-$550 a week through the vendor. But, because we have a contract with them we offer it to you for the steeply discounted rate of $225+ tax. Activities:: Beaches, golf, diving, boating, fishing, water parks, swimming, local attractions, fine dining, shopping including one of the largest designer outlet centers in the country. Area/Activities:: AREA: The Crystal Beach area is located just a few blocks from the popular Destin Commons shopping center. It is bordered on one side by Henderson State Park and on the other side by the Destiny neighborhoods. It is considered by many to be the vacation destination of choice in Destin. It is a family friendly, upscale area within walking distance of some of the best local restaurants, a coffee shop, deli, and spa. ACTIVITIES: Beaches, golf, diving, boating, fishing, water parks, swimming, local attractions, fine dining, shopping including the largest designer outlet center in the country. New floors in bedrooms and new tile in bathrooms and redone showers and vanities. In addition there is a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball a television and a beautiful setting to play games. 2nd Floor: The kitchen/living room/dining room has all been redone. Kitchen has new white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. Dining area seats 10 inside and outside 8 on the adjacent deck. Countertop seats 3. The living room has great views of the ocean. Porcelain tile throughout. 1/2 bath servicing this area with a new vanity and tile. A master bedroom rounds out the second floor with gulf views and couches on outdoor deck. If you plan on bringing an RV or boat trailer, there is parking for 5 vehicles at this home. >> Tiny Travelers & Pets << • We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind. • We are pet friendly and we allow up to 2 pets with a required, non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. This home is a 3 story, over 4200 square foot home with an additional 1000+ square feet of balconies and porches. You will marvel as soon as you walk in the front door. The foyer features a three story floating staircase with a 30 foot ceiling. LIVING ROOM #1/DINING/KITCHEN: The living room features a 65" Smart HD TV with a Samsung surround sound bar system. PlayStation and board games are also available for guests to use. Our kitchen features only the top of the line appliances including a Keurig, Vitamix, George Foreman Grill, toaster, slow cooker, low-decibel dishwashing machine, stainless steel refrigerator. Our laundry room has high-end washer and dryers. We spent thousands of dollars on our landscaping to clear an access point from behind our home to a beach volleyball court and for our guests to have faster access to the beach. We have two large boxes of beach gear for our guests to use as well as small patio. The back of the home faces a grassy easement area where the kids can play; they don't have to play in the street. Can't top this home! Guest access The full four-story house is available. Please note that our HOA allows a maximum of THREE CARS parked in the driveway and in the community. A license plate online registration for the THREE CARS allowed in the community will be required. Other things to note We have YOLO paddle boards for guests to use!
