Take it easy & relax at this peaceful dream oasis! Our backyard creates a unique getaway & tiki bar resort feel. We have amazing Mountain views! If you like hiking this is the place for you! Our backyard hiking trails lead to the TALLEST mountain in San Diego, Cowles Mountain! Plus there’s other trail options to explore! After the hike you’ll want to cool off in the pool and relax. Our place is 20-25 mins from everything San Diego has to offer such as the Zoo, San Diego beaches, downtown, & more The space Our home has a very unique layout! The living room, kitchen, dining room, one bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen bed is downstairs. Upstairs is an open loft which we placed beds on each side of the loft to create a two bedroom feel. As you walk up the stairs you’ll see another bathroom in the center and two divided areas in a loft. To the right in one room we have full bunk beds which sleeps four plus a futon in the room as well and on the left side in the other room of the loft is a queen bed with a closet. We have this listed as 3 bedrooms as we do consider these rooms but we want to let our guest know the two upstairs is one huge open loft which is broke up into two areas with beds as you can tell in the pictures. There is a balcony upstairs also with fantastic views of mountains and beautiful scenery! We also provide a queen size air mattress. Our backyard is absolutely breathtaking! We have a tiki bar which gives Vacation Vibes! In this unbelievable bar area we have 6 barstools, a barbecue grill, sink, a burner, along with plenty of bar space left over for entertainment. We have an enjoyable putting green area and provide golf putters and golf balls, it’s so much fun! The pool is one of our best entertainment features. The pool has an amazing waterfall which hovers above the deep end and an area to even sit behind the waterfall! We also have an area to sit along the front side of the pool in the shallow end if guest would like to just take a minute and sip on a drink, socialize, or relax in the pool. As for the over all DEPTH OF THE POOL. The shallow end is approximately 3ft and the middle starts to angle down to a deep end which is 7ft. The pool also changes colors at night. Please note to turn the waterfall off and lights off when done using the pool as we will send you instructions on how to do that the day of arrival. We provide some pool floats as well! ** The pool can be Heated**but we do charge an extra fee to heat it since natural gas is so expensive. The extra fee is $100 the first night to heat and $65 per day every day after. The fee may be lower during the summer, still to determine a price for that since the heater was installed recently. Please let us know how many nights you’d like it heated. Also, we do not have a fence around the pool, so please watch your kids for their safety . Enjoy the rest of your evening or night with a bonfire as we also have an amazing bonfire area set up! Our backyard also has incredible night lights that light up our place with playful colors around the tiki bar and along the fence! We have multiple seating areas in our backyard to relax! The tiki bar has barstools, there are chairs around the fire pit, and chairs under our tiki umbrella. Lastly, we have a comfortable vibrant patio lounging area on the side of the house in its own private area with games! We provide the game cornhole for outdoor entertainment also which may be suited better on the larger grass area in our backyard. We have extraordinary mountain views! Our backyard opens up into the mountains and hiking trails that go through Mission Trails Nature Preserve. This is very peaceful as you can hear all the wonderful nature sounds and even see some wildlife at times. We do have a brick wall which borders this preserve and there is about a 5 foot drop into it. This backyard has so many incredible characteristics going for it! You won’t want to miss out! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire place to enjoy and use as they see fit. Please realize that our home is in a single family neighborhood and as excited that we are that you are on vacation our neighbors might not be. We have strict quiet hours from 9pm-7am Sunday-Thursday evening and 10p-7am Friday and Saturday nights. You are more than welcome to be outside and enjoying the fire pit but please no music past those hours. You will be amazing how quiet the surrounding area is and you might even hear some coyotes howling in the distance.

Located in a very safe neighborhood near Mission Trails Regional Park, perfect for hiking and biking. Close to Costco, Target, and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Easy access to freeways makes commuting simple, whether you're heading to downtown San Diego, the beach, local hospitals, or nearby colleges. Great balance of nature and convenience in a central Santee location. We love the natural light with the 9-ft ceilings and 6 ft windows. The space This is a brand new place and everything is new. There is 2 parking spots and plenty of street parking. Level 2 EV chargers are across the street at the school. This is a brand new top of the line manufactured home with it's own address at the end of a private shared driveway. Other things to note We we will only book within 2 weeks of our last stay. We do look for longer stays and prioritize them. Since we only rent for 30+ days we suggest the guest bring their own sheets and towels, but not required. For the third bedroom, it is used as an office or a bedroom. For longer stays we can remove the desk if asked and we do have a small foldout couch that can be put in there instead.

This is a great, central and private spot. The backyard is enclosed with a high fence and a big hill which is part of the property. Great for BBQs and little bonfires using the included BBQ and fire pit. It’s also really close to some great eateries, the Grossmont mall, and the trolley. The space All spaces are open to you. From the little gym, rooms and lounge areas, to the deck, BBQ & outside bar. Guest access All unlocked spaces are yours for your time here! I have only one closet locked for when I stay in the house, cupboards in the garage and sheds for the things I need while working on the house. In 15-20 minutes you can be at the beaches, Zoo, the Gaslamp, Petco Park, Balboa Park, the SD Convention Center, Seaworld, Old Town, Belmont Park, Lindbergh Field (SD Airport); all the best San Diego has to offer. Nice 2 Bed/2 Bath private duplex in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You will be 3 exits from Qualcomm Stadium & across the I8 Freeway from SDSU. My place is good for couples, families, and business travelers. I live & work in the duplex next door and you will have the place to yourselves. The space Large master bedroom and walk in shower. Guest bedroom with a separate bathroom and bathtub with shower. There is a full kitchen with a gas stove. The kitchen will be the next project but it is functional, clean & has cooking utensils. I keep a Brita filtered water jug & keep coffee on hand but you will need to pick up basics like milk, bread, cereal etc. Guest access You will have complete private access to the entire 2 bed 2 bath home. The door lock is digital and I'll get you your access code two days before you arrive. The washer and dryer are outside to left when you go out the patio. We keep laundry pods and dryer sheets available. Please clean the dryer lint trap. Other things to note The closest grocery store is Vons on Lake Murray Drive. It's about 1 mile north of the house. Vine Ripe is a great place for fresh vegetables, deli, fresh meat & its on Fletcher Parkway just East of Costco on Fletcher Parkway (take Parkway Drive East to Baltimore, turn left on Fletcher Parkway. Just on the other side of the I8 overpass turn right for Dennys, Marie Callendar's or DZ Aikens (a local favorite with NY style deli & desert counter as well as a kosher restaraunt). Within walking distance is Lake Murray Cafe & they just added a little bar. As noted you are right in the heart of San Diego. If you plan to drive between morning and afternoon rush hour you can be at the best attractions in San Diego in minutes. Ocean Beach is 15 minutes straight west where Interstate 8 ends. Sea World, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach are 20-30 miles away. La Jolla Cove is about 40 miles away at the end of the 52 Freeway West. The San Diego Zoo, the Gaslamp District Downtown, Balboa Park & Petco Park are all 15-20 minutes away.
