This device does not record audio or conversations—it only measures sound levels (decibel monitoring). Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property; however, exceptions may be requested in advance. CAN THE POOL BE HEATED? At this time, the pool cannot be heated. However, our hot tub is heated and available year-round for guest enjoyment. DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS? Yes, we provide bath and pool towels! DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS? We do not keep pool floats on site. If there is a specific float you want, please bring it with you or you may ship it to the house. We have an electric inflatable pump available for use. DECORATIONS: PLEASE be cautious with what you use on the walls, majority of tape will damage the wall/paint and you will be charged. No double sided tape! Please hire decor services or use wall safe tape. No sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair). Absolutely nothing should be attached/stuck to/hung from ANY accent wall with paint, wallpaper or mural. If there is any damage to these walls, you will be responsible for fixing the entire wall. Front Patio/Front of Home is OFF LIMITS. No decor should be visible from the street. NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER ALLOWED inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. These can clog filters, drains and damage equipment. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. PETS: No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises. STR Lic. #2023251 The space You are greeted by a private front gated patio, as you make your way into this one of a kind home. Walking in this 2,863 square foot single story home, you will find no shortage of space or things to keep your group preoccupied at The Blue Cactus. Whether it be the fact that upon entering the home, you have a custom game room that includes two flat screen TV's, two X box Series S, arcade games, a poker table, plenty of seating, board games, and a pop a shot arcade basketball game. You can spend hours here catching up with friends and family while enjoying your vacation. The home has not one, but two additional living rooms with plenty of seating, and both having their own television as well. This great for the bigger groups, and if the kids want to stream a movie in one living room, and the parents want catch up on what the score is at the basketball game in the other living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with both a normal coffee maker, a Keurig, a hot water kettle, a spice rack, plenty of pots, pans, silverware, and much more. Next door in bedroom 2, you will find the bunk bed room, which includes 2 bunk beds ( 4 beds total) of which the bottom beds are double beds, and the top beds are twin beds. Important to note, there is a weight limit of 100 lbs on the top beds. There is also a work station with a desk for you to use if you need to catch up on any work emails. On the other wing of the house, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Entering into bedroom 3 or the "En suite bedroom", you will find that there are two king size beds, a smart TV, private updated bathroom with shower, and direct access to the backyard as well. Bedrooms 4 & 5 both have a queen bed in each of them, and there is a full third bathroom in the hallway, so all the guests can use this bathroom at their own leisure.
