Guests' agree to hold the property owner and Sand Seeker Vacations harmless from any actions, claims, losses, damages, and expenses that may incur as a result of a bed bug infestation.   Personal property or injury: (i) Owner Insurance: Guest personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner or, if applicable, HOA, against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause. Owner/Management does not insure against personal injury to Guest, guests or licensees due to any reason other than the condition of the Premises. (ii) Guest Insurance: Management recommends that Guest carry or obtain insurance to protect Guest and licensees and their personal property from any loss or damage. (iii) Indemnity and Hold Harmless: Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Guest or licensees or their personal property.  Mediation: Guest agrees to mediate any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement, or any resulting transaction, before resorting to arbitration or court action. Mediation fees, if any, shall be divided equally among the parties involved.  Joint and individual obligations: If there is more than one Guest, each one shall be individually and completely responsible for the performance of all obligations under this Agreement, jointly and individually with every other Guest.  Entire Contract: Time is of the essence. All prior agreements between Owner and Guest are incorporated in this Agreement, which constitutes the entire contract.   Waiver of liability special features: Guest acknowledges waiver of liability, including but not limited to, where applicable, hot tub, whirlpool, sauna, play areas, play grounds, pools, elevator herein after called special feature, if so equipped.   Release:  In consideration of the right to visit the home, Guest agrees to release to the fullest extent allowed by law, Owner and its Management, members, officers, associates, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, assigns, and affiliates (collectively, the Affiliates) from all liability or responsibility of any kind whatsoever for any personal injury, death, property damage or other loss sustained by me, my minor children, any guest identified on this form, or any guest or person allowed onto the property during my rental dates as a result of my, my childrens or the guests participation in a visit to the home, due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation negligence on the part of Owner or Management. I understand that this release will bind my heirs, administrators, executors, and any other person or entity seeking to claim under or through me.  If there is a pool or hot tub, etc. Swim at your own risk   Balconies, decks, high stories: Lock balcony doors when away or not in use. Newly added to the rental market its calming colors and proper amenities will make all guests feel right at home! Wooden plantation style blinds decorate all the windows for complete privacy and room darkening effects. The kitchen is stocked and outfitted with stylish black stainless steel appliances. A modest house with private pool in small quaint neighborhood on the west end of Laguna Beach. **POOL IS NOT HEATED The space Our place is located two blocks from the beach. A five minute walk or short bike ride to public beach access at the end of the road. 4 bikes are included with rental. The house is one story, open floor plan and no stairs. The living, dining and fully equipped kitchen flow together nicely. There are three bedrooms. One with a King, one with a Queen and one with two twins. The room with the King and the living room have tv's with HD. There is a DVD player in the living room. Books for rainy days. There are two bathrooms. One in the room with King bed. It offers a shower/tub combo. The other is in the hallway, it offers a walk in shower. You have your own private pool with tanning shelf and a small yard in the back. On side of house there's an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off sand. You have access to the garage with automatic garage door to store your belongings. In the garage is a washer and dryer. 4 backpack chairs and cooler to use while there. *There is a golf cart for use. But only with a signed waiver. It will be emailed separately as Airbnb does not handle waivers. *The POOL IS NOT HEATED in the winter. **Spring breakers please do not inquire unless 25 or older.
