Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a dedicated desk with an available 27” monitor for those who mix work with their play. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and direct access to the side patio. Relax and enjoy some of your favorite TV shows on the 75” smart TV, loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hulu. Netflix is included on all TVs, and you can use other streaming accounts of your own to watch movies and other favorite entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has a large island with the 4-burner cooktop, oven, and seating for 4 on bar stools. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a French door fridge with bottom freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven/air fryer, Instant Pot, and walk-in pantry. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a large, custom-made, live edge wooden dining table and seating for 10. Just outside the sliding glass doors is another patio with seating for 4 and the BBQ. There’s a full laundry room too! Upstairs there are fun play spaces for the kids. A kid-sized playroom has toys and a circus tent along, and a menagerie of jungle animals on the walls. They can spend hours playing in their little playroom or sitting on the bean bag in the cubby on the top landing playing games on their iPads or reading books. For the adults, there’s a billiards room on the finished side of the garage and a cornhole set available for outdoor play. The house is equipped for remote work as well, including two separate workstations and high-speed internet (300 Mbps) on an Eero mesh network for coverage throughout the property. LIVING &amp; ENTERTAINING (Exterior) Just off the living room is the massive outdoor patio with 2 dining tables and seating for 10. Next to the dining tables is a lounge area with seating for 4 around the propane fire pit. Out the sliding glass doors from the dining room side of the house there’s a table for 4. Off the back of the house through the master bedroom there is another lounge are with seating for four. Just outside the master bedroom door, under the overhang there’s a table for 2…the perfect spot to have your morning coffee. Going up the illuminated “stairway to heaven” in the backyard leads you to a four-person hot tub. It’s the perfect magical spot to sit and soak among the oaks and the star-filled skies at night. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are both in the laundry area. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 12 as well as plenty of serving necessities. THE IMMEDIATE AREA This home is just a peaceful half-block walk down tree-lined streets to Atascadero Lake Park with its playground and the Charles Paddock Zoo. Or take a 5-minute drive to downtown Atascadero with its hip new coffee shops, wine-tasting rooms, bars, a distillery, restaurants, great local shops, and a craft brewery or three. The space Upon entering our home, you will understand our love for entertaining. My wife Sarah and I have 3 children with a large extended family. Our kids are very active, as well as our social life. We are very excited to be able to share our home with other families who enjoy creating the same memories we have been so blessed to experience in our home. With our centrally located location, you will be in the center of everything San Luis Obispo County has to offer. Our in-home guidebook has a great description of all the hidden gems in our area for you to explore. Not interested in getting out much? Our home is the perfect place to escape the hectic world around us. We are close to town, yet the size of the property allows you and your loved ones to feel secluded. A great way to unwind is on the patio that has sunshades allowing you to relax under the sun while watching the kids swim. We have pool towels available for guests as well. Dinners can be made out back on the BBQ, or inside with our fully stocked gourmet kitchen (groceries excluded, Instacart is amazing though). No need to pack the extra cookware for large gatherings. This extraordinary kitchen has you covered. There is an extra ice maker located in the island of the kitchen for those cocktails, or ice chests you want to keep outside for drinks. Trying to keep the kids active inside? You'll find plenty of board games, books, and yes there are smart TVs located throughout the house. There is even an arcade style basketball game located in the home that will keep your kids and husbands active for hours. Outside we have a mini putt-putt located by the pool, a horseshoe pit back below the pool, and a basketball hoop located in the courtyard. All accessories will be available for use. We just ask you to keep the items in their designated areas for future guests. Guest access You have full access to our home, driveway, and surrounding yard. We have a large garage that is not accessible to guests, as well as the shop and horse stalls. Please stay in the landscaped areas. Other things to note We are a non-smoking home, if you are caught smoking (anything) inside our home there will be a $300.00 fine charged to your account. We don't want to tell you how to live your life, but please keep your choices to yourself and be discrete. Trash cans are located by the front gate. Make sure they don't catch on fire. Our home is in a rural setting so there may be wildlife on site including deer, reptiles, rodents, the occasional skunk, so please do not leave children unattended outside. Leaving the doors open is a guaranteed way to have a fight with flies you do not want to have. We have a regular pest maintenance company and have taken steps to make sure this is a rarity, but open doors and leaving food out can lead them in quickly. If there is an issue, please make sure to contact us immediately so we can mitigate the issues. As much as we love the wildlife around us, inviting raccoons inside during your stay is not that fun. The neighbor has a cat that always looks hungry, so we tend to leave her some food occasionally. She is extremely friendly, and you probably won't see her as she is very shy. There are exterior security cameras that are used to monitor the property when vacant and to receive packages 24/7. Tampering, removing, or damaging the cameras will be considered a violation of the rental agreement. One camera is located at the driveway and the other is located overlooking the patio. We do not monitor these cameras unless a problem arises.

The two story home sits on the side of a hill and has updated furniture and design as of 2026. Step into the cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect space to unwind. The dining area seats up to 8 guests, with additional seating in the kitchen at the table and two barstools. This home features four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for families and groups. The sliding door opens to a scenic outdoor deck, complete with a lounge area for relaxation and a giant Connect Four game for added fun. Book your stay and experience the perfect blend of tranquility and entertainment at our charming home! PLEASE NOTE: Since the home is on the side of a hill, there are 12-14 steps to get to the front door. Unfortunately, the property is not ADA friendly and if it would be difficult for someone in your group to access the front door, we kindly ask that you look for another home that is more flat. OUTDOOR: There is an outdoor deck behind the dining table with outdoor seating and a giant connect four game. CHILDREN SAFETY: Please ensure children are carefully watched at all times, especially in the backyard, which is sloped. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents during your stay. OTHER: Central CA occasionally has PG&E power outages. These outages typically last only 1-2 hours. We will provide you with the same updates we get from PG&E. We appreciate your understanding if this happens during your stay. We have two exterior cameras to ensure the property is safe at all times. One is by the parking area and the other one is by the large deck. Our home is in a residential neighborhood and also has a country feel. You will often see deer roaming the streets and lizards in the front and back yard. Occasionally, the lizards may enter the home when the doors are open. The lizards are harmless and you can scoop them up with a cup and put them outside. In addition, a pest control company services our home every other month, but it is natural for some insects to make it into the home when the doors are open. We appreciate your understanding of this. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire house. Please note that we share the bottom part of our driveway with our neighbor. Our house is the grey one on the LEFT side. Other things to note PETS: We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $150 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges. SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied. Please be aware that in California, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail. RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking. Extra Guest Policy: We allow up to 2 additional overnight guests for $50/night per person. Important: We only provide beds and linens for up to 11 guests. Please remember that we are in the country, snakes and other rodents and insects are around. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. Must be able to climb stairs- This is a multi-level home with 5 or more stairs up to the front door, about 5 stairs down to the the office, and about 5 stairs up to the first 2 bedrooms. The master suite is another 5 stairs up. Because of the pool and the amount of stairs this home is not recommended for young children or toddlers. There is a full time tenant in a second residence on the property that shares only the driveway. Please note parking restrictions and instructions. If the home is damaged, or rules are not upheld, your deposit may be utilized for additional cleaning, maintenance, or repair costs.

This layout gives guests plenty of privacy and space. There is a Smart Tv and fireplace located in the great room and half bathroom resides close by the front door. Dining table seats 8 people comfortable with additional table in breakfast nook that is perfect for children. Enter the backyard from the great room and find a large patio with BBQ grill and outdoor table with seating for 8. The propane gas fire pit is located near outdoor table with seating for 4. All appliances, furniture, and amenities are brand new. Plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles. The Game Room is located in the garage and features a ping-pong table, corn-hole, TV, bean bag chairs, and bar area. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. It feels very secluded and private even with being so close to town. There is only one neighbor's house with a property that resides to the left of the house that you can see from the Driveway. They have their own private gate. You cannot see the neighbors house from inside the house or from the backyard. Other things to note This vacation home is not designed for parties or events. It is extremely important to our good neighbor policy and per county guidelines that there is NO noise outside past 10pm or before 7am. We have all your basic cooking needs, including utensils, plates, and bowls for adults and children. There is also a blender, toaster, microwave, and rice cooker. TWO LIVING ROOMS: Relax and unwind after a day of wine tasting or hanging out by the pool in one of our two living rooms. Log into your favorite show on Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus, etc with our Smart TV. Please note that the living room has a fireplace that is not operational for safety reasons. GAME ROOM: The garage has been transformed into an entertainment paradise featuring an 86" TV, pool table, Pac Man arcade game, and a small foosball table. POOL & HOT TUB: The POOL IS NOT HEATED but stays warm from late spring through early fall. Guests have the option to heat the pool to 82 degrees for $250/day. Heating the hot tub is complimentary year round. We do not provide pool toys but you are welcome to bring your own. For the safety of young children, there is a mesh fence around the pool and hot tub. BACKYARD: Step outside to enjoy the grill for family cookouts, gather around the firepit under the stars, or challenge friends to multiple outdoor games for endless fun! Our pool maintenance professional comes every Thursday or Friday. Please vacate the pool and spa for ~60 min if he comes during your stay. We also have a gardener that comes on Fridays. BEDROOMS: - Bedroom 1 + BONUS ROOM: The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, in addition to a large walk in closet. This room also has a BONUS ROOM that can be used as a 5th bedroom with a twin trundle bed. - Bedroom 2: Downstairs Bedroom with Queen bed. - Bedroom 3: Downstairs Kids room with a bunk bed that has a twin on top, full on bottom, and twin trundle. This room sleeps 4. - Bedroom 4: Downstairs Bedroom with Full sized bed. Includes an en suite bathroom and a desk. GUEST AMENITIES: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and body lotion are provided in each bathroom. Pool towels are also provided. NOISE CURFEW: The neighborhood Noise Curfew starts at 10pm, which means use of the pool and hot tub ends at 10pm. We want our guests to enjoy their vacation, but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outdoor noise to a minimum. Per Airbnb's recommendation, we have a noise monitoring device in the backyard. This device is meant to prevent parties and will only notify us of "party level noises." A normal amount of noise from a group of adults will not trigger the alert and 99% of our guests have not triggered the device. If we receive a noise complaint during your stay, you will be fined $250. OTHER: The second floor balcony and indoor fireplace are both not available to use according to our insurance policy. We have three exterior cameras to ensure the property is safe at all times. One is by the front door and the other two are in the backyard. Our backyard slopes up. We have a privacy fence in the back, but you will occasionally see the neighbors behind our house hanging out in their backyard. Our home is in a residential neighborhood and also has a country feel. You will often see deer roaming the streets and lizards in the front and back yard. Occasionally, the lizards may enter the home when the doors are open. The lizards are harmless and you can scoop them up with a cup and put them back outside. In addition, a pest control company services our home every other month, but it is natural for some insects to make it into the home when the doors are open. We appreciate your understanding with this. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and front and back yards. Other things to note PETS: We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $150 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges. SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied. Please be aware that in California, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail. RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking. Extra Guest Policy: We allow up to 2 additional overnight guests for $50/night per person. Important: We only provide beds and linens for up to 12 guests. Any additional guests beyond this number will need to bring their own bedding/sleeping arrangements. The location is perfect for exploring the Central Coast and Paso Robles Wine Region. Our 14-acre working ranch is adjacent to vineyards, horse ranches and rural residential homes. Arrive at this gorgeous property down a long private gated paved driveway lined with majestic oak trees and vineyard. A perfect place for family and friends to connect and unwind. There is plenty of parking space for up to 6 cars (no RVs please). Enter the house with a self-entry digital keypad. A convenient EV charger is located at the end of the driveway by the Casita. The Spanish-style decor, slate stone, reclaimed hardwood floors, massive beams, open floor plan, large windows, stone wood burning fireplace, luxe bathrooms with travertine and slate stone showers, large soaking tub, and fully stocked chef's kitchen will make you feel like you are in the paradise of Costa Rica. A luxurious private retreat that is close to town and wineries with a spacious backyard, lush lawn, large black bottom pool (40' x 22') with Baja Deck, and 6 person Jacuzzi, ample games (ping pong, corn hole, pickle ball) and pool equipment (floats, chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas, pool towels, mexican blankets) that you never want to leave. Firepit w/ seating for six, outdoor dining for 12 w/ a stand alone cooler for keeping your drinks cold & BBQ for entertaining. The real wood burning fire place creates a warm and comfortable gathering spot while you look out the expansive windows into the backyard. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and come with high-end mattresses and bedding and are spread out on either end of the home for privacy and relaxation. Four TVs with Netflix are spread around the house along with SONOS speakers for listening to music. While this home is one level, its important to note that the home has a sunken living room with two steps down to the living room area from the main entryway and two steps back up to the kitchen and the rest of the home. There are one or two steps down to exit the home to the backyard from most of the rear doors. Doors are normal width, and most will not accommodate a wheelchair. There are no stairs from the front door to the primary bedroom/en suite bathroom, and guest bedroom #1 (hall bedroom) and bathroom. Guests have access to the house, the fenced backyard and are welcome to explore the vineyard. This is a working ranch and the lower half is for the farm/equipment/horse area and the gravel driveway accessing this area is restricted to ranch staff and the owners. Please do not walk or explore the lower half of the property without permission. Please ask if you have any questions. Ranch hands and owners are on the property daily caring for the horses, vineyard and property and have their RV and 5th Wheel trailers at the horse barn area and may stay overnight depending on time of year and activity. None of this affects the house area as it is at the top of the property with its own paved driveway and a privacy fence encloses the backyard. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions as we want your stay to be the best ever! The house is centrally located, 2 miles to Atascadero, 6 miles to Templeton, 12 miles to Paso Robles or Santa Margarita. 20 minutes to San Luis Obispo, 30 minutes to the Beach. Atascadero has a Vons, movie theater, and many restaurants, shops and bars along Entrada and Traffic Way. Templeton has a Trader Joe's, J & R Meats which offers local grass fed beefs and other meats. In the same shopping center is Pier 46, the area's top fish market and restaurant. There are organic stores and markets in Atascadero, Templeton and Santa Margarita. There are wineries in every direction. On the way to Templeton, along Templeton Road you have Bella Luna Estate Winery, Clesi Wines, and Seven Angels. In downtown Atascadero, there are several wine bars, tasting rooms, distilleries, Cider and Breweries. There is more to do than there is time. Other things to note On a working 14-acre ranch. This is the owner’s retirement home and they do their very best to keep the home and property in top condition for their guests. Pool service occurs on Wednesday and Friday mornings and the Gardening Service happens Monday morning. They will be on property but not come inside the home. These can not be called off or rescheduled. They are very respectful of our guests while doing their important job. There are four security cameras outside the home, for your protection and that of the property. There is a camera on the entry gate, casting to the gate. There is a camera on the barn, casting down on the driveway. There is a camera mounted across from the front of the home, casting on the driveway and front door. There is a camera on the back side of the casita, casting out on the backyard/pool area. Tampering with the camera system in any way is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund and a $250 fine. They are also respectful of the neighborhood. There is a strict noise ordinance on this 14-acre property including no additional outdoor speakers and there is zero tolerance for large gatherings, parties, extra guests or pets without preapproval. This is out of respect for the neighbors and keeping the house is top condition for future guests. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 hall baths which is great for vacationing with others. There are also charging ports in each room. Evidence of an unapproved animal will result in a $500 fee plus any damages. Evidence that the animals were left behind will result in the pet fee being charged. CANCELLATION POLICY Our rental contract will specify that GUEST can cancel at any time regardless of the Airbnb cancellation policy. If the GUEST cancels the reservation more than 48 hours after the initial booking (provided it is less than 14 days prior to arrival), the rent & host fees paid minus a ($75) administrative charge may be refunded if the same of partial dates are re-rented. We want you to enjoy your stay, but please be respectful of surrounding neighbors. We ask that you keep your noise to a minimum. We ask that you keep outdoor music family friendly and at appropriate levels as to not disrupt peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am per city ordinance. SECURITY CAMERAS We have a one Ring motion light facing the front driveway and one Ring motion light facing the west side driveway. There is also one Ring camera on the chicken coop (at the back of the property) which faces towards the front of the property to secure access from the rear. These cameras can record audio and video upon motion detection. These are primarily to ensure that our maintenance services are being performed and to ensure the homes security while it is vacant. There are no cameras inside the home. WILDLIFE AND MAINTENANCE Our home is in a rural residential neighborhood with acreage and various wildlife. We do our best to stay on top of pest maintenance, but please be advised that you may encounter bees and other insects during your stay. There will not be any refunds or cancellations in regard to normal bugs and wildlife. We appreciate your understanding. POOL AREA: Pool temperature varies by season and cannot be guaranteed. Please inquire prior to booking. Pool usually warms up around Mid-May through early October. Outside of these dates, the pool will not be heated and will likely be in the 60's. Swim at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty. Please absolutely no service animals or furniture in the water. -Please cover the hot tub when not in use, especially overnight and keep the sanitation floater in when not in use. -Stays three nights or more may require pool and spa maintenance for sanitation purposes. If this is the case, we may reach out to coordinate the best and most convenient time for you. SWINGS & PLAY STRUCTURE: The swings and play structure are for children only. It is full stocked with pots and pans, Kurig, Instant Pot, air fryer and much more. Enjoy a meal with friends and family at the dining room table that can seat eight. A mature oak tree provides shade in the backyard during those warm summer days and we offer several outdoor sitting and lounging areas. Many restaurants, bars, shops, a zoo, playgrounds and Lake Atascadero can be reached within minutes. The house is in close proximity to Paso Robles, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo and countless vineyards. The space This is one of the few historic colony houses in Atascadero. The main level has a dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, office area and bedroom with backyard views. The upper level has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a "secret room" (a small play area for kids with a twin mattress). In the basement is a family room with an oversized sofa and a large TV and access to the backyard as well as another bedroom. Enjoy your movie nights here. We offer a total of four Roku TVs. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note This is a historic house on three levels and not ideal for people with mobility issues. It is located in a residential neighborhood and guests need to respect neighbors by following quiet hours in the backyard starting at 9pm and leaving the backyard at 10pm. This is not a party venue. The pool is accessed via the backyard which also has steps. The pool can be heated and we charge a heating fee of USD390 (490 during November, December, January, February and March) per stay for two nights and USD150 (190) for each additional day after two. Heating is typically not required during the summer months. If you need the pool to be heated during the summer months we will offer a heating fee discount. The pool and backyard have weekly maintenance service. Note that during storms leafs can fall into the pool and the hot tub. we provide a BBQ and propane tank but we don't provide propane. There are pantry basics, oils, vinegars and spices galore. We also have expressions of our faith throughout our home. Our faith brings us comfort and peace. The deer eat anything and everything so please keep the vegetable garden gate latched. We have a darling pair of quail starting their family this year, you can hear their sweet little cooing . Occasionally there are raccoons, possums, skunks, or (rarely) snakes. These predators keep the rodent population down and are an important part of our ecosystem but can also pose a threat to our chickens. Please be sure to keep our girls secured in their chicken run/coop at all times. They are sweet hens, but do not chase them or try to pick them up. When they are stressed, they do not lay as well. Their health and security are important to us.

This newly renovated home is conveniently located 15 minutesfrom Morro Bay, Paso Robles and downtown SLO. With many things to do like; wine tasting, visit Morro Rock, spend a day at the beach or the Ravine Water Park, boutique shopping, fine dining and more... If a staycation is more of what you are looking for, we offer; an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, a game room with a large TV, games and a pool table. There is a bike trail close by that leads straight to the zoo and the Atascadero Lake Park The space We completely renovated this house to be the perfect family getaway. The pool is heated to 80 degrees year round. Heating the hot tub is available for an additional nightly cost. We are in the country (even though right in town), you will see donkeys, geese, bugs, lots of squirrels etc. The town of Atascadero is such a sweet place to experience. The neighborhood is quaint everyone will wave, and even say hello, as you walk by. We love it here and hope you do too! *there is a pool fence up to keep your little ones safe! Guest access You will have access to the entire house and pool area. We are available by phone until 8pm if you need anything. There is a code on the front gate and a lock box to get into the house. Other things to note We now have a pool fence up! We only leave out extra bedding if requested at least 7 days before your stay or if you have a guest count over 6. The pool is 6ft deep in the deepest end. Do not dive into the pool. The Hot Tub is available to guests at an additional cost. If you do not want to pay to heat the hot tub it will just be the same temperature as the pool. If something is left at the property that you need sent back to you there will be a $75 charge plus what it costs to send it back to you. There is an extra cost past the included 6 guests. The pool guy services the pool on Tuesdays, he will come in the side gate and it will only take about 20 min. Do not send him away. The landscaper comes every other Tuesday. But may be there on other days for weed abatement. We will try to limit this during your stay as much as possible. We do not allow changes to your reservation within 14 days of your stay unless you are adding guests or days and in that case we will need a 48 hour notice. If a 48 notice isn’t given we can’t promise there will be extra linens. Each animal will have a fee. The first pet is $60 and then every other pet will be $40. We take them on a case by case basis. We do not give refunds for issues with the pool/hot tub ( unless you paid for the hot tub and the heater isn’t functioning for your entire stay). We will try to fix any issues with cleaning/ heat pump as quickly as possible.

The space Upon arriving at our home, you will understand our love for entertaining. My wife Sarah and I have 3 children with a large extended family. Our kids are very active, as well as our social life. We are very excited to be able to share our home with other families who enjoy creating the same memories we have been so blessed to experience in our home. With our centrally located location, you will be in the center of everything San Luis Obispo County has to offer. Our in-home guidebook has a great description of all the hidden gems in our area for you to explore. Not interested in getting out much? Our home is the perfect place to escape the hectic world around us. We are close to town, yet the size of the property allows you and your loved ones to feel secluded. A great way to unwind is on the patio that has sunshades allowing you to relax under while watching the kids swim. We have pool towels available for guests as well. Dinners can be made out back on the BBQ, or inside with our fully stocked gourmet kitchen (groceries excluded, Instacart is amazing though). No need to pack the extra cookware for large gatherings. This extraordinary kitchen has you covered. There is an extra ice maker located in the island of the kitchen for those cocktails, or ice chests you want to keep outside for drinks. Trying to keep the kids active inside? You'll find plenty of board games, books, and yes there are smart TVs located throughout the house. There is even an arcade style basketball game located in the home that will keep your kids and husbands active for hours. Outside we have a mini putt-putt located by the pool, a horseshoe pit back below the pool, and a basketball hoop located in the courtyard. All accessories will be available for use. We just ask you to keep the items in their designated areas for future guests. The pool is a salt water pool, with year round solar heat. This means it is warmer in the summer months, which makes night swimming just as amazing as during the day. During our cooler months, it still takes that crisp edge off, it just won't be as warm. The hot tub has controls located on the side, and is available for use year round. The main home features 4 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms. Our secondary unit is located above the garage. This features an additional kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom and the living room has a pull out queen couch. This entire unit is upstairs so please keep that in mind while configuring your sleeping situation. The two spaces make for a great overall experience, especially for larger groups. * If you are interested in just the main house, or just the addition, please private message us for availability, as we do offer them separately. * Guest access You have full access to our home, guest unit, driveway, and surrounding yard. We have a large garage that is not accessible to guests, as well as the shop and horse stalls. Please stay in the landscaped areas. Other things to note We are a non-smoking home, if you are caught smoking (anything) inside our home there will be a $300.00 fine charged to your account. We don't want to tell you how to live your life, but please keep your choices to yourself and be discrete. Trash cans are located by the front gate. Make sure they don't catch on fire. Our home is in a rural setting so there may be wildlife on site including deer, reptiles, rodents, the occasional skunk, so please do not leave children unattended outside. Leaving the doors open is a guaranteed way to have a fight with flies you do not want to have. We have a regular pest maintenance company and have taken steps to make sure this is a rarity, but open doors and leaving food out can lead them in quickly. If there is an issue, please make sure to contact us immediately so we can mitigate the issues. As much as we love the wildlife around us, inviting raccoons inside during your stay is not that fun. The neighbor has a cat that always looks hungry, so we tend to leave her some food occasionally. She is extremely friendly, and you probably won't see her as she is very shy. There are exterior security cameras that are used to monitor the property when vacant and to receive packages 24/7. Tampering, removing, or damaging the cameras will be considered a violation of the rental agreement. One camera is located at the driveway and the other is located overlooking the patio. We do not monitor these cameras unless a problem arises.

The Kitchen is open to several living spaces. Main living space continues to an expansive covered outdoor patio. There are 4 Tv's. The billiards room has french door that leads to the Fire Pit area . Outdoors, you can enjoy the huge covered patio with BBQ area, large outdoor dining table and lounging spaces overlooking the long Pool and hot tub. We also have an outdoor Ping Pong table and Corn Hole. Parking for 4 vehicles (max) in designated area, no Garage space is available. Neighborhood has lots of dogs, cows and horses which to bark, neigh and moo including a dog breeder that has a lot of dogs that can raise a ruckus at certain times of the day. Many large windows allow you to see the beautiful outdoor gardens and surrounding hills. It’s a very private setting with no nearby neighbors but close to town. It is midway between Atascadero and Templeton. 20 minute scenic drive to Morro Bay. 15 minutes to Paso Robles and all it has to offer! You won’t regret staying here! The space When you arrive at our address follow the paved driveway up the hill to the house. There is plenty of room to park in front. The front door opens to a large bright front room with vaulted ceilings over the kitchen dining and family rooms. The stairway leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is a hallway to the left which leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The large kitchen features a cooktop, a center countertop with stools to sit at. This house has been recently remodeled with new appliances, new flooring and all new furniture. Guest access Guests will have access to this entire house and beautiful yard. Typically warmer mid March- April stays warm till November. We do expect our guest to take full responsibilty of anyone that may not be a strong swimmer.
