We don't allow smoking anywhere on the property. Please do not book if you smoke. Any evidence that you have will result in a 150 dollar fee or more if damages or additional cleaning fees are incurred. The space You can enjoy Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari, Great Wolf lodge, Camel Beach, and Split Rock Resort. There's also lots of great restaurants to enjoy, hiking on the Delaware River, State Parks, white water rafting and lots more. Supermarkets, waterparks and casino all within 15-20 minutes away. Guest access You will have access to the entire house upstairs which includes three bedrooms a living room, dining room, large eat in kitchen and bathroom. You will also have access to parking in the driveway which can hold up to six cars. Please note: This is a mother-daughter home. There is a separate apartment on the lower level that is occupied, with its own private entrance. Your space is completely separate, allowing for privacy during your stay. downstairs with a separate entry. Other things to note I live in a secured development and you need a pass to come inside during your stay. The driver of the vehicle will have to present a valid drivers license and vehicle registration you have to tell the receptionist you're going to Lot C222 and give them my name and they'll give you a pass to come inside the gate. FIREPIT 1) Firewood or supplies are not provided during stay. FIREPLACE 1) Indoor fireplace is currently not available for use. Other things to note During the Summer months (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day), all our amenities are open. Upon arrival at the Welcome Center, you will receive a welcome package with information on all amenities and activities. Amenities Include: - 4 pools - 2 lakes - Swimming beach - Kayaks & paddle boats - Tennis courts - Baseball field - Basketball courts - Playground - Bocce court - Miniature golf - Fishing - Outdoor pavilion - 3 clubhouses - Playground - Cafe/ snack bar. Pools and Boats are open 11:30am–7pm (weather permitting) The fee to use the amenities is $12 per person per day, paid at the Welcome Center or directly at the pools on the day of use.
