Our condo is in a low density building directly on the beach and an amazing view. There are only 14 floors in this building and only 2 units per floor-which means easier access to all the amenities. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large kitchen and living area. The building has a heated pool that can be enjoyed all year. The balcony on the 11th floor may be the best place to relax and enjoy the endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The space There is a small parking lot out front where there maybe parking for maximum of 2 vehicles. There are no trailers allowed in the parking lot.

As you step inside you will be greeted by the spacious living area equipped with 65" Roku 4K Smart TV and plenty of seating. Further in is a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets, granite countertops, etc. You also have plenty of silverware, pots, pans, plates and all things to make a great meal at home. Also downstairs is a set of brand new Samsung side load washer and driers. theres also a full bathroom downstairs. You're on the top floor, 1450 square feet, tucked away privately in a spacious corner with unobstructured views of the ocean, sunsets and dolphins cruising by. It’s cleaned by a wonderful crew. And when you're ready, walk down and stroll straight out to the ocean with the world's richest white sand, crystal blue/green warm water and perfect surf. It’s the Emerald Coast! Gulfgate has been renovated in March 2026 with new pool, new cement, new siding, new patios, new balconies, new railings, new paint, lighting walkways and more! None of your unit inside will face out to the street or parking lot. Everything faces the beach. And Gulfgate only has 80 units (mostly single owners), compared to the ones down in the city center with hundreds. This means it's much less crowded! The beach was just combed, dredged and beautified. The penthouse sleeps 1 to 8 people. The first bedroom is the master with a king bed and private, full bathroom. The second bedroom has two queens, and a sleeping pad. The third bedroom has a full king. NO pets allowed in late Spring and Summer, March through July. Two small pets are welcome Fall and Winter, Aug-April, but must be under 20 lbs per our HOA. They also must be 1000% house trained (...some people have created a bad experience for us). The bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and family room are spacious with modern and updated furnishings and design. The furniture is new, by Cindy Crawford (think soft), and welcomes you after a long day in the sun. The private balcony/patio has outdoor seating, a beautiful patio and a table perfect for reading, coffee and a breakfast sunrise. The dining table can seat 6 for that family meal. Or feel free to grab a bite at the bar stools in the kitchen. The family room has a rich Polk Sound System (top of the line) for setting the mood or watching HD TV in surround sound. It's kid and family friendly and perfect for people to spread out. The total space is 1450 sq feet including plenty of storage: closet storage, bedroom storage, countertop storage, cabinet storage and family room storage. Each bedroom has a flat screen, HDMI connections, cable (100+ channels including movies and music) and remotes. They also each have a ceiling fan so you can cool off (though the two air conditioning units are amazing) and lighting has just been redone. Most rooms have darkening drapes, including the living room. The master bedroom has a private door to the patio, a plush king bed, and private access to the master bathroom which has a walk-in stone shower. The heated pool was recently remodeled and has a beach and ocean view. It’s half covered by the fresco/half in the sun. The patio is stacked with lots of upright and flat chairs for sunbathing or just lounging. This unit is at Gulf Gate Condos but you won't be dealing with them as this is a privately owned, fully updated, penthouse suite by us! Parking is free for 1 car in the summer, 2 the rest of the year. There is an easy elevator to use. The distance from parking lot to elevator is about 30 feet and there are luggage carts to get up to the top floor in a private corner for this place. The wifi is easy and fast and welcomes any work-from-home person. (why work anywhere else when you can be ON the beach between meetings?). Plenty of towels, extra pillows, a broom, dustpan, cleaning materials, iron, ironing board, coffee makers, great utinsels and cookware, vacuums, paper, pens, scissors, paper products (first rolls are on us) extra pillows and some perks like beach gear with fins for boogie boarding. If you've ever wanted to learn to surf or standup paddleboard this is the place. If you go to Hawaii, Carribean, Costa Rica, west coast or east coast, no where has the perfect place to walk out 40 ft in to the water, be able to still stand on soft sand, 4 feet deep, without coral, kelp and seaweed, hold the surfboard and launch off in perfect 2-5 ft waves. The kid in you will love it and I recommend going to Mr. Surf's Surf Shop as they are super local and super friendly (1 min away in car, or very walkable). Make sure you grab a cabana street taco next door before you leave. Water temps are 78 in the summer and there is a beach shower out front. Alibi resturant is 25 yards to the left of condo. And first-class restaurants and shopping are on highway 98 (10 min away) including the new race kart speedway. Lastly, Surf Drive is a neighborhood street where you can ride your bike and it has lots of cute beach houses. Famous Thomas Drive is one block away with nightlife, bars, resturants, putt putt golf, pier park and Captain Andersons (food and boat rentals). But our favorite is St. Andrews State Park just up the road as the beaches are pristine and it's a throw-back in time (yes, there are places to see gators) This penthouse suite is the best location for a beautiful, crystal blue-green, white sand, warm, sunny and super relaxing beach stay. A note about the location: if you've looked everywhere from PCB to Destin for that beach spot and want to know the secret, this is it. If you go West near the resorts and hotels it’s 10X more crowded and traffic is crazy (20 min to go 3 miles). If you head toward Rosemary, Santa Rosa or Destin you're 2x the cost in the stay and in the food. Believe me, I've tried to bring a family and this location is ideal for price, on the beach, seclusion, close to everything and options). Guest access You can access the patio pool (closed through Dec due to renovation), beach pool chairs and outdoor showers by just walking down the ramp to sand. Elevators access each floor. It's easy access from the airports and a 10 min drive south of highway 98 (with great new shopping, restaurants and entertainment). It's also 1 block off of famous Thomas Drive with numerous attractions, bars and nightlife. Golf cart rentals are steps away around the corner and Surf Drive is a street kids can take bikes or scooters on as it's mostly single homes. Parking is easy, free and right out front with easy, step free access all the way to this top floor suite. (see photos). Access is available any time of the day via the keypad lock. Other things to note There is a brand new Maytag washer and dryer in the penthouse, and some beach gear like water noodles, fins, beachball etc... You'll have all the cookware you'll need-including non stick pans and great coffee makers. There is a flat screen TV in every room, with HDMI signal and full cable. Two AC units will keep it cool. Pool is heated/ And it's quiet (except through December construction), less crowded compared to so many other places on Panama City Beach. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen size sofa sleeper. The second story features the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms feature a queen size bed with small patio overlooking the neighborhood, and a middle bedroom with a full size bed. A second full bathroom is in the second story.
