ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EXTRA GUESTS? This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges (with limitations). Regarding extra guests: 20 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children (no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 20 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation. Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify me before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up. Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated to 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed. You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it. CAN I PARK ON THE STREET? NO street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street or TOWED! You must park inside the driveway only and there is parking for up to 6 vehicles. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we can thoroughly clean and prepare the property for all guests. Our schedules are strictly enforced and failing to comply with these times will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay to cover the inconvenience and potential delay caused to incoming guests. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, the pool will be pre-heated to 88 degrees—no request needed. If you’d like it heated higher, there is a $50/day charge. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a SMALL Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. At Under The Coachella Palms you'll enjoy a brand new home away from home, that has a Pickleball Court; Pool (4 to 6 ft deep), Above Ground Spa (w/ 4 jets and water feature options); Basketball Area, Gameroom and some fitness equipment and yoga mats are provided. With 7 Bedrooms and 14 beds you can accommodate plenty of family and friends. The space All the beds are Queen except in the primary there is Cal King and a large rollaway of extra sleeping is needed. Most of the sheets are bamboo, organic cotton and some are blends. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics but also things you will not find in most rentals like ice cream and donut machines, popcorn machine, bread maker, rice cooker, plenty of serving bowls and storage containers and all shorts of cooking gadgets such as blender and food processor. The bar is well stocked with champagne and wine glasses. For your outdoor culinary enjoyment outdoor in breakable dishware and glasses are provided. Volleyball for pool volleyball is provided, pool basketball as well, water pickleball and badminton racket, birdie and balls are provided. Basketball balls and pumps are also provided and pool flouted and pumps. Plus board games for your indoor enjoyment. There is hose provided right next to it for your convenience. There is also a couple of floaties that are foam, so no inflating is needed, for your convenience. Other things to note POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL) The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $75 per day and the jacuzzi can be heated for $50 per day. You can let us know whenever you would like it, whether it be weeks in advance or the day of your stay. Depending on the time of the year, the pool takes 5-8 hours to be heated to 87 degrees. The jacuzzi takes 20-40 minutes to be heated to 99 degrees. You can let us know if you would like them warmer or less warm. Please note that only one can be heated at a time. It would be ideal to let me know in advance so I can heat the pool early in the morning to give it time to heat and switch to jacuzzi in the afternoon when it's time to unwind. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT We do offer the option of early check-in/late checkout if and only the property is not booked the day before or booked the day you checkout. If the property is booked the day before, you would not be able to check in early. If the property is booked the day you checkout, late checkout won't be possible. For early check in, you would be able to check in at 11 am for a fee of $75 instead of checking in at 4pm. For late checkout, you would be able to checkout at 4pm for a fee of $75 instead of checking out at 11am. Both fees are separate. Please let us know if you would like to check in early/checkout late. PETS (FREE OF CHARGE) You can bring 2 pets free of charge. If you would like to bring more, please reach out to us. SMOKING This is a non-smoking house. You are allowed to smoke outside but by no means is smoking allowed inside. The odor is hard to eliminate which makes it unpleasant for the guest after you. If smoking odor is detected after your check out, you will incur a fee of $500 for having to take extra steps to eliminate the odor.
