Whether you’re vacationing with family, or friends you’ll have plenty of space to spread out between the open-concept kitchen/living room, wraparound deck, and huge private dock. Absolutely no bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed! The space Main Floor Living Space: The main floor living room has cozy couches, large flatscreen TV. Just outside the living room is a large covered deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the views or the evening sunset. The main floor has a spacious laundry room with a new washer and dryer, closet space. Lower Level Living Space: The basement living area has comfy seating with an additional pull out couch. You will also find and additional refrigerator for all your beverages and food. We have a pool table and other games for you and your party to enjoy. Kitchen: The spacious upscale kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with hood, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Included are K-Cups, ground coffee, filters. Master Suite: The master suite is located just off of the living room and you will find a King bed, walk-in closet, oversized shower, a luxurious bathtub, amazing lake views, and your own private walkout to our deck. Second Floor Bedrooms: You will find two private bedrooms with plenty of room to hang clothes in the closest or benches at the end of the beds for your luggage. The bunk room features (4) Twin beds, (2) Queen beds, and a futon - enough space for 10! Attached is a private bathroom. Outside: There's a huge covered deck with lounge chairs, outside dining area, ceiling fans, BBQ grill, as well as games such as Giant Jenga. Water toys- There is a good selection of water toys for your enjoyment. Please do not let them bang up against the dock as this destroys them. If a paddle or kayak seat gets lost, please let my know asap so they can be replaced before the next guests arrive. Grills: Please be sure to clean any grill that you use when you are done. When renting the property and using the grills you are agreeing to the rules stated and will take full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur. You will be responsible for any damage caused by or to any of the grills. Dock: This is where you'll spend most of your time. The dock has shaded and unshaded seating areas, and have a boat slip for your use. You'll have full access to a kayak, paddle board, and Lilly pad for your enjoyment. It's also a great place to fish for crappie, bluegill, and bass. Check in is at 4pm and Check-Out is at 10am unless otherwise arranged. Let my try to explain this custom built home starting from the top level, we'll call this level one, to the lowest level, we'll call this level four. —OUTSIDE FUN— ★Dock: This HUGE brand new built dock in 2023 is the perfect location on the lake! Gather your friends and family, you don't want to miss this place! On this floating dock there is a fire table to roast marshmallows on, a huge bar to enjoy your drinks and snacks while watching a 65" TV and a 10x12 slip to store your boat. There are also 2 kayaks, life jackets, water toys, fishing gear and let's not leave out the 2 mini fridges on the dock to keep your cold drinks cold! ★Deck: Oh goodness... The deck here, with the Sunsets, are just MAGICAL! There is a huge sectional to catch the sunsets on, dining table and chairs and a custom built-in grill right off of the kitchen making it so convenient to grill out on the lake. —INSIDE FUN— ★Games: Grab your friends and play some table tennis while your other friends compete in a round of darts. There is also an inside game room right next to this garage space with an arcade game packeted with thousands of games to choose from, Connect Four and Pop-A-Shot to practice with your game of basketball at. There are hair dryers, toiletries, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash all provided during your stay. 2 of the full sized bathrooms are private ensuites. —LIVING ROOMS— There are 3 living rooms: ★ Living room 1 (main level, 2nd level) This living space is in the heart of the home. It is the definition of open concept where your living room, kitchen and bar are all on the same level. The reclining sectional faces the 85" smart TV that has Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. The stunning deck is also on this level. ★ Living room 2 (4th level) You will find the brand new wrap around couch facing a 65” TV where you can get lost in a game of Xbox ★ Living room 3 (1st level) On the top floor is where you can relax on the fun bean bags while your friends and family are just down the stairs playing a round of basketball in the game room. —HIGHLIGHTS— ★ Kitchen (2nd level) The kitchen is stocked with many supplies so you can start the morning off right cooking pancakes on the breakfast skillet to ending the day Barbecuing on the back deck. We supply Keurig coffee, hot cocoa and tea- drink what you like- it's on us! ★ Garage/Parking You can park 6 cars at the home! 2 cars in the garage (deep enough for trucks), 2 in front of the garage door and 1 in front of the front door. No parking across the home as this is a small gravel road that needs to be accessible to everyone driving on the road. No parking in front of a neighbor's home as parking is limited and that is their parking. ★Kids Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play, baby monitor, and a high chair located onsite. There are card games, mini basketball, Jenga, Cornhole, boardgames, books and an Xbox S for kids of all ages to play after a long day at the lake. Notes: ✤There are four levels to this home so there are multiple stairs all throughout. ✤While traveling to the home the roads are all paved but the last 1/2 mile. This is gravel, a little winding but not too steep. I can make it in my sedan just fine :) Feel free to message me with any questions. Note: The indoor fireplace REALLY heats up the home so it turned OFF during the summer months: May-October. It is turned back ON November-April. A concrete staircase beside the house leads directly down to a lake walkway, where you’ll find the rightmost dock. At the end of the dock, the shared swim platform is equipped with a picnic table and bench, making it a great spot for lakeside meals or a peaceful moment by the water. The dock is used by my home, and the local condominiums, please be respectful to residents who also enjoy swimming! Feel free to use our 12x24 foot slip free! The space Located at mile marker 13 in Sunrise Beach's one and only, “Porto Cima”, your luxury home is in a prime location among the most beautiful homes and landscape the lake has to offer! Your private home includes a sleeping arrangement of 5 king beds, a bunk room equipped with 2 custom queen over queen built-in bunk beds, a pullout queen sleeper sofa, and 2 queen-sized air mattresses, allowing to sleep 24 people! This open floor plan allows for a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area on the main level. When you step out onto the upper deck, the outside space is just as open as the inside. Our massive deck features a 7 seater light up bar, a "stone" couch and two chair pods, and two rocker chairs and a rocking bench. Right off the bottom deck is an amazing 12,000-gallon heated saltwater pool with a beautiful waterfall feature and a swim-up edge overlooking the lake, fire pit on the lower patio, and our lakeside 3 hole putting green. While you enjoy the pool, there are noodles and other pool toys located on the bottom deck for your convenience. Surrounding the pool you will have options to either lounge back in one of the reclining pool chairs or gather around our 10 foot dining table with friends and family. While Missouri has many warm and sunny days, we too have a summer season. The pool will be winterized from October to March, so please confirm with us if the pool will be open if you are planning to use it! While our pool is heated, if temps drop below 60 degrees it may not be able to keep the temps as toasty as one may want. However, our Jacuzzi Spa operates no matter what temperature it is. Whether it is the middle of winter or just a cool Summer night, you can enjoy the view of the lake from the spa located on the upper pool deck. Decide the sun is too hot today? No problem. Step inside and enjoy our action-packed arcade and video game room. Here you can enjoy the AC while playing some classic arcade games like Pacman, Asteroids, Marvel Pinball, and our pool/ping pong table! You also have the option to lounge back and enjoy our immersive Nintendo Switch experience with amazing audio on a 75" LED TV. Parking The driveway down to home is steep, which is not uncommon here at the lake. There is a large two car garage, parking in front of the garage and beside the house. There is also room to park 2-3 cars at the top of the driveway, we just ask that you don't block traffic or the neighbors driveways. Dock This home features a private dock with a swim step, 10x26 boat slip, paddle boards, and mooring area on the side big enough for any size boat. Located in a no-wake cove, so it’s perfect for swimming, floating and paddle boarding! *bring your own life jackets* Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. This open floor plan allows for a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area both upstairs and down. Located in each of the kitchens are two enormous wall-to-wall window-front bars equipped with a sink, dishwasher, and mini-fridge giving you a breathtaking view of the main channel while in use. Right off the bottom deck is an amazing 17,000-gallon heated saltwater pool with a swim-up edge overlooking the main channel. While you enjoy the pool, there are noodles and other pool toys located on the bottom deck for your convenience. Surrounding the pool you will have options to either lounge back in one of the cushioned sun chairs or lay out on the reclining pool chairs with friends and family. While Missouri has many warm and sunny days, we too have a summer season. The best time for access to the pool is from mid-April to mid-September. While our pool is heated, if temps drop below 60 degrees it may not be able to keep the temps as toasty as one may want. The pool will be winterized from October to March, so please confirm with us if the pool will be open if you are planning to use it! However, our Jaccuzi Spa operates no matter what temperature it is. Whether it is the middle of winter or just a cool Summer night, you can enjoy the view of the lake from the spa located on the upper pool deck. Decide the sun is too hot today? No problem. Step inside and enjoy our action-packed arcade and video game room. Here you can enjoy the AC while playing some classic arcade games like Pacman, Streetfighters, and Air Hockey! Let's begin with Captain Jack's suite room, named after the owner's grandfather that was a Captain in the Coast Guard way back when. You will even find a few pictures and his wheel hanging in this room. Captain Jack's suite offers a queen bedroom with a full bathroom and flat screen TV, just perfect for grandma and grandpa. The 2nd bedroom is a king suite with a full bathroom and flat screen TV. The 3rd and 4th queen bedrooms on this floor have an amazing view of the lake and their own deck to sit out and relax and enjoy that morning coffee. Bedroom 5 has a twin size over full bunk bed set just right for the little ones. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms are en suite, having an adjoining bathroom!! This floor also offers the laundry area and another full bathroom. Now, let’s go downstairs where you will find a newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room and half bath, plus an extra refrigerator in the pantry. This house offers cable TV and Smart TVs to stream on as well. There is plenty of room for everyone to hang out! But who wants to hang out inside when you have the fabulous outside space this house has to offer. The back deck is very spacious with lots of room for dining, barbequing and just relaxing. Lots of yard space to bring yard games or just let the kids play. The dock is spectacular with 2 slips for your use. Slip 1 is 12' x 31' and slip 2 is 10' x 20'. The dock has a swim ladder, Lily Pad, and picnic table available for your use as well. This house sits in back of a cove perfect for swimming and relaxing on your raft without worrying about all those boats flying by. We saved the best for 's enter the “KID'S ZONE”, a perfect hangout for the teenagers or just the kids at heart. The “KID'S ZONE” is connected by the front walkway in a building by itself and has a queen sofa sleeper and THREE twin over full bunk beds with additional trundles under each bed. You can sleep 14 out here comfortably and all in beds. This area has a 70” flat screen TV with cable and streaming, an air hockey table, shuffle board table and an old favorite, a Ms. Pac Man machine, and refrigerator for drinks. Don’t worry about parking as we have plenty. You can fit 5-6 cars in the driveway at the house plus right around the corner there is additional parking for more vehicles in front of the garage. We have a path from this garage back to the house and it's well-lit at night too. This house sits at the 22 ½ mm on the water, close to Red Head Yacht Club, Margaritaville, and Shorty Pants just to name a few of our favorites.
